From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was astounding: perfectly curated ambiance, gracious and attentive service, and a beautifully paced tasting menu. Every dish was a revelation, from the wine pairing thoughtfully selected to complement each course, to the impeccable presentation and exquisite flavors. The staff made the evening feel utterly seamless and special. It was our first visit to Charleston, and it stands out as the perfect place to mark such a milestone. “Marta manages to be both lively and cozy simultaneously in a rowhouse that previously housed Salt (one of my all time favorite upscale restaurants) We went for a friend's birthday, and all 3 courses were delicious, beautifully presented, inventive, and not the same old menu that you find everywhere. Very sweet wait staff was super attentive, educated about the food and wine and made great suggestions. Our original wait staff had an emergency and had to leave in the middle of service, but seamlessly another wait person stepped in to covered us. Kudos to the front of house team for handling with such skill and ease. But the food was definitely the star of the show. For me, the standout was the tuna cannoli. I'm not even sure I can do justice to this deliciousness with a crunchy outer "cannoli" shell with a slight hint of sweet surrounding a creamy center of tuna crudi with little dots of avocado cream. And all was covered with a pistachio "dust." The spicy meatballs were delectable nestled in a cloud of creamy spicy ricotta. And the Duck and Foie Gras Panzotti (little triangle ravioli) was creamy, delicious and the perfect combination of delicate tastes. And the Tiramisu Affogato ended the dinner on a delicious note! My hubby always orders the 2-2-2 and I get the Eggs Benedict. They are always on point. The Breakfast Burrito and Crab Benedict are also winners, packed with flavor and fresh ingredients.

“The view goes on forever and it is so much fun to pick out landmarks in the distance. The room is handsome and comfy. Sue was a fabulous waitress , making suggestions, chatting with us, etc. The menu was tempting. The food was good, but not everything was excellent, but we would still go back.“

“First the food was really good. The lady who prepared my meal went above and beyond to make my order. Secondly they have an apothecary connected to the restaurant with herbs and natural products that are unique and hard to come.by in organic form. I would absolutely recommend checking them out.“

“There are not enough stars in the sky to give this place. Talk about creating fantastic dishes they make such wonderful flavor combinations. They use fresh ingredients it’s very evident in the high quality of food that they provide. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing and the vibes are indescribable. My waiter was Jimmy today I ordered the Halibut after I asked what it was 😂😂😂. He told me it was delicious and one of his favorite fish. The man was spot on it was absolutely amazing how every was seasoned and grilled to beyond perfection. My girlfriend ordered the Chicken Chesapeake it was an absolute hit.I don’t know which one was better but I’d love to have a serving of either one again anytime. Oysters were perfect this place has quickly become a huge place of interest. We both look forward to returning and I will suggest this amazing food to anyone. What great food and a great time.“

“Really cozy 50s style diner. I was hoping for a T bone steak, but they oddly enough didn't offer any. I settled on the calf liver & enjoyed it. The mashed potatoes were & steamed vegetables were a bit bland.
The passion fruit mimosa was a bit too tart & sour for my liking. However that's likely my own fault for ordering a sour drink.

“If you’re looking for breakfast in the airport, I recommend Silver Diner. The service is quick and friendly, and there’s a lot of space. There was a line when we got there, but it did move quickly. The food and drinks are good quality, and the staff do a great job at handling the high volume of customers. For food I highly recommend the avocado toast.“

“Corn dog and fried chicken are our family's favorites with their amazing fries! Baltimore's only kosher fast food place, and it's great value! Also have Chinese, burgers, Israeli (shawarma and falafel). Parking is tight when it's busy as the lot is shared with Tov Pizza next door

“I just wanted to say what an awesome experience Barracudas and Billy provided for my family. We held a surprise 90th birthday party for my Mom there on Saturday and it was perfect. The food was delicious as usual and the service was phenomenal. Abby did a great job taking care of us. Big shout out to the kitchen staff and everyone else who assisted in making my Mom feel loved and appreciated. I live 2 hours from the restaurant, but I make it a point to stop in almost everytime for food and drinks. Everyone has their own opinion concerning the restaurant and staff. In 10 years I have never had a bad experience here or seen anything out of the ordinary reacting to the staff or ownership. I have seen intoxicated patrons but that's it. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a meal or a drink. You won't be disappointed.“

For 12 bucks flat I got shrimp with mixed vegetables the shrimp are huge and so many really allot and fresh veggies and fried rice too . Taste great, great value and a sweet hard working woman and her family run this place.
