“I love to come here with my friends after school. The pizza melts are almost always good, and usually great. The seats in the back have a nice atmosphere, and the employees are chill. I don’t know why this potbelly has worse reviews than the others in our area, because every time i get a pizza melts from a different potbelly it has less stuff and is just worse. The friendship heights potbelly will always have a spot in my heart.

I am vegan and was a little doubtful about ordering from this shop since there a very little vegan options but due to convenience I took a chance and ordered a side of Hummus and side of couscous and chickpea and to my surprise both were pretty tasty… so much so that I ordered another two orders of the couscous and chickpea. “A concept created during the pandemic, I’m so glad it’s back inside Shilling Canning Company. Available inside and to go, there are six sandwiches on the menu and a weekend breakfast burrito. Every part of the sandwich is created in house except for raising the animals for the meat.Trying every sandwich at their launch party, every single one was delicious, especially with the housemade buns. However, my favorite was the “Chivito” with beef, ham, bacon, egg, and more. The “Ampburger” tastes like a gourmet Big Mac and it’s everything.Their wedge fries are crispy and nice. The homemade chocolate chip cookies are chocolate heavy and always warm. So good!They also sell Mexican Coca-Cola and Sprite in glass bottles.Service is always excellent and street or a paid parking lot are nearby.“

“I came out of the metro stop on the way to work and saw this little unsuspecting shop. I decided later that day to go to lunch with my coworkers and suggested this place. There were quite a lot of people in line for these sandwiches, which was a very good sign already.

“Excellent Subs! online website for pickup or delivery has been improved so you can select delivery online without any problems. This was partially due to the website connection to Doordash at the same time, even if you do not select them and are doing a delivery, not pickup. The employees at the store never see the directions. That goes to Doordash's website and must be sent over to another delivery company but on the website it is clear that Jersey Mike's prefers Doordash as they actually have it highlighted in blue and call it Jersey Mike's Preferred way to have delivery.
I just had a conversation with someone who was very nice at the Rockville Store. But just about confusion over the vinegar and olive oil which I explain if you keep reading. The confusion about the oil and vinegar if you want to keep an extra sub in the fridge and don't want the bread like it was dipped in water the next day. I was told what I thought was two different stories and the nice man just explained the confusion to me. I was told olive oil and then the vinegar are already together, which contradicts the check boxes on the website. The website is correct. What they do if you want them on the side is: they have already made on the side cups for both oil and the vinegar, both but in separate cups. They will only give you one or the other if you add a note to the "Customization" button. They will always give both to customers together otherwise, which explains the confusion and makes perfect sense to me. If they start taking from the premade pairs then they will end up with having just one or the other so they leave the pairs alone to go out together. What you don't know when ordering online is that they always sent out both unless you say literally "Oil on the side" under the "Customization" part of the order process, for example. Then they will go get an empty cup and pour you a side cup of oil directly from the olive oil bottle, same for just the vinegar. That is why managers told me they were both together at first which is really confusing when the website shows them separate.“

Being a previous customer from other locations, I knew I was going to use the kiosk to place my order. While I waited for my food to be served, I was able to walk around. There was ample outdoor seating with lights, looking like a rather romantic area with umbrellas and wooden tables. Within minutes, my order was ready! I order the Tom Never, and my wife order the thirty salad. Both meals were delicious, warm, with generous portions sizes. The one reminder is that Jetties is a cashless restaurant, and they truly value their customers. Very kind and efficient staff without too many frills. Skip that Potbelly down the street, this is the best sandwich spot you'll find south of the Potomac.“
