“First time at Libs Bel Air! Went on themed Movie Brunch 7/14/24. Loved the classy way it looked. Food and service was good! A lady named Dani came over to check on us and was so welcoming she even looked like she was handling all that was going on an we were impressed. Will be back!“

“I just have to share the fantastic experience we had tonight. My husband and I went to The Local around 6:30 pm (prime time without reservations lol). The only available seats were a high top table in the bar area. They asked us if that was ok and we said “sure”. Within a minute or so after being seated, it became apparent that our vision of a nice relaxing dinner would be impossible in that room. The Preakness was about to begin, and that bar was loud and hopping! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining, I love to see people enjoying themselves. It was a party, but just wasn’t our vibe tonight. We decided we would go elsewhere. We politely informed the hostess that we were going to leave because it was just a tad too noisy, but that we would definitely return again soon. We stressed that we were not mad, or upset. As we were walking to our car, a very nice gentleman followed us out and asked if we would consider returning if they could sit us elsewhere. We said “Of course!” We didn’t think there were any other available tables, but he said they would work something out for us. We told him we didn’t expect them to go out of their way for us and that we could wait. Within five minutes, we were seated at a lovely table in the dining room. We later learned the gentleman that helped us was none other than the owner/ executive chef Zack. We went on to have a delicious dinner with the most attentive and charming server. They demonstrated exemplary customer service, which sadly is lacking in many other establishments. We weren’t expecting any special treatment, but they certainly went above and beyond for us, and it was very much appreciated! When we were leaving, Zack happened to be outside, so he made sure to ask how our experience was. We told him it was amazing, and that his restaurant has been one of our favorites since it opened. We told him we would be back soon. Our experience there tonight is just one of many examples why this restaurant stands out, and why we will always highly recommend them! Thank you all so much for proving customer service is not a dying art!“

“My son and I stopped here on Saturday on our bikes. We bought a bag of fresh steamed crabs and sat outside and ate them. The owners were super nice and even brought us some paper towels out. Crabs were fantastic. Will be stopping again to try some of the other items out. Awesome place!“

“Second night at Natalie’s. Came back to the bar to the same seats we sat in for our first night with our fabulous bartender Bailey! She came out to say hello and steered us to our seats after people left. She made great food and drink recommendations (along with the fabulous drinks she made including the lemonade blueberry crush, express or martini and a delicious watermelon drink). She was friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The band was awesome and we happily sat for hours. Will definitely come back!“

The band was good and off to the side so it wasn't so loud you couldn't talk to people at your table but could hear it really good. Service was ok, it was busy not ridiculously packed but busy it's a lot of young kids working so you have to be very very patient and not going there expecting you had some five star restaurant otherwise this place is awesome I would go literally every weekend if I could.“

“At a recent visit, we ordered the Family #3 (1 whole rotisserie chicken plus 2 Large sides). The chicken was amazing, it's definitely enough for 4 people.; The large size of the sides was enormous & enough for 4 people. The fired plantain side had 15 pieces of plantain in it.“

“This place is nice. Owners are very nice. Upgraded a lot and atmosphere is very welcoming. I have a complaint about the bartender Dar or Darcy something they call her. Never smiles Comes to you and look at you but don’t ask what can I get you. She waits for you to say something. Acts like she don’t want to be there. Does not know how to make mixed drinks and gets an attitude when you ask. She is bad for business. She waits on who she choose to wait on. I have heard a few people complain about her. You’re doing a fine job don’t let one bad seed ruin it. Put a ad in the paper or advertisement looking for customer oriented bartenders. She not it“

Dawn took our order, served our order, check on us several times while dining, and finally gave us our check. Most waitress now take your order and give you your check and want a 20% tip.“

“We haven't been here since it was sold. The place is beautiful! The food was excellent and our waitress, Holly was the bomb diggity!!! We had the CRAB COW BERGER and it was the best burger we ever . Moist beef and the crab cake with crab imperial was divine. The fries were cooked perfect, nice and crunchy but just as soft on the inside. They were NOT coated! Prices were very reasonable. When you get food like this, you don't mind what it costs as long as it is great. Again, ask for Holly to be your waitress. The best server we have had in a long time. Professional but down to earth and she was on top of everything. We went to celebrate our birthday's. Holly even sang when she brought our cake out! What a FANTASTIK time we had. “JPS Electrical Services had a company gathering at Slate Farm. I can’t say enough about the service and the taco bar! Hands downs, the absolute best! I’m not sure how they prepare the peppers and onions, but I need to find out. 10/10 recommend for any gathering. Thank you Guys!“

“It's definitely one of the top sushi spots in Harford County. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you go inside, the decor and atmosphere are quite nice. They offer sushi, hibachi, and also, beer, wine, and sake. They had a 2 or 3 roll special when my wife and I dined. The special didn't include all the rolls on the menu, but it includes the majority. We ordered miso soup, seaweed salad, and a 3 roll special. We chose the Good time Roll, the Tiffany Roll, and the Mexican Roll. They were well made and delicious! Nice presentation as well. For dessert, we ordered fried ice cream. It was a tempora coated scoop of vanilla. Delicious! Service staff was great! We will be back.“

“Food has always been delicious. Our server Tiffany was wonderful. The grilled chicken with cheese LT and fries was very reasonable and tasty at $15. Unfortunately our app of Mozzarella Kabobs was quite small. Two skewers with 8 quarter size pieces for $12 was very over priced. Suggestion either increase the quantity of the app or please lower the price. Definitely will not order that again.“

“Definitely call ahead to order because they get very busy at times, especially at night. Great food for a great price I got the #6 2 pc catfish combo and fries for 8.99. the box was filled with fries on the bottom, and the catfish pieces were very big, it was almost like you were eating 4 pieces from another restaurant. The fried chicken is also pretty good too, 11.99 was how much it cost for 8 pieces and it was cooked well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap but good restaurant to eat at.“
