“This is the place I go to when I want perfectly made deli style food. I do not know why but I wake up once a week craving a meatball sub from Orion Sky Cafe. The cold cut sub is very good as well and I am slowly trying the other sandwiches on the menu and have not found one that was not either very fresh or well prepared. The chicken or beef teriyaki with fried rice is a very large portion and perfectly prepared. The specials are all very different and worth a try. The staff are super out going and very friendly. One of my favorite things in the restaurant is the old school food menu displayed over the drink station. I would highly recommend this restaurant.“

“It's Kenyan style food so the curry among other dishes will not be what you are used to. However, I did enjoy the added spices that the African style brings. I recommend everyone giving this restaurant a try. They have pool tables too. Tell Lindsey I sent you. Bon Appetit“

“I have nothing bad to say about this spot the service was exceptional we had Chase as our server he was amazing very tentative very funny very just kind all over we started with sitting outside. It wasn’t that cold out. They had the burners going, but then they moved us inside. The music was jumping. We went on Valentine’s Day per usual everything is packed, but it was good food. good laugh’s Good drinks, and good service. I’m giving it a 10 out of 10. I got The shrimp Alfredo it was so good. Honey got the chicken quesadilla and some barbecue brisket nachos it was all good.“

“I got a 12 piece wing with fried rice instead of French fries and and 2 steak and cheese egg rolls and I have to say overall everything was pretty good. The vegetable fried rice I'd give an 8 out of 10, the steak and cheese egg rolls I'd give an 9 out of 10 and 2 flavors of wings Jamaican jerk and sriracha I'd give a 9 out of 10. The only thing that I can really say bad is that the food that I paid for was a little bit pricy but I don't mind paying a little more if the food is worth it and to me it sure was so I'll definitely be back to try more food on there menu.“

“I think Old Ebbitt Grill are one of the best grill joints around Washington and they got the most warmed atmosphere and I also enjoyed their service a lot. They blew my mind; specially the mushroom soup. It was amazing! I also like that the Persian bowl was a feature by an Iranian chef recently arrived to the country. The ambience and service were outstanding as well. And I loved that I could, for once, speak Spanish without feeling intimidated.“

“I recently visited Marcus DC with one of my close friends and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was incredible and the service matched it perfectly.
We decided to go the small plates route and I'm glad we did. We started off with the oysters. The oysters paired the prickly pear piri piri and habanero sauce were absolutely delicious... bold, unique flavors that I was not expecting but loved every bite of. We also had the snapper crudo which was so well balanced and flavorful without being overdone. Just really well executed.
Now let me talk about the adobo cauliflower because it may genuinely be the best seasoned cauliflower I have ever had in my entire life. I would go back to this restaurant just for that dish alone!! Lastly, the crispy potato was also a great addition and rounded out the meal perfectly.
Everything about this visit was top tier. The food, the atmosphere, and especially the service. If you have not been to Marcus at the Morrow Hotel yet, you are truly missing out.“

“Wonderful first experience. Invited to attend "Seniors Don't Eat Alone" waiter Kevin was very attentive, knowledgeable and understanding of Seniors!!! Our second experience, was again great. We joined "DINE OUT MARYLAND" and saw Libs Fulton was on the registry. Four of us had reservations at 4:00 we asked to be seated at a 6 top and the hostess just smiled and seated the 4 of us. Then noticed that Kevin was once again our waiter. He took the drink orders perfectly. Unfortunately, my BEEF & BURRATA was tepid at best. Kevin nicely removed and had remade without issue. The MOD brought my diner back pipping hot and apologized with a smile. Prior to ordering, we had inquired if the Dine Out MD was accepted and provided our ID. Keven again handled. Next another personable young man brought back the bill and spoke with us. He was informing us of the upcoming expansion of the Libs restaurants. He stated he was going to be at the new location in Towson. Great experience. All three individuals showed great customer service. BTW - our food was delicious....“

“Food is good and menu has something for everyone. The best part is the staff. Anna is an awesome server. She has taken care of our family a few times and she always remembers us and our preferences. She is great with kids. The last time my daughter and I were there she had another table with a couple that had a baby. She took care of them seamlessly while juggling everyone else.“

The only downside was that we had been walking all day through the city and my phone had died. I was hoping they might be able to let me charge my phone briefly so we could get home but they were unable to do allow that.“

“Matchbox used to be one of my favorite restaurant chains. Now that it's owned by some big corporate company, it sucks. The drinks and food are expensive at the Mosaic location. and there for very few people there. It used to have such a great vibe; it was always full of people at the tables and the bar. please bring back the original owners!“

“My son and I visited the Washington DC HRC last week. I just want to say that Angela and Christian reminded me of why I started going to HRC in the first place. They were great and we had a great time. For reasons I don't understand, the service at HRCs has been in decline for the past decade or so. But Angela and Christian were just like the HRC employees I would interact with pre-2012 or so. They made us feel like people instead of a check. And if anyone from HRC corporate actually bothers to read this...you should ask Angela and Christian in Washington DC how HRC should train its employees and interact with its customers. “It's a lovely cozy restaurant with great food and wonderful atmosphere. I took my son - who grew up in DC - and his wife there for lunch and it was delicious and charming. I love the desserts and the cesar salad with shrimp is my favorite. The wait staff is so very nice and accommodating. highly recommend this iconic Washington place.“
