“My favorite spot for sandwiches and pastries on the island! I’ve been coming here for years, and both the service and food have been consistently excellent. The portions are generous, so I usually have leftovers for a second meal. The last thing I had was a linguiça sandwich with plantains — it was so good that I finally went out of my way to write a review :) They’re also very accommodating toward gluten sensitivity.“

“Beautiful restaurant with amazing food and great staff. The vegan options are superb and absolutely delicious. Everything is presented beautifully and is super tasty. Special shout out to the sweet & spicy cucumbers which were incredible, and the home made bread is divine! This was a great choice for dining whilst in Marthas Vineyard!“

“I’d like to comment on the impeccable guest service. Linda went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. It really seemed like a high priority! Hurley (our server) was very attentive and accommodating. We had an overall great experience! The food was out of this world. I had the steak and it was delicious and my partner had the short rib and it was so tender. Amazing meal! Desserts left nothing to be desired. They were just as on point as our meals.“

“My husband and I just moved here and went to the Conference Table for dinner last night. We were exhausted from packing and moving and our experience at the restaurant was just perfection every way! Everyone was so friendly, our waitress was terrific, and the food was amazing! We had clam chowder and turkey club sandwiches and both were the best we’ve ever had! We’re looking forward to going back!“

“Maria, our waitress was fantastic! She definitely is a people person.. She made sure we had refills constantly and our dinners were outstanding! The chef, Douglas, definitely cares about his food and customer satisfaction. We had curry, schnitzel, salmon , shrimp, etc. All was cooked amazingly well. Don't let the bowling alley fool you. It's not bar food. It's delicious 😋“

“I had such a pleasant experience here. The restaurant has a really relaxed, easygoing atmosphere that makes it a great spot for a casual dinner. The wood-fired pizzas are definitely a standout, with a perfectly crispy crust and fresh toppings. It is a wonderful neighborhood gem that feels very welcoming.“

“The pros: decent burger at a decent price. I love the rolls they use. Burgers are what you want to get here, don't get distracted by the chicken wings or seafood0 it's not their Forte. If you want a side, the fries are OK but they are too pricey for me and the portions are small, I enjoy their Mac & cheese with burger in it, it'll make your eyes roll back in your head with each bite! Props on handling the crowds of people and getting the food out relatively fast, it's not easy. I also appreciate their late night hours. The cons: They won't put any burger dressings (lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion, etc.) on the side, so if you order to go, by the time you get home, the bottom half of the bun is a wet, inedible paste. Also, there's nothing to put ketchup in. No soufflé cups, no packets, so if you order fries, you have to squirt ketchup in the container the fries are in and they get - can u guess? Are you sensing a theme here? - yes, they get soggy. Maybe spend less money on the fancy to go bags and get a sleeve of 2 oz souflee cups, or gather nip bottles, anything!“

“We have eaten several times at Chesca‘s this summer, both sitting in the dining room and at the bar. The staff are very attentive and even recognized us on our second visit and welcomed us back. They have also been able to squeeze us in when we have shown up with no reservations. Their menu provides a variety of options that accommodates our entire family, which includes several teenagers and also my wife who is a vegetarian. The owner/chef even greeted us when we sat at the bar and spoke very passionately about how he prepares his food. I highly recommend either for romantic dinner for 2 or bringing the whole family. Makes sure to finish the night with the best espresso martini in Edgartown on the porch.“

When I started to not feel well, this team (led by David, I believe!) took care of me right away to cool down! They went above and beyond to help me feel better!! They even offered their establishment for me if I needed it throughout my day because of how hot it is. I cannot thank them and recommend this place enough! Know when you come here, you’re getting great food and great people! And the food was delicious too!! It was great to enjoy such a nice meal on the beach! And our waiter was fantastic.“

“never again!! got served raw food, horrible service. manager was just as bad as the server. man did this place go downhill fast. I have been coming here since the eighties. I didn't even buy a tee-shirt. so overpriced. what used to be a nice little restaurant, has now become a tourist trap. so the tourist can have it. this place will not get anymore of my money. “Best wings on cape, hands down! I would also say the best Caesar salads too. garlic parm and lemon pepper garlic are my two favorites for wing flavors. Making my way through the menu, the subs are amazing too. Italian and steak and cheese are so good. Don’t believe me? Give it a try!“
