Got a 3 piece salmon sashimi that was 7 pieces and probably 12 oz of fish. Easily the best, and most generous serving of sushi I’ve ever had. 6 stars“

“If you ever find yourself at Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI), do yourself a favor and stop by Gachi Sushi across from Gate A9. I ordered the Triple Delight Roll, and it was incredible. It was beautifully presented, fresh, and packed with flavor. The avocado and spicy drizzle were perfectly balanced, and the textures were spot on. Service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, even in the middle of the busy terminal. Special shoutout to Budi, the general manager who’s been there for 14 years! His pride in the food and service truly shows. I’ll definitely be back. Whether you’re craving sushi before a flight or just looking for a great airport dining experience, Gachi Sushi is a must-try. Highly recommended! 🍣✈️“

“I love their salmon sushi rolls and salmon nigiri. It’s always fresh (they make it every day) and delicious. It’s even good without soy sauce. They are in Whole Foods and it’s made ready to go, but I had the chance to meet the people that prepare it and they were very sweet. Definitely worth the money and it’s very convenient. I get it 2-3 times a month. This is not comparable at all to regular grocery chain sushi where they leave it sitting out for 4+ days and it’s stiff. They are on a whole different level and to me, it’s restaurant quality.“

The outside ia complete trash. Such an ugly building. Like for real. Invest in an exterior refresh.

So I popped out the car to do a quick walk-in check cause the exterior of the building really looks like a prop from the Walking Dead.

However, inside is a completely different story. And even the bathroom was super clean.

Also, order the duck noodles. Or anything with duck. Not only is it delicious, you gwt a lot. Will definitely be back.“

“Really great food for a hospital cafe, and shockingly very fairly priced. Loved the salmon poke bowl especially, the salmon nigiri and the ramen gives quite a bit of pork for only ~10$. I was so happy to eat here every day after giving birth in the hospital instead of having to subsist off of hospital food.“

“Our daughter loves sushi and this is her absolute favorite sushi restaurant. We’ve been here a number of times and the staff is always amazing, as is the food. Today was my daughter’s 5th birthday and when we asked her where she wanted to go for dinner, she told us Mizu Sushi. I’m pretty sure she’d make us take her there every day for their Philly roll and miso soup if she could. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. Just wonderful. (Also, my favorite is their Maryland roll. It’s soooooo good!)“

“Sushi Hana is conveniently tucked away in the back of a multi-purpose shopping center in Baltimore and offers plenty of free parking, making it an easy spot to visit. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and welcoming. Even on a Saturday, it wasn’t overly crowded, with only about 6–8 guests dining at a time, which made for a peaceful experience.

We ordered the Chicken Tempura Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, and the Chicken with Pecan Roll and the Chicken with Pecan Roll was absolutely AMAZING! It was easily the standout dish of the meal. The miso soup arrived hot and fresh, and every roll was well-prepared and flavorful. The quality of the food alone makes this a place worth coming back to.

The only downside was the service. There was just one waitress working, and while she was friendly, the wait for drink refills and for our food felt longer than expected given how few customers were in the restaurant.

Overall, the excellent food and relaxing atmosphere outweighed the slower service. I’d definitely return to explore more of the menu and would recommend Sushi Hana to anyone looking for quality sushi in the Baltimore area.“

“I get a kick out of KB! The food is decent, portions are massive, and staff are considerate. I don't go here for atmosphere. The liquor store side of the place really suits our needs. Reasonable, enough variety, and Oleg is an extremely knowledgeable vendor of kosher spirits“
