McDonald's in Hagerstown

“This McDonald's is much like many today. They have a lot of Door Dash service so it can be crazy with barely anyone in the place. This store was super clean, the people were friendly and accommodating. It's close to home so we often get food here.“

“I must say this is generally my go to self treat for adulting like a boss. They generally have great service. They rarely ever get the order wrong or take a long time to bring it out, as I mostly do curb-side pick-up. Even when the app has issues they act in a understanding and timely manner to correct the issue.

Parking: There is ample parking here. Big lot so even when busy one can get in and out with very little frustration“

“So I want to say that I came in as a truck driver and I’m leaving as a very, very happy client. This store at 8:07pm here on 8/14/25 was immaculately clean, and organized. Lots of sites are nasty, and not stocked on the cleanliness of their locations.

“the mcdonald’s is usually clean and kept up. the workers are always working very hard to get the food to you in a timely manner. i go there frequently so i’ve gotten to know some of the workers. i was able to meet the manager, korin. she is such a sweetheart and always greets me with a “hey honey, what can i get you?” she is always there working her hardest and making sure everything is running smoothly. she obviously knows what she’s doing and knows all the ropes. even when it’s been a hard day, she always has a smile on her face. keep up the good work!“

“Wow, this is getting monotonous used it as a reference point on the map for distance to an area for something for sale. Most McDonald's are pretty decent. Their price is a little high, but mcdonald's french has the b bomb, on to the next one.“

“I was driving a 26 foot U-Haul truck. Only the drive-through is open. And the manager let me my husband and my brother come make a order at the drive-through window. She is very friendly. And I can tell that she is a great leader because the team was happy and smiling. And willing to make a great McDonald’s meal. Even making sure that we had fresh fries. Whoever was working the Night Shift a young lady at night. She deserves high honors. As a fellow fast food worker if I worked at this, McDonald’s, I would want to be on her shift. She deserves her raise.“

“Thank you Hector for going above and beyond to fix my order with no hesitation!! I ordered a hamburger, the bread was a little hard, he remade it no problem at all!! I forgot to tell him no cheese and I told him that it’s no problem I will still eat it. He insisted he make it right.(I was grateful) It was much appreciated!! Clean and friendly environment.“

“I recently got a job close to this McD’s. I tend to hit up this McD’s at least once a week. I’m not good at packing my lunch.. lol!! But every time I go to pick up my food on the drive thru they are so professional, positive, polite and fast!!! It’s been a LONG time since I’ve been to fast food place where you can tell the manager is working with the staff to make sure they are providing the service they should. They don’t act like oh we’re a McD’s so let’s act like we are just some fast food place. Management takes the job seriously!! And it shows either the staff. First time i was there I went in to pick up my food and that’s when I noticed this. And thought wow, I haven’t seen that type of service since when I worked fast food at a new BK back in 1998. This last time I went, I got the $5 meal deal. And my coworker got 10 piece nugget meal. And let me tell you, both of us couldn’t believe how fresh the nuggets tasted!!! This McD’s is in a high traffic area, it you would never know it with how fast and pleasant of an experience I have every time. Great job management!!!! I will say, I only place my order online, and I only go at lunch time during the week. The only negative, and not even that big of a deal is sometimes the staff is hard to understand. But not to the point that I have no clue what they are saying. I feel terrible even bringing it up because the positives far outweigh this little issue.“
