Been going here for years. Love that they have live music. We went there last night with friends and thoroughly enjoyed the band and a nightcap. The waitstaff is always friendly and competent.

MANY Years ago friends gave me a bridal shower in their back room. 7 years ago, the same pals hosted my daughter’s baby shower at Bare Bones. The private party area in the back is neat and large. Check it out.“

“I had steamed monkfish.. There are no real good restaurants in ELLICOTT CITY, where I live now. There is no restaurant that is particularly good at steamed monkfish. However, I ate delicious monkfish for the first time in a while at Hyeban. I love braised monkfish, and for the first time in a long time, I ate it very deliciously. The portion is huge.. If two people come, you can really eat the monkfish to the fullest.. Above all, the service is really the best.. The servers are great. Very friendly.. The female server named EUNJEA was really friendly.. I went there for the first time and asked a lot of questions about the menu, but she responded very kindly and kindly.. I also like the spacious space.. The tables were close together. I like it because it doesn't exist.. The last thing I want to say is that the food at this place is not crazy delicious. It's more than average, so don't come with high expectations.“

“What's not to love? The food is fantastic and their service was even better. The banchan (side dishes) were delicious. The tabletop cooking added to the dining experience. The meat was cooked to perfection. We were each given complimentary scrambled eggs.

The only catch: they don't take reservations. So coordinate and plan accordingly. They only seat you when the full group arrives.

“I've avoided this place for over 10 years because I remember it being very expensive and instead frequented the AYCE alternatives. However, I decided to give it another shot last weekend and was surprised by how great the food and service was, and the price wasn't too bad either!

Highly recommend the bone-in ribs. Cold noodles were very bland. Steamed egg was bland as well but the hot temperature and fluffy texture made it taste good.“

Parking: You might have to wait when they're busy (ahem, Friday lunchtime), but otherwise it's easy to park.

Kid-friendliness: The kids have loved this place since they were little. The guys are so friendly and remember their order, even when it is months between visits.“

“The food is always awesome whether you get pork, beef, or chicken. We also love the fries and corn on the cob as well as the bread pudding! Since our home is in Tennessee, I especially like the option to put slaw on my pork sandwich. The first time I had that was at a high school football game near Memphis and I was spoiled after that.“

“First time visiting here. Halal BBQ is a relatively new concept around here and wanted them ncheck it out. Ordered two Halal Beef Brisket sandwich combos with french fries and a canned soft drink each, a Halal Bacon and Brisket combo sandwich with curly fries and can of coke, Mozzarella cheese sticks combo and a chicken tender serving. Overall the family enjoyed the food, my beef bacon was over cooked and the strips of beef brisket were thin slivers of meat with a barely discernable flavor coated with copious amounts of BBQ sauce. First impression was so-so, for me. Seating was barely adequate with people standing over your head to order. It was night time and rainy sonif they have outdoor seating, it was not part of the equation tonight. I will definitely visit again as I like to support small upcoming businesses and I like the concept of contemporary American food for those who prefer to eat Halal.“

“We were six “ladies of a certain age”…a little rowdy and undecided. We were having lunch. Jeff, our server, was just the right mix of courtesy, humor, patience and accuracy. The portions were larger than expected. Wonderful dining experience!“

“We had an amazing dining experience recently when 3 of us decided to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel where we were staying. I am so glad we chose Longhorn. Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. While I was there someone else was picking up their food and they ordered a cheesesteak that looked so damn good! I’ll definitely be back for that. I won’t lie it’s not the cheapest brunch/lunch option BUT it’s definitely worth it AND it’s BLACK OWNED!“
