“Awesome venue, Afghan dishes were great and reminded me of the food in the middle east. Only issue was they were out of lamb which caused us to change up our food choices. Would prefer if that happened the business would advise you before sitting down. Overall great experience!!“

“I had a take out order so can’t say much about atmosphere. Wish we had them in virginia too. The food tasted great. Quantity and cost is also recommendable. Food was ready in 10 minutes. I ordered fish gyro over pita , lamb over rice and a double cheese beef burger. So so good.“

“All vibes. Esthetics were dope..especially for us hoop heads! Wings with the house sauce are a must order. All staff were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Service was fast considering the amount of orders while we were there. Would definitely return again and would recommend to anyone looking for a good meal in the DC area.“

“I've only eaten in a half-dozen or so Himalayan restaurants, but this is the best one I've been to. I tend to think of Himalayan food as less tasty Indian food. Well, these guys proved me wrong. It was delicious spicy food served in a beautiful space. The menu is extensive including some traditional Indian dishes which I did not try. But my oh my, the spicy chicken Momos and spinach chat were delicious. I'll be back although I don't live locally.“

“The tandoori chicken (asked them to make it extra spicy) is the best I’ve had in the city. Comes with rice/naan and chickpeas. Not ideal to dine in though. Just take out.Unlike most reviews here I do NOT recommend the butter chicken. Tangy/sour, runny and a strong tomato flavor and a whole lot of food coloring. Not authentic.“

“I highly recommend Sweet Tooth for your next catering event or to stop by for a sweet treat the next time your are in Capitol Heights. They are also the first place that I got a halal meat lovers pizza from. Since I don't eat pork I didn't know it was possible until my expectations were renewed by the experience. The pizza crust was buttery and crispy and cooked very well.They will be opening a location in SE DC very soon so I am looking forward to going there for lunch to order their famous curry chick salad sandwich with one of their famous bean pie on the side.“

Took the order to go because the store was very warm to the point I couldn’t stick around and eat something hot.Parking: Paid street parking difficult to find. Highly suggest parking in the parking garage across the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and service dog friendly.“

It’s all very flavorful, and there are plenty of vegan options!! I would love it even more if there were a greater number of spicy options!
