“I’m not usually hanging out in the area, but I needed to get my car windshield replaced yesterday and had to run a long zoom meeting afterwards. So I needed somewhere to camp out afterwards since I wouldn’t make it back home to wilmington in time. I stumbled upon this place in my “coffee shops” map search. Everyone working was very kind, and the drink + bagel i had were both so good that I felt compelled to actually write this FB review. I have been mourning the loss of my favorite wilmington boba spot (it sounds dramatic but I am serious, the others just aren’t the same) so am so glad to have found a good one, even if it’s a little bit of a hike.“

“My daughter stopped to get me a couple doughnuts at 5pm in the evening. The doughnuts were so fresh like it was 8am in the morning. Yummy😜 Thanks for consistency!“

“Went through the drive-thru today and the girl at the window working this afternoon was just so nice and pleasant that I wanted to leave a review. It isn’t very common you see people pleasant and nice in the drive-thru these days! I didn’t catch her name, but just wanted to give a 5 stars for service! Being kind goes a long way! My iced coffee & has browns were just as I like it too.“

“For there to be only one person working the cashier was very fast and friendly. After taking payment she washed her hands, put on gloves, and still used tongs to handle the food. The establishment itself was clean. On my way out the door I took note that she still went thru all the steps taking with me with the next customer.“

“i love this starbucks! i understand the frustration with the other reviews about 1 person working with 8 people in line, but you have to realize that any business at any time can get busy and overwhelming. they're a small location so you wouldn't have 3-4 employees working from open-close. ANYWAYS.. i work a few stores down from Acme and on my break, i got a latte that ended up being wrong. i called to let them know because i wasn't able to leave to come and get a new one so they had someone bring me a new coffee!!! i couldn't believe it.. i've never known a business to go above and beyond like that. the employees at this location are so sweet!“

“Came through for Starbucks’ special one-day promo and release of the NEW Iced Nondairy Salted Caramel Cookie Matcha… nice place with a few tables and chairs. Fast service and helpful staff. There was a quick snafu with our Refresher but they fixed in no time flat and everything was ??
Parking: Lots of parking and easy assessability on hop back on to Pulaski Highway.
Kid-friendliness: Accidentally mixed the wrong Refresher Flavor for my little one, but responded almost immediately and made her the perfect replacement in no time at all.“

“I come here everyday the staff always remembers my order even though I have a complicated one. They are always so kind and personable. Their customer service skills are immaculate. Special shoutout to autumn, molly and tia as these girls are the ones I see on a regular basis and know my name and order by heart they make my day so much better. And deserve recognition!“

“The best ice coffee comes from the DD. It's always perfect to my other extra caramel (5 caramel swirl) 6 Splenda and 4 cream! Always perfect! Only down part is they always run out of the Angel haired doughnut by 630 and the hash browns only have 6 small round bites in a order, they could give you at least 8 for your money's worth. But other than that it's great.“

“I stopped in today as I needed a little pick me up to get me warm and back home. I spoke with the most lovely person that made me the best latte I’ve had in a while. I can not recommend the Honey vanilla latte…. Their specialty the website mentioned. I will not hesitate to stop again if I’m in the area. Thank you from the big guy from Pa!!“
