“I have lived in the Boston-esque area for twelve years and have eaten so many good meals, but the fish tacos here are the only meal I needed to have before my upcoming move out west(ern MA). Cocktails are fun and creative, service is 13/10, the XL portions of fries that require to-go boxes are the only fries I’ve ever found to reheat well, and if you’re lucky, Steve will be tending bar. I love going at the slightly quieter times but I’ll never gatekeep the euphoria experienced by a meal here. Bonus perks: Max & Chelsea have the best senses of humor, the murals on the patio are always amazing, the beer and wine selection are vast (also the mocktails!), and the decor always feels like your favorite “I Spy” book.”

“I wanna say thank you to the Jana Grill restaurant for the delicious food! I really liked the Armenian kebab, the restaurant is cozy and comfortable. There was an event on this day, but this did not affect the service time, there were a lot of people and i want to say thank you to Dmitry, sorry if i misspelled your name, this is a waiter in a black shirt who helped me with the choice from the menu, especially with dessert it was delicious, very good service! I will definitely return to you. Thanks to the owner of this restaurant for such staff I will recommend this restaurant to everyone!”

“I’m honestly glad that I waited to post my original review with a lower rating and thought through the experience a little bit more. As always, I find it a bit harder to review fusion spots. Not just any fusion either, but one that is all over the world map. It’s easy to just nitpick one dish and use it to judge everything else; but what about that is remotely fair?

For example, their Beef Rendang (a dish that I’m very familiar with - including the different regional renditions) is more like a hint towards what “real” Beef Rendang is. I don’t even need to speak on behalf of the Filipinos regarding their adobo (which I also grew up on) who are infamous to show up on public forums to criticize and say “that’s not how my grandmother makes it” (lol).

What did come to mind is the old quote that many often find negative but actually was meant to be a positive phrase (if the last part isn’t so often omitted). “Jack of all trades, master of none, though often times better than a master of one”.

That definitely applies here with their style of food. There’s a lot going on and a good portal to the true potential of each dish. Definitely give them a try! Portions are good and the food is definitely tasty!”

“Excellent coffee, good aroma as well as taste. The pastries are also outstanding. The cinnamon bun wasn't overwhelming with cinnamon, which is what a lot of other places get wrong, and the pastry was flaky as opposed to dense. The maple scone was also tasty.”

“The menus items are fusion of different cuisine, which are quite fun to try. All dishes are medium sized tapas style, each person probably needs about 1.5 dishes. The alligator meat is exotic, and tastes quite nice. There are other dishes that are a little salty and too strong in flavor that left a strange after taste, hence the four stars for the food. We did not finish the duck and the ribs.”

“I highly recommend Greg’s restaurant. My best friend from high school Nikki who 41 and I who 41 love to go here . We go frequently. Our favorite. Nikki is in love with the summer picnic salad and literally gets it every single time we go. She knows she likes it so she goes with it kind of like Sheldon on the Big Bang theory. I love this salmon dinner , salmon bowl , grilled chicken dinner , Their veggie burger , the crunchy Chinese chicken salad and both quinoa salads . We went last night and Nikki had piece of strawberry shortcake. It was huge and so good she said . They are noted for their desserts. Bear desserts and meals around! Nikki also loves their clam chowder. Last night dining down in the pub section where we love to go we had the sweetest waitress Britney who said she remembers us cause we go a lot. We’ve had another young lady waitress with glasses couple tones who’s sweet too and a young handsome male waiter who’s awesome too. Greg’s makes best pickles too. Greg’s great place to get a great meal and dessert! We go to the East providence location on Pawtucket Ave.”

“We were there early on a Sunday morning and suffered I think from that case of decreased service with few customers overall that can happen when the place isn't very busy. Only three tables when our food came, and five occupied when we left, but after following our food out to say hi, we never saw the waiter again. No drinks refreshed and after we sat for a bit with empty plates, I had to ask another waiter to find our check. We would have lingered more as the food, as always, is delicious, but didn't feel up to keeping track of the waiter.”

There is one step to get in but there may be a ramp around the side. I didn’t notice. Otherwise fully accessible and plenty of parking.

“Happened to be in Watertown, googled nearby restaurants for lunch and Halfway cafe came up as a suggestion. It was only a mile away, so I decided to try it out. In business since 1964, it turned out to be a lively place with friendly staff and good food. I ordered a beer, which came with a small bowl of movie theater popcorn to much in while I waited for my grilled chicken sandwich. I enjoyed my yummy lunch while watching the French open on one of the large screen tv’s. A nice place to hang if you find yourself in Watertown.”

“The food is delicious. Breakfast tostado plate is one of those dishes you find yourself craving every weekend morning. A couple of downsides though: it's impossible to find a phone number to call this place to order your food and when ordering online you can't indicate any customizations (like "no cheese" for allergy reasons for example). Outside seating is a nice touch when the weather is nice but during the summer the place is like one giant bee hive. Bees everywhere. Also once it gets cold outside, there are only a few tables inside which makes takeout and having a number to call that much more important!

Dietary restrictions: There's no way to indicate any dietary restrictions when ordering online and I've never been able to find a phone number to call to order takeout.”

“my usual go to starbucks on the weekends although this morning I wasn't very happy with having to wait 10-15 min for my drinks after my food order came out very quickly. the place wasn't even busy! 5 people behind the place and only one person making drinks one person taking orders one person making food orders. the other two walking around aimlessly. the barista making the drinks decided it was a good time to make himself an espresso as he started making my refreshers and when he drank it it dribbled from his mouth all over his shirt so he had to stop what he was doing to go clean up. not even a sorry about the wait after he put my drinks on the bar for pick up. also why are employees parking in the 2-hour customer parking spots, the signage suggests those are for customers only who I going to be there for 2 hours or less. considering it's a very small parking lot for customers I don't think employees should be parking there and taking up the space.”

Rick is the most gracious host/server/bartender, and I welcome any additional business in his direction even if it’s just to hear his genuine, “You’re welcome,” each and every time you politely thank him for something. It’s fun to go for some drinks with a few friends when it’s dead, and fun to go to celebrate your birthday when it’s popping. Give it a whirl!”

“Finally tried this local legend! We're so glad we did. Got a Sicilian pie - cooked to perfection, fresh ingredients, yummy sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and an amazing crust. This is genuine pizza. The kind that is rare now. The Arancini was delicious too. The best part - how well everything heated the next day - few pizzas are so delicious second day now. They're so thin, charred, dry. This Sicilian pie heated up beautifully on day 2. It's the pizza of many people's childhoods - authentic! And the staff could not be nicer, helpful, friendly. A+”
