The veggie lo mein is always delicious and the owner is just so sweet and nice. Great chill vibe inside with cool jazz music playing and the cutest little bar. We love Mr Chefs!“

The people at the front desk are very rude & not at all welcoming, & the take out food was terrible ( no inside dining during CIVID). I don’t mind paying their new higher prices, but do not cut back on the food quality. You have lost a long time customer.“

“We tried a variety of items. The miso soup and the mushroom and onion soup were both delicious. I ordered the Philadelphia and the OMG roll. The Philadelphia comes with smoked salmon which is hard to find. Both rolls were hands down the best sushi I have had in the Greater Boston area! We also ordered the Sakura fried rice and beef with onions and peppers. They were pretty much the same you can get anywhere else. The sushi is the stand out here! The service was great. The food came out quickly and the server was very friendly. I will be more than glad to drive out of my way to come here again!“

“Being a white dude I got fried gyozas and shrimp tempura maki. Both were fantastic. I feel like a lot of gyozas taste the same but these had a great fry to them with a flavorful filling. Maki was really nicely sauced and the Shinto tempura beautifully fried.“

“Came in for lunch and this place blew my expectations. My girlfriend was craving mentaiko udon and this place served an amazing Uni Mentaiko Scallop Udon, it was super creamy and the uni was fresh. The appetizer of Maguro Ceviche was really delicious and the notes of oranges paired well with tuna. Botan Ebi nigiri was super delicous also. This place is a must try!!“

“I heard so many positive things about this place. The restaurant is small (for about 15-20ppl capacity). The sushi bar is across the entrance with loads of fresh ingredients. The restaurant was busy when i came but i got seated within 5 mins. Server was nice and friendly. Food came out within 10mins. I ordered their snow crab roll, eel avocado roll, and white tiger roll. I was skeptical at first that you can get snow crab sushi for $8, but i was wrong. The snow crab inside the roll is real the flavor is perfectly balanced with the other ingredients. The white tiger roll sauce is heavy and creamy. A bit on the sweet side but not bad. The eel sauce on the eel avocado roll is rich and umami. Better than any other sushi restaurant in the area. Highly recommended!!!“

Recently I had a family member who was feeling under the weather and asked me if I could bring them soup, I ordered ramen from Toppu and they had two soup orders ready to go in less than 20 minutes! “Ordered take out from them today. Food is still delicious. I ordered their spicy seafood rolls and combination plates (general Tso chicken +pork fried rice+ chicken fingers). Spicy seafood roll is delicious and definitely something that I will order in future. The general Tso chicken is tasty and not too greasy, the sauce is more toward sweet and sour instead of spicy. Pork fried rice is heavy on the soy sauce, but still ok. Chicken fingers is a bit greasy and the breading is loosely attached to the meat.
Servers are friendly and prompt.“
