“The food was good. The donuts were good but not as good as other Dunkin Donuts I've tasted. The croissant sandwich and hashbrowns were delicious and made right the first time, which is rare for other Dunkin locations I've visited. The line was very long because the location diwn the street is being renovated. Getting the food took forever. The customer service was great, very kind, and professional.“

As a Dunkin fanatic, It’s really disappointing how some Dunkin’s make watered-down espresso, half brewed cold brew, or sell iced coffee as cold brew. This location always has great tasting cold brew and I’m just hoping it stays that way!

Parking: The Harris Tester parking garage is one left away from the Dunkin. Depending on your spot it’s a 1 minute walk. I also see people temporarily park behind the building and bank lane (I don’t think this is encouraged) Always plenty of well lit parking. If you want to park closer there is paid street parking.“

“The service in the early morning when first opened up the employees are fast they have my coffee ready before I order it so I don't have to wait around and they know what I want to order but when it hits around 11;00am then when the other employees come in to work it's like they are lost like they don't know what they are doing and it takes like 10 minutes to get my coffee and that's not good“

“Visited this classic Dunkin with my daughter before school one Monday in February 2025. The coffee was great, the location was clean, and the staff was friendly. My only sadness is that the inside seating has been removed, suggesting a trend away from embracing the role as a gathering place in it community.“

I visit this location quite often and they always make my coffee drinks very well. On a recent Monday they had their doors locked and were only allowing for drive through orders. I ordered ahead on the mobile app using points. When I arrived at the store the drive through line was out to the street and I couldn't access the inside or get in the drive through line. Therefore I couldn't get my order and I had to go to work. I called the store after work and explained. The still had my drink there and told me that I could come the next day and they would make it for me again. I appreciate this bc running a business is not about never making a mistake but also being willing to make it right bc you value your customers. “Visited this Dunkin with my daughter early am. Great atmosphere, nice cozy seating area. App order took a little time to fill, but they noticed me waiting and asked and filled quickly. Shelves well stocked with a strong variety of tasty looking Donuts! Bumped into my plumber while I was here. Coffees were good!“

“Good coffee! I visited this DD with my daughter on a cool Monday morning in March. We had a long trip ahead and we needed refreshment. I ordered a hot coffee, and she ordered an iced coffee, scorning the waning winter. Ahhh sweet coffee, sweet morning, sweet day. The Dunkin, like the others and more than some, delivered.“

“This is maybe the best Dunkin in the Baltimore area, or anywhere really - one of the best. They have a very fast accurate drive thru with pleasant staff. I just went through. With seven cars ahead of me, it only took about 3 minutes total from when I got in line to driving away with my coffee.“

“Since Labor Day falls on a Monday this year, my daughter and I visited Dunkin. ❤️
My daughter has a bad habit of trying to put her feet up on the dashboard of my car, which I rebuke vigorously every time. This time she almost knocked the speaker off the interior next to the side view mirror. Needless to say this almost became a problem.
In the end, Almond spice coffee to the rescue. This seasonal blend of delicate herbs and spices will soothe even the most cantankerous father. This Dunkin also has a some sort of bug catcher for a full view of which I had to stand on a chair.

“For the record, you can get access to this Dunkin without being a tenant. We drove up, asked to be let in for the purpose of visiting the Dunkin, parked and walked in.
My daughter and I have been visiting the various Dunkins in Baltimore City and found this one to be exceptional!

Parking: We had to get through an access gate. Over the intercom we just asked for visitor access to go to the Dunkin. We were able to then Park in free parking.“

“I frequent a lot of Dunkins locations due to convenience of where I work/live. I order the same thing every time, a black pepper bacon sandwich, and I have to say, this Dunkin is hands down the best at making them. Always hot, cheesy, perfectly toasted. And the staff are always so kind.“

“VERY busy location, across from TWO high schools. They are able to handle the traffic well, but do NOT think you're going to run in and out quickly on school days between 7 and 8:30am.
I got the Sabrina's brown sugar drink, and it was NOT worth it. I miss the cookie butter cold brew“

“I visited this Dunkin this morning with my daughter, who is nearing the end of the school year. How amazed we were to see a donut flavored coffee!! With what trepidation did we order this unknown beverage! What would it be like? Good or bad? And where do new flavors COME FROM? Having ordered on the app from the car, we walked in (though, with a convenient drive thru available, this wasn't strictly necessary, and perhaps if it had been raining we wouldn't have bothered) and, lo and behold, a lovely sitting area. “I have low expectations w/DD because they’re never consistent with coffee/food order. But I really needed a coffee this am. I tried the closest location to me. It was no surprise w/my coffee or Avocado Toast w/bacon (never tastes warm either). But the parking lot was very clean for its location and the drive through was extremely friendly and fast!“

“This location is usually busy during mornings.My order, placed via the Dunkin' app, was incomplete, but I didn't realize it until I got back home. I called to inform them about the mistake. The manager, I believe, was kind, apologetic and offered to resolve the matter whenever I stopped in again. Instead I chose to call customer service to request a refund for the item not included in my order. The resolution took a chat session, two phone calls and a month to be realized!“

“I always enjoy there coffee and I hardly ever buy coffee out, but theirs is always fresh and I actually like the taste of it. I have even bought it at the supermarket. The donuts are also very fresh. I don't have anything spectacular to say about the staff, but I don't have anything negative to say either. They are efficient at their jobs but not especially friendly.“

“I've been returning to Parkville for the past 10 years to visit family a few times each year. Frankly the decay in the area and greater Baltimore in general is alarming. I've given up on McDonalds around here. They're all terrible - especially the ones that serve your mediocre food with a spice of "attitude". Alas I've found a diamond in the third world streets of Bleedamore. Friendly charming staff, well prepare food served in a clean and warm atmosphere. Maybe the best kept secret around.“

“As I would expect from a Dunkin’ Donuts location it was exceptional. We only have one in our area back out west in California and it’s 47miles away. They should really have a rule for refills I understand it’s for sanitary reasons but if it’s clean inside the customers that are dining inn should be allowed for refills other wise once customers leaves them the rule would completely comply with the sanitary rule. Other than that the place runs great.“
