“This is your run-of-the-mill McDonald's with a split drive-thru and relatively fast service compared to a few other locations in surrounding Hagerstown. I personally have never had an incorrect order and they are always willing to make modifications to meals upon request.“
“I must say this is generally my go to self treat for adulting like a boss. They generally have great service. They rarely ever get the order wrong or take a long time to bring it out, as I mostly do curb-side pick-up. Even when the app has issues they act in a understanding and timely manner to correct the issue.
Parking: There is ample parking here. Big lot so even when busy one can get in and out with very little frustration“
“It was attached to a gas station called Pilot,I simply walked about 2 feet in McDonald's and right back out.Apparently Google thinks that was enough time to order food,Why am i reviewing Micky D's anyway?WHO DOESNT KNOW THIS PLACE BY NOW?ITS 2023 GOOGLE!!!!!“
“We always stop when we visit Hagerstown area but if we lived closer we would be there morning noon & nightThe food is always HOT & we noticed how the buns are always so fresh.They are one of the rare ones that when you order a fresh quarter pounder we are asked to pull ahead and wait. The burger is juicy and hot! The French fries being hot ( that's when they taste the best) do not have old oil taste.“
“I frequent this place a lot since its close to my work. The lines tend to clear out quickly and I haven't encountered very many messed up orders as I had in the past. Only big complaint is when I order food I'd like it to be fresh and not something that was reheated after sitting out for so long.“
“McDonalds breakfast is my favorite. I always get the Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit meal with an extra has brown. The sandwich was hot and ready to eat. Both has browns were cooked perfect. Some times they come out oily and don’t taste good but not these!! Great location.“
“I used to avoid this location for years(10+) but after having a lot of issues with the Maugens Ave location I decided to try it again. Last 2 trips have gone well. Hopefully it stays in the right direction. My orders were fresh, timely and accurate.“
“I really enjoy going to this McDonalds. They are very quick in the morning, and I usually order from the app with no issues. I just want to say that there is an employee named Jay that works the drive thru. He is a great employee and has a fantastic, positive attitude.
