“Without a doubt the BEST lobster rolls we’ve ever had. You’re offered a choice of rolls made with mayo or hot butter. We chose the latter. They add just a little seasoning to the hot butter and it complements the fresh lobster beautifully! A lobster roll with flavor! A revelation! Excellent quality fresh seafood as well in a spotless market. Clam chowder and Portuguese kale soup were also outstanding. The woman working the counter was a gem 🙂. Excellent!“

“This is my second time at this restaurant and they really try to be service friendly. It is okay but I really think this has to be improved. If you give service you have to know what it means.
The food is okay but on 1-5 it only reaches a 3 because the food is cold when. It is served. Mashed potatoes is not smooth enough and the difference between rare - medium - well done is not existing.
I will give it a third ti e but if it doesn't improve it is better someone who knows how to run this establishment.“

“The rainy weather forced a change in plans, leading to an unforgettable discovery at The Lobster Pot in Provincetown. Even though P-Town wasn't on the original itinerary, shifting the drive from Hyannis turned a gloomy, rainy day completely around.
Walking into The Lobster Pot felt like stepping into a wonderful revival of classic 1980s coastal dining—glowing neon, bustling energy, and top-tier hospitality. Starting with an accidental favorite, the hot seafood combo led straight to ordering a standalone round of their incredible Oysters Rockefeller. Paired with twice-ordered steamers, a refreshing watermelon punch, and a P-Town paella that easily stood out as the best of the best, every single bite was pure perfection.“

“Last of five great meals and this was a winner. The squid and fennel cold salad was excellent, the pork roasted to perfection, polenta and mushrooms a treat. The server suggested the flourless chocolate cake which was to die for, especially when accompanied by her suggestion of Amaretto. Loved the Bob Dylan vinyl playing in the background. A great finale“
“Ordered their two 2 lb lobsters from Goldbelly and had it shipped to Florida.The lobsters were fresh and still alive when they arrived. Really good quality and packed well. They came in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs to maintain temperature.Pretty good deal, but would only recommend if fresh seafood is scarce in your area.“

“Tonight I only had the bowl o' chowder, wasn't too hungry. It was hot and delicious. Made in house......Lots of drinks offered. The other menu items sounded good and some dishes I saw others have looked amazing..... There is a turtle named Sal to the right if the entrance. too cute.“

I have a long-standing annual tradition of calling ahead to the top restaurants in P-town to surprise my best friend by covering his dinner and arranging a massive dessert spread.
I do this at many of the top restaurants in Ptown for my BFF, each year.
I called Marianella from the West Coast and she was super kind and accommodating.
She made sure my friend was taken care of, including bringing out all four of their delicious homemade desserts! haha
My friend raved that the food, the atmosphere at the new waterfront location, and the service were outstanding.
May be a bit pricey for some...$200++ pp...but definitely worth it.
A big thanks to Marianella and the Front Street team for creating a great evening for my BFF!“
