“The food was okay, the service was very slow, I recently visited one when there was a buy one get one free promo, from the time I placed my order to the time I got my order, it took them an hour and 13 minutes when there was 5 people working. The atmosphere would have been relaxing except it was packed that day, normally it is good for a friend meet-up. But it is starbucks, it's my go-to every day latte when I'm not with my hubby?“

“Getting a couple of drinks both sugar cookie, one Frap and the other a latte. The employee who served us was very happy and cheerful and gave great customer service. She even gave our two kids a cup of whip cream each because it was the new year day. Nothing but a sweet and kind staff member. It was around 9:27 and wish I got her name for a decent praise.Kid-friendliness: Gave our kids whip cream in two small cups to make their new day a great one.“

“I have had the same girl a few times. She usually works like 4pm on Saturday. I go after I hit the gym to get my refresher (it was my 2nd of the day, don't tell my trainer)Anyways, I don't know her name but she is skinny and has shoulder length brown hair. She is so nice! “This place is always busy! I put in an order online since the line was long and it said 10mins…I walked up after 5 just to check and it was done!! I ordered the strawberry matcha for the first time and I loved it!! You still definitely taste the matcha…the strawberries give it a slight sweetness when you eat it. Strawberries also fit well through the sipper. Did not need to adjust the order. Must try!“

“Food prices expensive & nothing to write home about but is okay. Restaurants are TOO dark. I don't regularly go to a Starbucks. Staff is nice. Service is TOO slow, which makes the line-ups long. It should not take sooooo long to make a coffee! It's not 'rocket science'!“

“When I was visiting Winnipeg a couple of weeks ago I visited this Star bucks several times and although it was incredibly busy the staff were so helpful and polite. I had to wait for my ride to catch my plane and I was allowed to sit there for an hr. I was also given ice water. Visit this Star Bucks if your ever in Winnipeg.“

“This place is kind of small for a Starbucks place. It's near the entrance of the hotel and they take gift cards and they are polite and respectful. The baked goods section did not have a lot of items. Maybe the morning customers grabbed them. My Pumpkin cream muffin was delicious though. The cream in the middle wasn't too sweet, just right. I love that they have my favourite Kombucha drink brand here, it is called Rise. It's just a bit fizzy but not too much. It tastes organic and fresh. I don't know how to describe it honestly. I just really like it. They don't have a big seating area but you can rest your feet for awhile.“

Coffee was lukewarm, full of coffee grinds, and he must have used a different blend or mixed blend because it didn't taste like Pike. “food and drinks are always good but having one employee during busy times of the day, like 2-4pm, is unacceptable and unfair to them and us customers. we shouldn’t have to wait ten mins to get our order taken, and the poor employee shouldn’t have to be working alone.“

“This location is always busy, the lines tend to move quickly but there will be a wait -- even when using the app. The staff have to juggle between drive thru, in person, and online orders so please be patient with them.The drink quality is consistent and the staff have always been pleasant to me, even during peak times. However, due to its constant line ups I do tend to avoid this location; this decision is based solely on the crowdedness of the location, not based on the quality of service or product.“

“I don't frequent Starbucks often (usually just during pumpkin spice season) but I've never had an overly terrible experience here. Food and drinks are always done correctly. The drive-thru can be pretty slow, which is why I knocked a star off my rating. Friendly employees, though. The food is on the pricey side but tastes so much better than mcds or timmies, worth it for the occasional lunch visit.“

“Always a pleasant experience at this Starbucks location. The ladies working are so kind and now remember my order, which makes my experience that much better. There can be a wait sometimes but that, of course, is subject to flights and time at the airport but, even so, they manage to get us through fast and efficiently. They could probably use an extra hand at these times.“

“The few iced drinks I order are always made correctly even with the customization options. The Frappuccinos and Lattes are unmatched! I do wish the store merchandise was abit cheaper. The cups/bottles on the shelves go from $30 - $40+ which is just ridiculous.“

“99% of the time the staff is super courteous and polite to the patients and the guests of the patients but once in awhile a bit of something goes amiss. My friend was not feeling good one day and even though she usually likes whip cream on her Frappuccino...This day she didn't like the taste of it. No one took the time to remake her coffee. Time went by and finally she just asked for a refund. We waited 15 minutes for no coffee. Last week the customer service was amazing! They even gave my friend a discount on one of her purchases. When my friend and I get nervous or do not feel well we tend to stutter a bit. The cashier did not seem fazed by this and took her time trying to understand what my friend was saying in order to proceed with buying an item. The creamCheese filled pumpkin muffin was extra yummy! The chocolate brownies were perfect, not too mushy but also not rock hard and they were awesomely chocolatee. “Now that Tim's is a corporate clone there's not much difference between them. I find the standard Starbucks coffee to dark and harsh for me, but their blonde coffee is quite nice. Still find their muffins and buns too expensive for me so I haven't tried any of their baked goods for several years now.“
