“Riks is a total star. When you're standing in front of the restaurant you're in a parking lot of a an old shopping center. Once inside you're in a contemporary bar and restaurant. I believe that much of the work in creating the space was performed by the then staff, many of whom worked together with owners at a prior restaurant. The food is wonderful, creative, fresh and satisfying. My favorites include a smoked salmon salmon carpoccio (sorry about the spelling). A great selection of salads with the ability to. add to them crab cake chicken etc. The sandwiches range from a Reuben to a grilled mahi mahi .My favorite when I want a substantial dinner is their short ribs and mashed potatoes. Writing this review has just made me hungry. Guess where I'm going for an early dinner. Prices are VERY reasonable“

The view of the surrounding countryside is lovely, the wines I tasted were excellent, and the service was really helpful. “I wont be forced into leaving a 18% tip and then leaving a space for another tip, be careful could screw yourself from 40 % of you bill..... the food is awesome, but a forced tip will be my last trip in the door. sucks to see this forced tipping trend, I will tip at my own discretion, but as I said never again til the 18% is removed. plus a 28 dollar piece of salmon if you want rice becomes 32, because thats 4 more dollars they dont tell you about, so with all the add ons and forced tips and 28 dollar salmon becomes 38 dollars....Definitely good but reduliculous hidden pricing.“

My favorite was the Pairing. One sip and I melted into my chair in full relaxation. The desserts are to die for - special shout out to the cheesecakes. I tried strawberry, original and blueberry - all were fantastic but the blueberry has a special place in my heart. “Went November 2025. Molly was our server which enhanced our experience. We both had the fries and burgers. I had the sweet potato fries and had caramel to dip. The burgers filled the buns and was very tasty. Spectacular service. Molly was very friendly and attentive. The dinner was even better knowing your server was checking in. The young blonde server had some friends walk in after us and skipped us completely and went right for her friends so it took that much longer to get service and food. I wasn't going to let that keep me from coming back though. Let's fast forward to yesterday my birthday brunch meal. Different server, different meal and different company I came with. Server was sweet, just didn't check to make sure we were happy with anything until we were ready for boxes. (She was saying bye to a friend that was leaving as she was coming to finally check to see how things were) BUT literally every bite I took from the Breakfast Brunch Burrito was heavenly! My guest had the Apple Pie pancakes and he was over the moon about them. So this visit definitely triumph the last, for sure! I will be back!“
