“We went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday after watching the Netflix show. We were seated promptly our server was pleasant but left us feeling disappointed in this experience. Then Lizete (sorry if misspelled) came to our table and and treated us like celebrities the amazing way we she turned a blah experience into something truly amazing she went as far as to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a delicious mango drink she is a great manager and person“
“I am sure Korean food is the best when tasted in Korea. That's why I'm not a big fan of Korean restaurants abroad. However this one, Rice Bar in DC satisfied me for real. 다만 제 느낌에 1회용 숫가락이 좀더 크면 좋겠고 젓가락에 일본어 적힌 점이 아쉽.. 그래도 또 들리고 싶네요.“
“Firepan Korean BBQ in Falls Church offers a delightful all-you-can-eat BBQ experience. The variety of meats and sides provide a true taste of Korean cuisine. The staff is attentive and the ambiance is inviting, making it a great dining choice for BBQ enthusiasts.“
“I haven't really been blown away by ramen in the past, but I really loved it here!Couldn't find it at first because it was at basement level, but the atmosphere feels very intimate, clean, and nice! Mainly focuses on their ramen, other than their alcohol and appetizers, but that just means that they really work on the quality of the ramen. My family got the Tonkatsu Mild, Spicy Miso, Sakuramen, and the Toritori. I chose level 6 for the fireball in the Spicy Miso and it was a good level of spice. It's not enough to where you can't taste the flavor of the broth anymore and only feel the spice. The Tonkatsu Mild was flavored really nicely and I liked it a lot. I'd like for the Sakuramen to be a bit more flavorful, but it's a good veggie option and my mom liked it. Lastly, my favorite was the ToriTori. I was apprehensive at first since it was chicken but I loved it so much. The broth was rich and slightly sweet. The chicken was also cooked really well and still juicy. And for all the ramens, the noodles were really nice! I preferred the thin straight noodles over the thicker ones though. At the end, they packed my leftovers for me and gave my little sister a complimentary strawberry mochi ice cream. You should definitely come, the workers were really sweet!Vegetarian options: If you're vegetarian, you'll be able to eat here with your friends but it's definitely not vegetarian focused.Parking: I paid for a parking garage but it was very tight and full. I also came on a Tuesday night at 5pm.Wheelchair accessibility: Basement level so you'd need to take the stairs and it's quite tight :(“
“If you like Korean BBQ wings, this is the place to go. The Galbi, Mala and Gangnam wings are my personal favorites. The secret sauce has a lot of flavors too! You can't really go wrong with anything. The chicken is halal too, if you're looking for halal options.Dietary restrictions: Great option for halal chicken wings.“
“This is the best, well-priced Korean food in all of DC! It’s hard to drive out to the suburbs of MD and VA to get Korean food, so I’m so so glad Mana Dosirak exists! As a Korean-American who is picky about her food, this place is amazing. Will continue to support!I always get take-out as there is no room to dine-in.Looks like it is a family operation - they are always friendly and kind.Parking: Mana Dosirak has a free public parking lot. I believe it is shared with one or two other stores. I’ve never had an issue finding parking. It also seems like it would be easy to find street parking.“
“I've been to this place two times now, and it is definitely a spot that I would recommend. So, why 4 stars... because I don't eat pork or beef, and this limits what I can try. I o wish they had more veggie options. However, everything I tried from this place has been really good. I was surprised at how good their Kimchi Pancakes (KP) are - usually, KP at restaurants are forgettable, and these were anything but.The Tofu Bao Buns are great. The shrimp burger is REALLY good. The fish tacos were ok, I wish there was more kimchi on them. They also make their own kimchi! It's a really nice and quaint spot that I'm going to make sure I tell other about.Vegetarian options: I wish they had more vegetarian options. I believe there are probably 3-5 vegetarian dishes. However, they may accommodate removing meat & eggs from their Bi Bim Bap.“
“Went here on a whim with my dad for dinner and had the best experience! We tried a variety of options and they had a ton of fresh veggie options. Their bartenders are excellent and made a elderflower margarita that honestly should be on their regular menu because it was elite. The manager stopped and talked to us for 20 mins and gave us suggestion for what to get next time. I will definitely be back with my friends. 10/10 experience!“
“Excellent vegan option. The herbivore is super good. Excellent tofu, it’s like a bit pan fried. Not just an afterthought like a lot of others places. Noodles super good. I did half salad half noodles. Such a fan.Dietary restrictions: Vegan“

“I have only had amazing times at Chadol. The drinks? Amazing. The meats? Top quality. The ambiance also is beautiful. I rate this as my favorite restaurant. Best Korean bbq in Maryland. ? Make sure you end your night with the barley tea. I even called with a weird question about where to get barley tea and Leo was very helpful.. I still don’t know where to get it. Thank you ??“
“This is my go-to spot every time I'm in Tysons! I absolutely love the dandelion tea drinks because they taste like coffee without the caffeine I usually get the dandelion tea with less/half sweetness and the staff is always super nice and patient about getting the sweetness level exactly how I like it! Can't wait to come back!!“
“I’ve been coming here for 5+ years. Great hole in the wall bar with a lot of personality. They have their billiards league nights and it can get hard to get onto table but their great service more than makes up for that. Their food is great and bulgogi is my go to.“
“Absolutely loved dinner here tonight. Our server Brandon was fantastic and prompt with everything :)The whole place is beautifully clean. I love that you can get your own hot pot and don't have to share with your party if you don't want to! The buffet options were sweet and everything was super fresh and tasty. Will absolutely be back - I've found my go to!“
“It’s official. SEOULSPICE is our kpop dance team’s new post-practice eating spot. It’s decorated so cutely inside and the food was great! We were served by Destiny, who treated us with the warmest energy and like we were best friends. Cannot recommend this location enough. Will 1000% be going back ASAP!“
“Absolutely the best Korean fried chicken live had… and this is from someone who currently lives in SoCal with tooons of Korean fried chicken places that just can’t compare. As others have said, it’s the flavor, texture, and juiciness, all perfect.“
“Soups are so good and tasty, and thumbs up to the Korean traditional Galbi Jjim(Steamed Beef Ribs in sauce); it's a bit pricey but well worth it. So fortunate to have this restaurant finally opened in Annandale.Parking: There are limited parking lot in front but there are plenty more on the side.“
“Stopped in here randomly when running errands. Such a cute little shop and so homey. Their matcha is so good, as I’m sure everything else…especially the kimbap, it’s the best ever! If you’ve never tried it before, get it here when it is fresh and homemade. I live in NE and will go out of my way to come back all the time!“
“Surprisingly very good. I ordered the seafood pancake and the soft tofu noodle soup. I have to say, I was quite impressed with the soft tofu noodle soup and I will for sure be back. The tofu soup was very clean which I liked and the noodles in the tofu soup is a wonderful add. The seafood pancake was not bad but just kind of ok.“
“The owner was really nice. The gimbap was perfectly wrapped. Rice was nice and thin with lots of filling. The pork katsu was crispy and the pork was tender. The sauce tasted really great. This is a very unassuming place with high quality food.“
“If you're craving upscale modern Korean, then this is the place to go. There was nothing that wasn't delicious - there were just dishes I wanted to eat more. Highly recommend the ribs, bossam, mushrooms, and beets. Although note that the menu frequently changes. Also, shout out to the service - it felt like they really wanted to make sure that we had a good time.I guess my one question is why this place isn't absolutely packed to the brim? If this place was in DC proper, you would have to wait weeks for a reservation.I will definitely be back.“
“Went for dinner because I was craving for stir fried squid and mandu. The restaurant feel homey. I wasn’t expecting it to be this small. They put poster of the dishes on their wall. When I dined there were other parties as well, so it was a bit noisy. But food and service was good. The stir fried squid was a bit too spicy for me (i ordered medium spicy, i think next time i need to do mild), mandu was delish, stir fried pork belly was also too spicy for me (but delicious tho, :)I got hot tea for drink. Overall it was a pleasant experience:).“
“I will say this is biased bc the one in Orlando is amazing! But I didn't fully enjoy my hotpot base and the appetizer bar was limited but still tasty. You truly can't go wrong with kpot though and we still enjoyed our food. I got a taro boba to go and was hoping for regular boba but instead received lychee jelly at the bottom. Not a big deal but would have loved to have the choice.“
“One of my favorite restaurants when I visit DC. I tried another Chiko location, and they are not created equal. Chiko on P Street is the one you want to visit. Food is delicious, service is fast and friendly. Enjoyed the cumin lamb, both pork dumplings, bulgogi tots, brussel sprouts and soy glazed brisket. Took it all to go, and had the best superbowl meal ever!“
“first time trying a K dog and was not disappointed.really tasty and the ramen was really good too!only thing was the guy was there alone and clearly needed help.he was trying his best though and not doing too badly, but one or two more employees would be best.will def buy again when we’re in the area.there are lots of tables in the food court to enjoy it there or they offer take away as well.lots of parking in the garage upstairs as well as street parking one got up.“
“My party had an excellent time at KPot for dinner. Our server, Jack, was so pleasant and attentive and clearly explained how everything worked. The food itself was delicious. Everything was good quality and at a great price for all you can eat - even aside from all of the sides you can serve yourself buffet style. A lovely experience I'd love to repeat when I'm next in the area.“
“Came hungry for lunch and left very satisfied! Their bonchon (appetizers) are extremely fresh and their kimchi sauce was delicately flavored. Portion sizes are reasonable given prices and service was quick. Only improvement is because their known for tofu, most of their meat dishes are mixed with tofu and as a result you receive less meat than other restaurants (for example the Bibimbap)... Other than that would recommend!“
“I used uber eats so can't speak to service but flavor was a GO! I got the spicy pork banh mi which came loaded with pork and a nice balance of fresh toppings to offset the spice and YES! There was spice!! The bread was a bit hard on the outside (think french bread presentation without french bread flavor or chew) and i requested extra mayo which must've been missed in the notes. Still satisfying.“
“5 out 5 | 10 out of 10 , however you want to put It - they are winning! ?The level of intentionality, service, and quality was very impressive.I love me some BBQ but this experience was special. I really love the atmosphere and how the team worked together.Jason and Patrick were our waiters which was nice because It wasn’t sole on one individual so you can see they definitely have a system in place. The little cat robot was my favorite! It was so cool and cute! It made our experience that much better!Let’s talk quality- when I mean all the meats were well seasoned- the steak cut like butter, I didn’t even have to do much chewing and the portions were quite large. The biggest difference for me was the flavor It truly was a different experience from Korean BBQ- I feel like I like this better! We tried the season steak, garlic butter garlic, spicy brisket, teriyaki, chicken, and bulgogi- everything was delicious! We didn’t have the chance to do the two free karaoke songs or try the s’mores but I’m not worried about that because we will definitely be back! This restaurant is a well oiled machine!“
“It's nice and clean, but the pineapple slush soju comes out 40-50 minutes after ordering, and there seems to be a problem with the machine that uses the chadol or planer. About 1/3 of it came out like crumbs. Still, the people serving us changed the grill and were kind enough to refill the side dishes. Personally, I don't like the variety of steaks, but the beef brisket and thinly sliced pork are the best. I was looking forward to the Honey Butter Calamari, but it tasted like eating butter.“
“This is THE kbbq place!! We came around 3pm on a Sunday and we were seated almost immediately, but it was still quite filled. I imagine it's packed during peak hours. When we were seated, they already had side dishes for us on the table which was nice. We got Option A ($33 ea) for the all you can eat, worth it 100%. The portions are bigger than what I expected and they aren't stingy at all with serving you more. I'd fully recommend the beef brisket. The servers are ALL extremely attentive and polite, and I happily tipped generously due to the great service. Most tables are shared with another group but separated by a window, which I could see bothering some people, but it gives a pretty casual feeling.Parking: The parking lot is medium-smallish next to the restaurant.“
“"Chi Ko, nestled in the bustling heart of Capitol Hill DC, presents an extraordinary culinary journey where Chinese and Korean cuisines harmoniously meld. Each dish we sampled was a testament to the chef's prowess in fusion cooking, beginning with the Duck Fried Rice. This dish was a delightful symphony of flavors, perfectly cooked rice intermingling with succulent duck pieces, offering a satisfying texture and rich taste. The Orange Chicken was another standout, transcending the usual fare with its tangy and sweet glaze, which enhanced rather than overpowered the tender chicken. It was a fresh take on a classic, elevating it with a sophisticated balance of flavors.Equally impressive was the Lamb Stir Fry. The lamb was cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, and infused with a blend of spices that paid homage to both Chinese and Korean culinary traditions. This dish was a vibrant mix of tastes and textures, leaving an unforgettable impression. The Kimchi, a Korean staple, was exquisitely prepared. Its perfect blend of spice and fermentation added a delightful kick to the meal, showcasing the authenticity of their Korean dishes. Finally, the Smashed Salmon was a revelation. The salmon was flawlessly cooked, flaky and moist mixed with veggies. It was an innovative dish that encapsulated the essence of Chi Ko's fusion concept.“
“I came here because my first choice was not available. To my surprise I had the meal of my life. All the dishes are meticulously prepared with nutrition, taste and presentation in mind. The owner of this restaurant should be elevated to a James Beard award. Definitely will come back every week!Vegetarian options: The sweet potato glass noodles are to die for!“
“Best Philly cheesesteak sub!!! Seasoned very well. I wish they had toasted the bread so it wouldn’t be soggy but it tasted great. Also got the burger supreme, and that was very good as well. French fries were good. Their soy garlic wings are also good. I just wish that it came with blue cheese instead of having to pay a dollar. I’m already paying $16 for 10 wings!! But AnyWho, the food was good. 10/10“
“Fish king is literally a hidden gem in NE. It’s quality brunch food for way less of price you would pay in the city. I go here most Saturday I don’t feel like cooking breakfast. Quick and easy service, call ahead makes your order so much faster.“
“The food here is really so delicious >_<!!Gopchang hotpot, kalguksu, bulgogi, pork taco,I was surprised because all the menu items, including whelk somen, rib bibimbap, etc., were delicious!!I really recommend the tripe hotpot and kalguksu!Especially in the summer, the combination of Makguksu + Chuncheon Dakgalbi is crazy... .??????“
“Been here a few time with my friends and it has been consistently a great time! The spot is nice, staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are well maintained, the tech is easy to navigate. There’s just a lot of good things I can say. I will warn you, the Karaoke is pricey (can’t remember off the top of my head) and the food is great but expensive, so eat beforehand if that is a concern for you.“

“Our server was amazing! She was attentive and efficient! We had been meaning to check this place out and finally walked in. The decor is cute and inviting. The carne asada fries were delicious! The cheese had a tiny kick to it which was really nice! The rest of the food was good but not great. The pork in the tamales was not shredded and there were chunks of veggies as well. I’m not an expert so I’m not sure if this is a variation. It just wasn’t what I was expecting but the masa was good. Out of all the tacos we tried the galbee tacos had the most flavor so it was our favorite. The rest of the tacos were either a bit bland or super oily. The taquitos were on a dry side so it was nice to have the lettuce and tomatoes on top.The one thing that can’t be beat are the prices. My family walked out with full tummies having paid only about $17 per person. It is hard to go to a sit down restaurant and eat a meal for that price these days! All in all, an ok spot but there are definitely better options for fusion tacos.“
“Food was delicious!! It was freshly fried, crispy and juicy. I got sweet onion and hot red pepper. The place was very neat in appearance. Great to dine in and also to go! The server was kind and amazing to us. I would come back for sure next time :)) One of best Korean chicken experience.“
“This was our first time here and we will definitely be back! The food was delicious and the service was great. The waiter was super nice and attentive. We had the soy garlic and Gangnam Style wings. The wings were really crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and both flavors were amazing.“
“The service is enthusiastic and the atmosphere is full. However, the food is a bit disappointing, and the raw beef is not evenly mixed. I really don’t know how to eat the beef bone soup, and I don’t provide food. Roasted pork is not as delicious as roasting it at home. All in all, the dishes generally don’t make you want to come back a second time. There are many kinds of side dishes, but one of them tastes like it has been in the refrigerator for a long time.“
“Very delicious and home cooked jjajangmyeon that was very clean and not greasy tasting with great prices. Lots of fresh sides and lots of ingredients in the jjajangmyeon. Loved the cozy and authentic feeling of restaurant and very comfortable dining experience. The owners are hardworking and kind and the service was very good even though the restaurant seemed to be understaffed when I went. Very authentic. Thanks for the good meal on a rainy day.“
“Very friendly and welcoming staff. I just would've like a little bit more of the meat for what we paid for. Overall, it's really good, and I definitely recommend going the all you can eat option if you're looking to chow down.“
“I was in a serious pinch at work, I called and was able to get fresh food very quickly. Not only that but everyone at the Tentlytown location was beyond nice! I really wish I could remember the specific name of the employee I spoke to but my hands were full so I wasn’t able to writing it down. Thank you all, you turned a very stressful situation into a very pleasant experience!“
“This place is a must try if you enjoy Korean food. It’s tucked away in the corner and I hope they receive more visitors because they definitely deserve it.The service, food, and atmosphere were all great. Both the seafood pancake and Bibim bop were delicious and worth getting.“
“Discovered this gem on my first day of work in the area and was thrilled to discover they had Korean selections in addition to the traditional deli menu. The owner was extremely welcoming and patient. My colleague had never had Korean food before and he graciously went through the menu explaining what everything was. The cafe was neat, clean, and the food was hot and fresh! My colleague and I both got the Bibimbap. I got beef and she got spicy pork. Both were absolutely delicious. The house made hot sauce was ON POINT. Excited to come back and try more items here!!“
“Nice weather today 60s, we are seating outside. Entertained with Mexican music from neighbor. Food comes fast, the service is excellent, staff asking what we need frequently, they fill up water and bring extra napkins. We enjoy the food, love the fusion taste. Orange Chicken is very unique, it is crispy!! Until next time.“
“The owner is always friendly. Her food is very good and good quality. The smoothies are yummy. The homemade home fries are delicious The Spinach Melt Panini is a must try. She has several breads to choose from. If you’re in the Barlow Building stop in grab some breakfast, lunch or a smoothie.“
