“Omg this is my second time getting the Mediterranean Market Salad and it is sooo good and 100% vegan! The only downside is that it is so small and I feel that for the price (around $17.00) it should be a little bigger. Otherwise, very delicious. Customer service was great too.“

“We came in on a whim & so glad we did. We were seated immediately & greeted warmly by an amazing waitress. Food was brought out quickly & was such a good serving size. Delicious eggs Benedict & the hollindaise was amazing! My fiancé had the biscuits & gravy & was so happy with his food. Excellent portions & such a wonderful place. Can’t wait to come back again!! “I used to get food from their Charter Drive location all the time, and when it closed I was so disappointed , until I found them again at Lakeside Deli! I’m so happy I can start my day with their breakfast again. They even know my order as soon as I call in, which makes it feel so personal. “The staff at the Laurel First Watch are so wonderful. The hostess with glasses is always very friendly and upbeat, I once saw her doing sick yo-yo tricks for a child to make them smile. It made us smile too. One of the waitresses always recognizes us and gives us a warm welcome. Every staff member we have interacted with has been so friendly, and our order always comes out perfect & in a timely manner.
P.S. I also REALLY appreciate the coffee for people on the waitlist!! It dramatically increases my patience to wait for a table LOL.“

I want to thank Daniel for being a very welcoming and friendly when taking my order. He has one of the most inviting attitudes I’ve had since coming here, especially in this heat wave. Thankfully it wasn’t busy enough and he got straight to my order as soon as I paid. I sincerely hope he gets the recognition he deserves!“

“Bill‘s hazelnut cream coffee beans are the best! We have moved all over Maryland and even to Florida over the past decade, but continue to have him ship us 4 pounds at a time. I’m not sure we’d be able to get up in the morning without it! Wonderfully responsive service.“

“One of the hidden gem bubble tea places around, and it sets itself apart from the generic bbt places with their cheese slush drinks. There is a very generous amount of cheese foam, and although the drinks are a bit more expensive than other places, the quality is much better and the options are interesting. I especially like the Passion fruit cheese slush and the Grape cheese slush!“

“This Panera store has the best team ever.
Nowadays, there is not such thing as a Perfect service anywhere.
Nevertheless, I have been in several Panera’s across the region and here I have gotten the best Service, Even though, sometimes I don’t get the order one hundred percent as I want it, I always receive prompt possible service with a skile.
Kudos to the wonderful people in the kitchen and preparation areas and for Mrs Lucy at the front.
I haven’t tried the drive thru yet.
When employees work in such cohesive environment it reflects a great management .
