“I am responding to one star rating that was unfairly given by someone who should know the facts before judging others. First I weekly take my cousin who suffers from dementia out of the center were he now lives. Although we may have been loud, there was no intent to upset any other customers. Because of my cousins medical condition he can often act up with gesture and comments that happen with most people suffering from this awful condition. We talk with our other family and friends who were meeting there and again we could be loud at times. My cousin has outburst with foul language, gestures, and is very intense when he is speaking. He was an amazing man before this dreaded mental disease called dementia has changed his beautiful personality. We try to give him care and love by treating him to short trips out of the home. Although it may have been upsetting to you, he was not going after you when he went to the door, he was trying to say sorry after we told him that he had to quiet down because he was upsetting other customers. To that lady please be kind to those suffering from such an efliction, it's very heartbreaking to us and many other families dealing with his horrible disease. Please don't judge so quickly. We saw you in a motherly way and want to wish you the best for you and your baby.“

“I did not go in. I drove a friend's son there on the way to his workplace. This is apparently his usual stop for breakfast on the way to work.
My own impression of this location is that it can be hard to get into a very busy North Main St, especially if you need to turn left.“
“If You want an unbelievable breakfast sandwich with real egg, real bacon and sausage, along with a polite service.Very friendly people and a good coffee hot or ice to join the sandwich.Stop here do not go to dunkin donuts. They get your order , correct with efficiency. The food tastes way better.The coffee is great ! like I said , polite experiences , everything very clean . “Picture this: New Year’s Day. I’m surrounded by hungover individuals at my friend’s house (I was the DD all night). I must brave the cold walk to my car if I want to take a shower. As I am driving down the road, I see the sparkling oasis of THE Amherst Dunkin' Donuts. I am greeted at the microphone with arguably the best experience I have EVER had:
“SALUTATIONS! YOUR DUNKIN EXPERIENCE AWAITS!”
Now- I’ve been told to wait before. I’ve worked in customer service, so I get it. But this guy knows show business. He had that sparkle, that passion for customer service you only see once in a blue moon.
“THANK YOU FOR BEING PATIENT. IT IS TIME TO BEGIN THE ORDERING ADVENTURE!”
We are off to a fantastic start. I order a refresher and an old fashioned donut. Side note, my refresher is PERFECT. I am aware my donut choice is not for everyone, but this guy knew how to commit to the bit,
“ AH! A donut from the 1800’s for you.”
Listen, I’m already cracking up. I can barely hold it together. I drive up to the window, expecting to meet some sort of riddle master who wants to bargain for my first born. Get this guy a freaking award! In fact, make him audition for SNL.
I am greeted with the sweetest man who takes my card and gives me my food. It was not the same guy who took my order, as he was a bit more subdued in nature, but it is clear this crew works seamlessly together. I am pleased as punch to start the new year off so whimsically!

“I’m giving 4 stars because 1) the coffee and food I get every time is great. Always tastes the same and is very good! But…. 2)Every time I go I order the same thing, a medium cold brew and a sausage and cheese on an English muffin, nothing else, and it’s a different price every single time. Yesterday I paid $7, today I paid $9.23. The first time I went I paid $4.52. I’ve also paid $8.73, for the exact same order.“

“I just wanted to thank the two young women working at Dunkin’ this morning on Wednesday, May 6th around 8:30 AM. I had stopped in asking about the Nurses Week free coffee promotion. Both employees were smiling, pleasant, and so kind during the interaction. Earlier, I had a very uncomfortable experience at another Dunkin’ location where the employees seemed disgruntled and reacted in a way that felt embarrassing and dismissive when someone asked the same question. So walking into your store and being treated with kindness and professionalism really meant a lot to me.
Thank you for your compassion, customer service, and for simply making someone feel respected. Small interactions like that truly make a difference.“

“Gas station dunkin' donuts, they do a nice job of separating a space for you to sit and eat and it's clean. It said we filled up with gas and got our breakfast wrap and got back on the road to head to North Carolina. Food was fresh and tasty!“

“It's a Nice Remodeled Dunkin Donuts. Has An Area in the Corner with Chairs and also Tables where people can sit and eat or drink there coffee and food!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: Does have a Ramp and is on a 1st Level so it is Wheelchair Accessible.“

“They always do a great job and they don't skimp on my salted caramel cold foam I don't know what is wrong with all the other stores but when I go somewhere else they give me like a squirt but when I stop by here they actually put in the correct amount where I get to enjoy it for at least 1/4 to half of my coffee.
Parking: There is about six spots in front of the building then they have like 10 pumps two spots next to the pump and like three spots out back so sometimes it's difficult to find a spot if trying to go in.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking in handicap ramps as long as no jerk parks in the side of the handicap spot where their ramps fold out so they can exit the vehicle.“

“The early morning weekday duo of Karen and Bev is nothing short of a very well-ouled (and plesant!) machine! They work steadily and quietly until a customer arrives and on a or both of them greets them often by name (and knowing their order!) Simultaneously, on line orders are being sent non-stop and they're filling those too! Steadily, orderly calmly. At about 7:00, Taylor and Justin arrive, take their places in the "dance" and things continue in the same steady, orderly and very pleasant manner. They make their Dunkins a very nice place to start my morning and I'm most grateful, for their early morning hours, their hard work and for simply being pleasant and kind. There's nothing more important than that! Thank you!“
