“Marta manages to be both lively and cozy simultaneously in a rowhouse that previously housed Salt (one of my all time favorite upscale restaurants) We went for a friend's birthday, and all 3 courses were delicious, beautifully presented, inventive, and not the same old menu that you find everywhere. Very sweet wait staff was super attentive, educated about the food and wine and made great suggestions. Our original wait staff had an emergency and had to leave in the middle of service, but seamlessly another wait person stepped in to covered us. Kudos to the front of house team for handling with such skill and ease. But the food was definitely the star of the show. For me, the standout was the tuna cannoli. I'm not even sure I can do justice to this deliciousness with a crunchy outer "cannoli" shell with a slight hint of sweet surrounding a creamy center of tuna crudi with little dots of avocado cream. And all was covered with a pistachio "dust." The spicy meatballs were delectable nestled in a cloud of creamy spicy ricotta. And the Duck and Foie Gras Panzotti (little triangle ravioli) was creamy, delicious and the perfect combination of delicate tastes. And the Tiramisu Affogato ended the dinner on a delicious note! And for two people with drinks it was really pretty a good deal for the quality if the food, service and location. We will be back! Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5“

After being greeted by a friendly hostess at the door, we were seated immediately, walking into a cute rustic ambience surrounded by quirky art! We were served within 15mins of ordering with our dishes served with beautiful plating and even more delicious food. Highly recommend the breakfast potatoes and the pancakes! “I love the ambiance of this place. I went for a date night and it was the perfect romantic vibe for our dinner. The staff was attentive and our food was very tasty and reasonably priced. I wish the drink menu was a little more elevated and then I would've been truly impressed. Chef brought our food to the table and we also got to meet the manager for a moment who checked in on us, it was nice to feel taken care of. I plan to come back.“

“First the food was really good. The lady who prepared my meal went above and beyond to make my order. Secondly they have an apothecary connected to the restaurant with herbs and natural products that are unique and hard to come.by in organic form. I would absolutely recommend checking them out.“

“Really cozy 50s style diner. I was hoping for a T bone steak, but they oddly enough didn't offer any. I settled on the calf liver & enjoyed it. The mashed potatoes were & steamed vegetables were a bit bland.
The passion fruit mimosa was a bit too tart & sour for my liking. However that's likely my own fault for ordering a sour drink.

I had the grilled shrimp and salmon on a spinach wrap and mayne, did it have me doing a lil dance as I ate. You know the dance where it taste so good you can't help but move your body to the "it taste so good" beat.Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. My meal would have been even more perfect with a side of potato salad or mac salad. Maybe even a lil piece of cake. But man oh man..I will definitely be eating here again.“

For 12 bucks flat I got shrimp with mixed vegetables the shrimp are huge and so many really allot and fresh veggies and fried rice too . “I just wanted to say what an awesome experience Barracudas and Billy provided for my family. We held a surprise 90th birthday party for my Mom there on Saturday and it was perfect. The food was delicious as usual and the service was phenomenal. Abby did a great job taking care of us. Big shout out to the kitchen staff and everyone else who assisted in making my Mom feel loved and appreciated. I live 2 hours from the restaurant, but I make it a point to stop in almost everytime for food and drinks. Everyone has their own opinion concerning the restaurant and staff. In 10 years I have never had a bad experience here or seen anything out of the ordinary reacting to the staff or ownership. I have seen intoxicated patrons but that's it. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a meal or a drink. You won't be disappointed.“

“Amber is one of the best spots in Locust Point, with a modern ambiance & casual atmosphere Amber is a great place to bring your family, a new date or just come watch an O’s game. They have a wide variety of beers and an awesome happy-hour old fashion!!

Parking: Street Parking is always available all around the restaurant, Locust Point is a super safe neighborhood!

Kid-friendliness: Super open restaurant space, indoors and outdoors! Kids will be comfortable here!
