“Every morning there's a "gentleman" sitting at the counter drinking coffee and playing KENO, rambling on openly about his political leanings. He has maximum opinions with minimal boundaries. Although ill informed he apparently has a strong need to feel like he's right , even if it means raising his voice. Fortunately, because he isn't eating, he's usually gone by 8:30am.... Which is a good thing because the food is top notch and affordable and the staff are great, professional and personable..... Best breakfast in Whitman after 8:30 😎👍 in my opinion...“

“Hi Mal & Team! Visited Mal's for the first time this past Saturday after driving by so very many times! I am a breakfast fan so was very pleased with the Steak Bomb Omelet and the homemade Hash!! Took home enough for breakfast on Sunday. I was not only impressed with the QUALITY of your food...but the service and the atmosphere. I knew that when I stopped by and saw the wait that it would be good. Actually you moved your guests in and we did not even wait 15 minutes. Appreciated the cleanliness and the atmosphere....the decor that was not only funny but encouraging. Know that you invest in the best equipment like freezers and ice makers. Well Done!!“

There is an ATM available on the side however. A true staple of Braintree, this pizza shop has been around for so long we've picked up orders with four generations in the car.“

“my 2 friends and I went to Strawberry Fair restaurant yesterday. one friend we hadn't seen in years. we've known each other since we were 12. our hostess and waitress were excellent. we stayed over 2 hours reminiscing. Then when we tried to take a selfie before we left and our waitress came outside and offered to take the picture. it came out great!! I highly recommend this restaurant.The food was delicious!!! The room was perfect, the food was awesome and there was plenty for everyone to have seconds( we did the casual lunch buffet with pizzas and two kinds of sandwiches). The price was beyond reasonable! Rose our bartender went above and beyond in making sure everyone was taken care of! And she made a great Bloody Mary! I highly recommend the Brook for your next function, I know we will be back for more get togethers in that great space. 10/10 all around for everything!!“
