“What a great find here in hagerstown. The coffee is great and I love that they have any combination you can think of. If you don't like coffee they have other options as well. Every drink i have had has been great. The cookies and deserts are really good way better then those corporate cookie shops. The croffle is a must have and if your there at lunch the beef partty is great too. Once you stop in you will be back for more its that good.“

“OMG best freakin Coffee Shop EVER!!! So let me start from the beginning. No one wants to wake up Thursday morning at 5am to treat a sick horse. But a woman’s gotta do what a woman’s gotta do 😌. So I set out on our journey with my stepson under the dark Christmas moonlight. I swear I saw Santa on the way… anyways… we decided to try the Dunking app in hopes of finding one that was open ON CHRISTMAS AT FIVE AM. As I scrolled through the closed signs I stumbled across an open sign at Emerald Square. Reluctantly we drove for what seemed like ten minutes to the supposedly “open” dunking donuts. As we approached the beautiful building I observed the lights which shone gracefully from the inside. Excited I pulled up to the drive through, still skeptical of it actually being open. How wrong I was… the moment I pulled up to the microphone we were cheerfully greeted my Dnaval. HANDS DOWN… one of the best moments my my life. Dnaval served us our coffee with diligence and provided a very festive, light banter to keep us occupied in our already short wait- not only that… but Dnaval gave us a CUSTOM PUP-CUP FOR MY DOGGG. I was a bit teary eyed after this kind gesture. This moment absolutely MADE my Christmas morning. As we pulled out of that drive through I felt the extreme urge to write this review, almost as if my life depended on it. So… thank you Dnaval for making my Christmas the BESTEST.“

“until recently I had nothing but praiseworthy things to say for Rooster Moon drive thru, but this month 3 times this month I've ordered the Apple Walnut raisin cranberry salad with Turkey and an Apple vinaigrette. twice i got vinegar and oil, twice no Turkey and once no apple. what's going on? I'm not sure i will order again. I was really look forward to this salad, but yuck!!!“

“Decided to give this spot another try after going to the downtown location and unfortunately its just not for me. The cold brew has a very unique, bitter, fruity taste. Definitely an aquired taste and unlike anything I have had before. The inside of this location is pretty tight, pretty much just a to-go spot. Close to the community college and in an easy to access strip mall“

“I've been frequenting Silt since moving to my new office in May. The food is an absolute HIT and it's the same quality every single time. I no longer drink coffee often but the couple times it was so silky smooth and flavorful. I typically get a large cup of their infused water. Also their desserts so so good!!! So many wholesome options that not only taste good but are good for you.“

“I love all the Dunkin Donuts in Hagerstown, MD. Yesterday was National Donut Day, so I stopped for my Lattes and free Donuts. I couldn't believe when they said they only had 2 donuts left and it was the afternoon!! Come on what happen or what is the problem?“

“This DD location is consistently fast, pleasant, and accurate at filling my food and drink orders. Very pleasant interactions. I have gotten spoiled by the fresh donuts and sandwiches. “It's the best dunkin around this area. Because the employees are all nice and polite. Compared to the others around this are that are not good. The customer always gets exactly what they order. The only down fall is it's inside the absolute worst Walmart. I'd like to see this group of employees take over any other dunkin around. Until then we will keep going there just because of the group of employees they have are truly excellent...“

“I want to express how great a job the crew at the Hagerstown Plaza location (17995 Garland Groh Blvd, Hagerstown MD) were doing tonight while I was there! I arrived shortly before 6 pm after work to take advantage of the ‘buy one, get one free‘ drink offer. The line inside the store wasn’t long at all, although the number of people waiting for orders was quite a few customers. The drive-thru line was also quite lengthy. I later found out the young lady who helped me at the register was the shift manager. She did let me know they were short-staffed and they’d have my drinks ready as quickly as possible. While I waited about 20 minutes for my drinks, I watched as every employee in the store buzzed around in such a way that made the whole operation appear to be a well-oiled machine. The teamwork among the crew was amazing. One found the ice was low and without complaining or ignoring it to let someone else take care of it, quickly disappeared to the back to get more. Another employee found they were short on something else and zip, zip, away she went to get more. The way they communicated with each other and worked together, even with a crazy long drive-thru line and people standing around watching them anxiously, they were truly amazing! I must say, as a manager I’d have been very proud tonight to call this group my team! Managers & employees often hear of negative customer experiences but I enjoy bringing attention to good experiences as well. I expressed my thanks to those I had a moment to speak with briefly but I felt they all did a great job and I was truly proud of them! It warmed my heart to see their smiles when I expressed my thanks because I’m sure they weren’t all smiling on the inside as crazy as things were. I was super proud of this crew and they should be proud of themselves too! 😊“

“We drove took an hour drive (normally 30 minutes) to try this Cinnabon. We took home a box of prepackaged Cinnabons and they were so delicious. Great amount of icing of course we took home extra 😉 because we love the icing. The man and woman that helped us were very sweet and the stand was very clean. We can’t wait to come back!!“
