“Came in right at closing time and Jazz took care of my order even though they were right about to close. My order only took about 10 mins and I was on my way! Thank You DJ Jazzy Jeff! You're the man and I hope you get a raise! This location in Aspen Hill has become my favorite Pizza Spot because even though some people may complain about the customer service, I've never had a bad experience here and I've been ordering both Delivery and Carryout from here for years!!“

“I'm a regular at Angelo's almost every Tuesday during the fall middle school and spring high school softball seasons. I stop there between the game I umpire and teaching religious education around the corner at St. Patrick's. I will say that the quality at Angelo's is outstanding. I usually do a combination cheeseburger sub or steak and cheese. They are excellent. Plus, the fries are real fries that come out of the deep frier nice and crispy. I often will treat my religious education class to pizzas from Angelo's and they always tell me it's good pizza. Finally, they have Little Gina's pizzels. They're an Italian cookie my Italian mom would make and they are exactly like she would cook them. So, if you want some great pizza or sub plus some really crispy fries, I highly recommend Angelo's. Maybe I'll see you there some Tuesday!“

“I was visiting the DC area and wanted pizza, so I decided to try Matchbox. I love a meaty pizza, so I ordered The Pig, which was loaded with pepperoni, ham, sausage, salami, and bacon, and it was super cheesy! Most of the toppings were underneath the cheese. I chose a 10-inch pizza, which was a good size if you have a big appetite or want to share with a friend. The service was excellent; my waiter was very attentive. The space was clean, relaxed, and private enough for each party to enjoy their own area.“

“Low key, down to eatery, primarily for carryout. But as good a carbonara as I have ever had. And made properly, letting the egg emulsify to make it creamy, without using cream like so many other places. Bravo!

“Wow! Such amazing pizza. The crust is so well made- beautiful wheat sourdough focaccia. Crunchy on the outside, soft of the inside. The toppings were high quality and thoughtfully sourced. Honestly my perfect pizza- it was incredible. I didn’t get a photo because I ate it too fast.“

“My wife and I are native New Yorkers, i.e, Pizza Snobs. We’ve lived in 3 states and the DMV. Wise Guy Pizza is authentic. Full stop. Just the right amount of oil on top, the pepperoni was perfectly flat, unlike some at imposter pizza places where they lay like mini saucers. The crust is simply New York - the crust thin and soft, not like other “thin crust” imitators that tastes like cardboard. The only complaint is the sausage: little rectangle strips rather than small round pieces. However, they were tasty.
We are happy to finally, after 40 years of searching, find real NY pizza. Note: Where were the Black & Whites?“

“This was the worst service ever here and I have not been back since the last bad service..I took a friend here from Philly and took forever to get waited on. appetizer was not fully cooked.Pizza came out.... my pasta never made it out. never heard a word from the manager ..how sad. male employees were constantly occupying the men's room...the waitress is the only one what was apologetic..my friend from Philly was not impressed and I left mad and disappointed. my third time with this location. “Listen, to be quite honest if I could give this bar 17 stars I would. The bars of yesteryear, you can come in get yourself a nice tall boy and a shot and not spend over $40 are gone. But this place still holds on to the best kind of neighborhood bar tradition. The food here does what it needs to do.
