“This has definitely become my new local coffee shop. It’s the kind of place you can go to every day before work starts—it has already become that for me.

The atmosphere is great; it’s a very easy place to get some work done or settle in with a book, and the outdoor seating is a huge plus. I love coming here in the morning for an iced mocha and their sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. The seasoning is excellent and the food is always fresh.

The staff is super nice and they are incredibly quick with orders. I’m already planning on heading back this Saturday with my new read.

They’re also pet-friendly, which I really appreciate. They’ve given my dog bacon before. It’s those small, thoughtful touches that make a place stand out.

Anytime I’m craving a bagel, this is where I go. The spreads are great, and the menu is well-curated—plenty of solid options without feeling overwhelming.

“We came for a weekday brunch. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and a spinach omelet. The delicious sandwich was on a beautiful grilled bagel, and the egg portion was generous as was the cheese. The omelet was stuffed full of saites spinach, mushrooms, sausage and cheese. It was served with homemade potatoes and toast. We finished the meal with a generous fruit cup that was also delicious. The only thing that would have made it better was eating on a real plate and not paper. However, the food is totally worth making this a regular stop!“

There is also free water there and honey, etc. Nice atmosphere with a window to see the cats at the next door cat cafe. “Wow what a great find. I came out this way to go to a nearby doctors appointment and stumbled upon this hidden gem. They have a great selection of bagels 🥯, salads and sandwiches. The raspberry-chocolate coffee and bagel were both perfect. Some places don’t get coffee and bagels right but this place does!!!!Lol I’ll make sure to see my doctor again here in McLean, VA instead of MD just so I can stop by this deli. To the owner: My only suggestion is to carry Scones. Also the ladies working behind the counter were very friendly and professional .“

“We stumbled upon Baked by Yael when we visited the Old Town Alexandria’s farmers market and David was wonderful and helped us discover their cake pops and that our little guy could eat them! We then had the pleasure of speaking with Yael when we visited the shop in DC. We had a cookie bar, black and white cookie (divine) and more cake pops that our kiddo could have! Finding a place that understands food allergies and has items that we can eat has been amazing! Highly recommend!“

“The Chicken Avocado Wrap was really good, and seemingly a great deal at $10.90, but somehow when I added a Snapple tea, the total came to $15.84. That leads me to belive that unpriced drink was like $4. Moral of the story, those unpriced drinks is where they make up for the lower entree prices.“
