“Be cautious when ordering Starbucks at Arnold Safeway. Just watched the young lady blow her nose and go up inside with a finger from each hand and proceed to make drinks. I said something to the young man and he said something to her to wash her hands and she ignored him and went about making drinks and touching everything. I left and informed the manager as well.“

The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming and you can tell they actually care about the people coming through the door. The whole place has this positive energy that you don’t get at most coffee shops.

The coffee is really solid too. I’ve tried a few different drinks and everything has been made right and comes out quick. The shop is clean, easy to hang out in, and it’s the kind of spot where you end up chatting with someone even if you weren’t planning on it.

“I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Looks like a bookstore from the outside, but guess what?! Well. It kind of is a bookstore. Because it’s IN a bookstore. But that’s part of its charm. The coffee is great, obviously. And they have tea. Just don’t you dare ask for chamomile. Or if you’re feeling playful, you can always get some hot choccy. They’re always playing great music too. A fantastic atmosphere. I go in every single day with my laptop to do some work and I swear, I accomplish more in one hour than a college kid on Adderall cramming at 4am for an 8am final. The real absolute rockstar of the show, though, is Madison. I think she might actually be superhuman. Once I ordered something and she told me no, I don’t want that, and then made me something else. And you know what? She was absolutely right. “If I’m ever out in the Severna Park area I always make a trip to Rise Up. Their coffee is SO STRONG. Which I love. And it tastes good! Their syrups are pretty good, I usually go with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte and it’s delicious. I also love their happy cow vegan breakfast burrito. I do wish I could order food at the drive thru they have since I have a one year old that’s usually sleeping in the backseat but I get it. A bit small on the inside for the amount of foot traffic, I probably wouldn’t post up here to study or work but they have a nice outdoor seating area when it’s warmer out.“

“This was my first time at a ceremony roasters, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a almond milk latte, which was extra hot and extra foamy. I took a chance and got the prosciutto croissant, which was absolutely delicious, it reminded me of a ham and cheese Breakfast treat. There was ample parking in the parking lot and the location was clean. The employees were very helpful when I asked questions about the breakfast menu.“

“I work here! So yes, I am biased. The specialty lattes are all very unique and creative flavors, and the prices cannot be beat these days. (No tax, either!) Very small, quaint coffee shop with a calm vibe most days. Note that there is no Wi-Fi.“

I’m slightly confused by the decor, but not mad at it. There’s a lot to look at and a lot of options so take your time before you choose. I really don’t think you could go wrong as long as you stick to your own flavor profile. I enjoyed a Yuzu cheesecake and a lemoncello cake. Both were incredible.“

We visited here for the first time a few days ago as we were traveling through Maryland and stopped in Annapolis for the day and we were pleasantly surprised with both the seasonal maple iced latte and the iced tea we got. I didn’t see until I had already received my drink that they had a supposedly iconic coffee smoothie on their menu. That was probably their best menu item - shame I didn’t get a chance to try it. Next time!! But yeah, this place is located in a little food hall that has several different vendors all in one location. So, you can come here for food from some other places and get your coffee at Rise Up all at the same time! I really enjoyed this place, service was good, our drinks came out fast, and there really were no complaints. I will be trying the coffee smoothie next time I’m in Annapolis and stop by Rise Up!!“

“I very much enjoy going to this Dunkin. The staff is wonderful and always take care of me. I don't tip at coffee shops...I tipped here.

The only real complaint I have is that the drive through is very slow. It's so much faster to walk in and order or order ahead and pick it up at the counter than to use the drive through.

Parking is extremely limited, and with the drive through constantly overflowing the parking lot it's often times better to park in the nearby strip mall lot and walk over. It's worth it, though.

All too often I forget to scan my app barcode to get points. It would be awesome if the staff at the register would ask if I have the app right before taking payment if I didn't already get it scanned. An employee told me yesterday that a lot of people forget to get their barcode scanned. It would be a good gesture to start reminding customers when they offer payment. ?

Parking: REALLY limited parking. But then, I don't know that I've ever seen a Dunkin with lots of parking. Lol“
