“Nice ambience, friendly staff and vegan croissant and pumpkin/carrot cake that actually taste nice. Let’s not get carried away, it’s not as nice as a really good French croissant made with butter, but that’s probably impossible. Several other vegan options for breakfast like avocado toast and breakfast bowls. No English breakfast tea or soya milk, but they did have Earl Grey and several other types of non-dairy milk. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area.“

“I ordered a bulgogi sub. It was so good. So good that I immediately advised my coworkers to order from here for lunch, TODAY. I requested some add ons which they added. It was very flavorful. I also ordered French fries which were also delicious. They included what I think was mumbo sauce. A little sweet and spicy. Overall delicious.“

“If you work nearby and don't feel like dealing with the food court at the Mall, then this is the spot for you! I usually eat here once a week, and the sandwiches are delicious. They have all types of sandwiches, a hot bar, a salad bar, and tons of beverages. Everything you would want from a deli/cafe. “Since checking this place out, I have become a regular customer, and now come in 1-2x a week for a grocery restock. I have had no time to cook since the new year and had been eating out almost every meal.... but there are so few places around with healthy options. I am so picky about what fruits and veggies, organic items, etc. that I eat, and thankfully sprouts has provided great options for that! The baristas/cashiers are always so helpful and kind to us. Some of my favorites are-- ALL of the soups (seriously that chicken and rice is perfection, especially if you are under the weather), turkey chili, thai wrap, veggie wrap, egg roll in a bowl, drunken noodles, bbq chicken and succotash, the vitality ginger drink (that spice burns but feels good!), the challah and sourdough bread, eskimo bites for a treat, and the strawberry blondie brownies! I am trying new things as the menu changes, but these have been on my constant restock when available of what I have had so far!! I recently learned they can heat the items for you, so you can eat a hot meal there (I have not done this yet myself, as this is like grocery shopping for me so i take it home... but i have seen lots of people in there enjoying their meals!) I have seen some complain about the prices, but if you know the quality of what you are getting (local, organic), then you would realize these are very fair prices! If I have ever wanted to request something or had a slight issue, Sprouts has always been more than happy to accommodate. “Beautiful salads and sandwiches. Extremely fresh. Prices are reasonable. A large chef salad is $6.25, dressing included, a Ham & Swiss on Croissant is $5.70. Coffee is fresh and hot and delicious with a lot of choices and much less expensive than the coffee shop that starts with an "S". I haven't tried them, but the great variety of breakfast baked goods looks fantastic too. Immaculately clean.“

“I love their crepes I get them from time to time. They have happy hour on Tuesday through Thursday from 2-6 for their hookah. But on a regular day I still cone and get an Al Fakher hookah for a decent price. It's a nice chill spot and I live close by I highly recommend then to anyone.“

“Over the past four years, I was a regular at Rock Cafe while working near by - going three to four times a week when working there. Across four years, this adds up to well over one hundred orders. Here is my thorough review on everything!

Service - a lot of us regulars would refer to the Cafe as 'Frank's', after the owner who is there with his team every day. Frank is a great man, who I have had the pleasure of getting to know very well. I would often times go over and he would immediately know my orders depending on the day of the week. Despite being a lean team they are fast and efficient, and if they do forget something are quick to fix it apologetically. During the school year they have dozens of students come between the hours of 11:15 and 11:45, but even then you'll get you food fast enough.

Ambiance - while a simple interior, there is still places to sit both inside and outside. I typically take the food back to my office space, but on a nice day there are worst corporate parks to sit at.

Food - as past reviewers have stated, there are lots of different specials depending on the day of the week. My go-to favorites are the following:

- Chana Masala on Mondays - an appropriate level of spice with tons of flavor. Comes with rice, naan and raita.
- Italian Coldcut on Tuesdays, which come with a side of chips. In general, I his sandwiches were my go-to when I couldn't make a decision
- Chicken Burrito Bowls on Wednesday - a much better value than places nearby and always filled me up. Probably my personal favorite. I would typically add hot sauce too.
- Butter Chicken w/ Naan and Rice on Thursdays - similar to the Chana in that it was very flavorful with a touch of spice, but nothing that should deter away those that aren't completely averse to it. Super popular - they typically sell out before one.
- For breakfast, his sandwiches are the best deal in the area! Fresh bagels and egg with your choice of meat and cheese. Highly, highly recommend!

In general, I also liked the paninis and his chicken quesadilla. I would occasionally get salads, although these were typically my least preferred option.

Overall - for great service and good food at some of the best prices in Montgomery County, you can't go wrong with Rock Cafe! I know they'll also take larger orders if you call ahead of time, so great for work/team events too.

“I just had the most outstanding customer service experience at the Nespresso store in Westfield Mall, Bethesda, and it’s all thanks to an incredible employee named Jay. Honestly, Jay is the epitome of what real customer service is all about.

So here’s the story: my wife’s Nespresso machine finally gave out after about five or six years of faithful use. We usually go to the Nespresso at Westfield in Bethesda even though we live closer to Tysons Corner Mall in Virginia. Why? Because every time I’ve been to the Bethesda store, they’ve been amazing— and Jay just took that to a whole new level.

I walked in and explained to Jay that I needed to replace my wife’s machine. He listened to the whole situation, knew exactly what we were looking for, and recommended a few models that would suit us best. He was just super chill, knowledgeable, and really went out of his way to help me out.

Now, the machine he recommended originally didn’t qualify for a promo, but he gave me the Nespresso Club number and told me to call them to see if they could do anything since I was on my third machine. After I called, Nespresso’s customer service offered me 30% off a different machine.

When I came back to the store, Jay literally went above and beyond. He called Nespresso himself, verified my call, and even though the discount wasn’t noted properly, he made it happen. He got the green light to honor that 30% off the top-tier machine we originally wanted. He just genuinely cared and made sure we got taken care of.

Long story short, thanks to Jay, I’m a loyal customer for life at this location. This guy deserves all the recognition. If you need anything Nespresso in the Bethesda area, go see Jay. He’s the real deal and he’s the reason this store has earned my business forever.“
