“We bought tickets for the Sail Boston 2026 parade of sale (7/11) and I was not exactly thrilled we were not allowed to go up stairs to the rooftop section to watch the parade. It would have made the cost of the tickets much better if the pier was closed to non ticket holders, but I understand it's not a private pier. Service was outstanding!“

The chicken wings were crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and overall excellent. The Cajun fried rice was packed with flavor and easily one of the highlights of the meal. The fried oysters were also excellent, crispy and cooked just right. Great food all around and definitely a spot worth coming back to.“

“500 Ocean is a beautiful property with some amazing amenities. It is in a great location, surrounded by ocean views, restaurants and very accessible to the T, literally right below the building. My husband and I had a great experience living here and had rarely any issues. The main issue we had at move-in was addressed and we were even offered a small gift for the inconvenience. I love the maintenance staff and they are always so pleasant and helpful. One of my favorite parts of living here was having an in-house fitness coach/ personal trainer- Cienna Jade! She is so amazing to work with and has really helped me along my fitness journey. It was so convenient having her come to the 500 Ocean gym, which is one of the best gyms I've seen in an apartment home. She conducts 1 on 1 sessions and will literally work with you on scheduling a time that's convenient for you as well as offering group or couple sessions! Overall, very pleasant experience!“

“I had a wonderful experience at the Oyster Bar in Quincy Market. The service was excellent and very accommodating. We wanted to enjoy lobster, and the staff kindly allowed me to finish food from another vendor at the table, which was a pleasant surprise. We tried two different types of clam chowder, both of which were delicious and full of flavor. The lobster rolls were also very good—fresh, generously filled, and beautifully prepared. I sampled a wine before ordering, and the one I chose paired nicely with the meal, even if wine prices in the U.S. tend to be a bit high.
Overall, it was a fantastic afternoon that we truly enjoyed. Highly recommended!“

“I got the crawfish boil bag and let me tell you, that sauce in the bottom of the bag was some of the best seafood boil I have ever had. “Took my wife for her birthday, along with our daughter. Having been to Peru before and really enjoyed the flavors, we were excited to try this out. And the food certainly didn't disappoint. All of the dishes were very flavorful, including both the mango shrimp ceviche AND the vegetarian ceviche (which was something we didn't get in Peru!). The Causa reminded us of our time in Peru, and both the Peruvian Chinese eggplant and the cilantro lamb stew were very good. The former was a bit milder than we expected, but still delicious, while the latter was superbly seasoned with lamb that melts in your mouth. On the drinks side, we had a passionfruit sour, and the Chica sour and both were delicious. The dessert was their fruit mousse which was also excellent. We were seated outside as it was a nice summer's day, so I can't vouch for the interior. The service was good, though it did seem that one of the waiters wasn't particularly thrilled (either about serving us, or in general). The one who took our orders though, was polite and detailed and pointed out the vegetarian options for my wife and daughter. Keep in mind that this is NOT an inexpensive place. The items range from $17 for an appetizer to the high 30's for the main courses. But for someone craving for something different or just very flavorful food in general, this would be a great choice. I can see why this shows up on many of the lists for best new spots in the city. Highly recommended!“
