“I appreciate how effectively the manager handles situations whenever I visit (not directly with me, haha). Overall, all the employees at this Dunkin' location do a great job! My English muffin with sausage is always excellent; however, I do not recommend the salty hash browns with bacon and cheese. :p“

“Been in the Mt Vernon area for 3 years now. I used to get Dunkin here once or twice a week, then cut it down to probably once a month now. But every time I've come by this Dunkin spot, there's been one employee working hard on weeknights. It's been a while since I've been by, so I forget his name, but he's been extremely kind and considerate to everyone that comes through. I know there are more employees because I've stopped by on Sundays, but during the week, and sometimes Saturdays, he's been the only employee. PLEASE, either hire another person or just give the guy a major raise! He holds down the fort and provides great, quick service despite being one person. When I came by this evening he handled a line of 5 deftly. He deserves much more credit and support!“

“I go to this Dunkin almost every day to chat with my friends or study. They always use the perfect mix of refresher and green tea, far better than others in the area which I also visit. Their mobile orders are always ready very quickly, and the location is perfect nearby planet fitness and my work. Plus, the workers are always friendly and know me by name because of how often I visit haha. This Dunkin is the best!“

“I recently visited the Dunkin walk-in window and had a great experience. I wanted to try their meal plan but didn't have the app. An employee kindly helped me out and was very polite. As a Dunkin fanatic, It’s really disappointing how some Dunkin’s make watered-down espresso, half brewed cold brew, or sell iced coffee as cold brew. This location always has great tasting cold brew and I’m just hoping it stays that way!

Parking: The Harris Tester parking garage is one left away from the Dunkin. Depending on your spot it’s a 1 minute walk. I also see people temporarily park behind the building and bank lane (I don’t think this is encouraged) Always plenty of well lit parking. If you want to park closer there is paid street parking.“

“The staff is the best! I’m pregnant with twins and wanted to DoorDash my order but my exact order that I was craving was not on the app. It was going to be the end of the world if I didn’t get exactly what I wanted so I called to see if they could help me. I spoke with a very pleasant lady who told me it would be no problem accommodating me! She added what I asked for to my order and made my entire day! I didn’t get her name but I hope she reads this! “Visited this classic Dunkin with my daughter before school one Monday in February 2025. The coffee was great, the location was clean, and the staff was friendly. My only sadness is that the inside seating has been removed, suggesting a trend away from embracing the role as a gathering place in it community.“

“Went into Dunkin donuts to order the $6.00 meal without egg,added bacon on croissant. Hash browns were Frozen. Went back inside the establishment only to be greeted with a smirk on the staff's face. Ask the manager to touch the hash. Browns, which were very very cold manager, would not touch the hash. Browns did not try to give me any. Accommodations gave me a new order of hash Browns and sent me on my way. I have to pray because the treatment of some of these stores. There doesn't seem to be appreciation for the $ that we work so hard for,what happened to customer service. I shouldn't have to keep calling a 1 800 number to get a small discount for the treatment I wouldn't want to display to others. Who wants cold food? Ill stick to hot coffee from now on.🫡“

“The only Gripe i have about this particular Dunkin is that The Lobby has been Out Of Order for nearly 2 Months Now. Since i have made this My New Local Dunkin Location i literally have to stand in The Drivethrough to order. And it becomes a bit of a hassle because i have to hop in front of cars just to get to the window and that can be dangerous for me. So please do something about getting The Lobby up and running other than that I Love this Dunkin My Iced Coffee is always A Perfect 10/10 every single time. The Customer Service is always A Perfect 10/10 and The Atmosphere is always A Perfect 10/10 so like i said my only Gripe is The Lobby.“

“For the record, you can get access to this Dunkin without being a tenant. We drove up, asked to be let in for the purpose of visiting the Dunkin, parked and walked in.
My daughter and I have been visiting the various Dunkins in Baltimore City and found this one to be exceptional!

Parking: We had to get through an access gate. Over the intercom we just asked for visitor access to go to the Dunkin. We were able to then Park in free parking.“

“I have low expectations w/DD because they’re never consistent with coffee/food order. But I really needed a coffee this am. I tried the closest location to me. It was no surprise w/my coffee or Avocado Toast w/bacon (never tastes warm either). But the parking lot was very clean for its location and the drive through was extremely friendly and fast!“

“This location has dramatically improved over the past couple of years! Big fan of the staff they are always friendly and kind which is sort of unusual in a DD. Occasionally the drive through line backs up out into the street which can be inconvenient but not their fault.“

“The service in the early morning when first opened up the employees are fast they have my coffee ready before I order it so I don't have to wait around and they know what I want to order but when it hits around 11;00am then when the other employees come in to work it's like they are lost like they don't know what they are doing and it takes like 10 minutes to get my coffee and that's not good“

My only issue is that I wish this location would step its game up a little. Maybe more Dunkin merchandise and more donut designs not just the basic donuts all the time. “I visited this Dunkin this morning with my daughter, who is nearing the end of the school year. How amazed we were to see a donut flavored coffee!! With what trepidation did we order this unknown beverage! What would it be like? Good or bad? And where do new flavors COME FROM? Having ordered on the app from the car, we walked in (though, with a convenient drive thru available, this wasn't strictly necessary, and perhaps if it had been raining we wouldn't have bothered) and, lo and behold, a lovely sitting area. “This is a very solid DD!! The staff are super friendly, and they really hustle. No drive thru means that there’s a little more of a community feel inside. Yes, homeless and panhandlers frequent the location due to their being a shelter across the street, but have a heart, man!! They are always friendly.“

“This location is usually busy during mornings.My order, placed via the Dunkin' app, was incomplete, but I didn't realize it until I got back home. I called to inform them about the mistake. The manager, I believe, was kind, apologetic and offered to resolve the matter whenever I stopped in again. Instead I chose to call customer service to request a refund for the item not included in my order. The resolution took a chat session, two phone calls and a month to be realized!“

“I always enjoy there coffee and I hardly ever buy coffee out, but theirs is always fresh and I actually like the taste of it. I have even bought it at the supermarket. The donuts are also very fresh. I don't have anything spectacular to say about the staff, but I don't have anything negative to say either. They are efficient at their jobs but not especially friendly.“

“This place has gotten so much better than it was a year ago! My order hasn't been made wrong in a long time. The morning staff are smiling and pleasant when I come to pick up my order.
