“Our favorite local sushi place. Rolls are cheap, but not TOO cheap - quality is good, and we've always enjoyed our meals. I prefer to take my wife for date night - this is six regular rolls, and on the boat without asking for a boat! We love Yama!“

“Food:The sushi here is so good. It's some of the best I've had since moving to Baltimore. My favorite (so far) is the R (Roll) Lewis. The unagi and soft shell crab are also wonderful.Service:The server was attentive, never letting our water run out. Our food came out quickly, and the extra roll we ordered before we left arrived fast and packaged well.Atmosphere:We didn't get to see the whole restaurant, as we sat near the entrance. The chair felt a bit uncomfortable. But other than that, the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting.“

“Perfect location for some comfort ramen!! Located literally right next to John’s Hopkins University, Kajiken is ideal for students, visitors, locals who are craving a savory, hot meal. The noodles are made in house and the veggies taste so fresh!! The broth was heart warming and the ambience isn’t loud and distracting, but not library quiet so having a meal with friends would be perfect!“

“I got the deluxe poke bowl and it was so good! Great value, attention to detail and very high quality fresh ingredients- so happy they are in the airport. Grabbed a tea and an onigiri for my flight! If you are a sushi fan and in the Bwi airport stop by and grab a meal- it will not disappoint!!“

“I had a random craving for sushi and my normal go to carry out place had stopped taking orders for the night, so I decided to order from Arigato. I'm so glad I did! The pearl river roll here is my favorite to date I've had from any sushi restaurant. The side order of fried rice was so huge I ate leftovers for two days. The spicy mayo actually has quite a kick to it and is so much better than the run of the mill sauce served at other places. Absolutely delicious!“

“It's been a long time since I've been to Aloha Sushi in Baltimore, since before the pandemic. decided to try them for lunch and the experience was good! apparently the sushi roller, Rajesh, is back, after they changed management. I had the lunch special for the Salmon roll, the tuna role and the Boston roll! it was good and hit the spot. definitely coming back for a date, Mount Vernon is one of my favorite spots.“

“Our daughter loves sushi and this is her absolute favorite sushi restaurant. We’ve been here a number of times and the staff is always amazing, as is the food. Today was my daughter’s 5th birthday and when we asked her where she wanted to go for dinner, she told us Mizu Sushi. I’m pretty sure she’d make us take her there every day for their Philly roll and miso soup if she could. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. Just wonderful. (Also, my favorite is their Maryland roll. It’s soooooo good!)“

“I got door dash. It was sooo yummy. I got the beef and shrimp with noodles rice and veggies. It's worth the upcharge, at least to me. Quite large portion. Also, I got some cooked rolls. I enjoyed it all. Enough to order the same exact thing a second time. It was more than enough for 2. Probably 3 easy! ** A trick I figured out for myself. Up to you, of course! I did get the dash pass for 9.99. It saved me more than the price I would have paid. I canceled afterwards but still got the perks for a month, which saved me even more in the long run.** The 3 bucks off was a discount from them, from their point system. DOORDASH did get me on the tip part. I wanted to give them $10. Please always tip at least 18%. As a server, we count on that money. Very very much. Enjoy!!“

“I love this place so much! Fresh sushi right by the waterfront, what more could you ask for? I also get the miso soup everytime, which is delicious and flavorful. The ambiance is great, especially with the beautiful views of the waterfront. Service is prompt and friendly, though the place can get somewhat crowded during peak times (Friday & Saturday evenings).“

“Went for the omakase on a Thursday lunch.Clean, firm, deeply-colored fish. Rice was well-seasoned. The chef added subtle but flavorful twists or garnishes to each nigiri. Finished us off with two delicious maki made from fresh scraps of tuna and salmon. The place was empty during our whole visit, which was surprising given how much we enjoyed the meal. Notably, the portions were quite large. Don’t underestimate this one - you will be full after!“

“Great sushi and great Chinese also at reasonable prices! I've been getting sushi at Sakura for a while but tonight we also got General Tso's and it was really good and the portion was huge! I dont think Sakura gets the street cred in Annapolis that it deserves- Its a cozy spot with great food and great views of downtown! Now I can't wait for our leftovers tomorrow!“

“Baltimore y’all are sleeping on this place and I don’t know why. I picked up an order at 6:30 and there was no one in the restaurant. Why?? This sushi was some of the best I’ve ever had. Their shrimp dumplings with homemade dipping sauce and fresh garlic were fantastic. The egg drop soup was peppery and smoky. Everything was phenomenal. The staff was incredibly kind. 1000% will be coming back. Thanks Chiu’s Sushi for a delightful meal!“

“Chiyo Sushi in Mt. Washington is a true gem, offering a warm welcome and an authentic Japanese dining experience. The menu features a delightful mix of traditional sushi and innovative dishes, all showcasing the freshest ingredients. The standout for me was the Roast Duck and Dragon Roll, a testament to the chefs' creativity and attention to detail.“

“We love Azumi ambiance is great it on the waterfront in Baltimore. The A5 Wagu melts in your mouth they offer it by the ounce. But it's enough for 4 people we ordered 4 ounces. The yellowtail jalapeño sushi is another favorite. The lychee cocktail is pricy and did not taste like it really had alcohol which was very disappointing. Overall it's a fun place with friends and we shared all the plates along with the fried rice which is delicious. You can't go wrong with any of the menu items. I gave it 4 stars because of the cocktails.“

“I enjoyed everything about this place. Get there and there were no other customers in the restaurant, so it was very quiet. Had a few rolls and an order of the shrimp and vegetable tempura. The eel rolls never disappoint but the tempura was more veg than shrimp. Nothing tasted past it's prime and price was not bad either. Overall food was decent but I really like the environment. Sat by the window and wasn't pressured to leave after eating must have spent two hours just chatting away before realizing still hadn't gotten the check.“
“If you're looking for sushi or sashimi, you'll find the best is here , i just love it. And the staff/management is very nice an friendly. I have enjoyed most of the menu and have never had a complaint , very good food and fairly priced.“

“Matsuri Japanese Restaurant is a must-visit for delicious food and a great vibe. The Matsuri Special Roll is a standout--so flavorful! The staff are friendly and welcoming, making it a top spot for a tasty meal. Can't wait to go back for more! Thanks, Matsuri, for the awesome dining experience!“
“This was a quick stop before heading to a comedy show and it was a 10/10 for me. The restaurant was clean with fast service. I ordered the Bento box with salmon and shrimp which also came with mini egg rolls and sushi. My husband ordered the shrimp and steak with Lo mein. Everything was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. The sushi was a huge plus for me however, the salmon was not a fresh caught as it tasted more like a bag of store brought salmon instead but, all in all everything was delicious and I will definitely return.“

“This was my first "eat-in" experience with Quickway. I have previously ordered for delivery that came from a different location. My kiddo and I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant had only been open for about an hour. The decor is lacking here, it is very underwhelming and the booths seem that they might have been built in a high school shop class. The trash cans are out and exposed and the windows and doors were filthy. The service was pretty good and very very quick. The prices are decent and the servings are humongous. My kiddo just ate sushi, and the tuna rolls were only $6, she thought they were great. I ordered a chicken bento box that was really surprising in its size and variety. Chicken, noodles, vegetables, sushi, dumplings and spring rolls all for about $11. The food tasted really good.I guess I can take the shoddy/lacking decor for some really good and well priced food.Just clean the windows, please.“

“Shop is in a “hole in the wall” ?Once you walk in, it’s a warm climate with warm, dim lighting. You can sit in a half outdoor section as well, however we held off since it was a bit chilly.Service was good. The floral lemonade was strong, tart and a bit sweet. Good, nonetheless. 7/10They give you a bottle of water to distribute via glass for the table. The chicken that comes in the curry ramen and can also be ordered as a side order is good. Great crisp on the breading, juicy and tender chicken. The curry ramen was creamy, flavorful and delicious. 8.5/10Chicken wings were a unique seasoning and sauce. Nothing like I’ve ever tasted before. 7/10Shrimp dish comes out as 3 jumbo shrimp on a bed of spicy mayo. I prefer my sauce on the side, so it’s not overpowering, but it wasn’t a big deal. 7/10The pork belly in the pork belly mazeman is AMAZING. 10/10The Brussels sprouts were tossed in a great sauce. Cooked perfectly 10/10“
