“The day before Thanksgiving, this place was VERY busy. Thanks to the staff who had to make fresh fries to get my fries out before salting the rest to accommodate my dietary needs! Yes, you can ask for no salt on your fries and your burgers!“

“Great bagels! I had the bacon, tomato and cream cheese on an everything bagel. I go out of my way to get one when I come to Williamsport to work. The young ladies that work the counter are delightful as well. I really wish the carry-out experience offered telephone ordering. That would be really helpful and I would probably come by more often on my busy days. Thank you, for yumminess.“

“Went today and it was pretty busy so decided to go inside. Brittany was single handily running the store. Helping everyone she could (seems to be a few new people still learning) lady in the drive thru being super rude about a promo that wasn’t applied (employees have zero control over the POS system when this happens) but she was nice enough to give a discount to try to help fix the situation. Lady continues to be rude as hell all while this girl is busting her a** helping her team and customers. Go Britt! Love, a fellow Industry worker who saw you putting in work.“

“I go to mcdonalds alot, this was my first time coming to this one, and it's was awesome the food was hot, they had me pull up because they were switching over to lunch, my food came out quick and the staff were REALLY nice. One even recommended me for a job. They look like they like there job. I love seeing workers who are actually happy and smiling. I will certainly come back to this one. I'm not a person that gives reviews but I had to for this.

Parking: It had plenty of spots to park and eat your food, it was clean, it wasn't crazy busy.“

“I just wanted to take the time out of my day to say thank you to Brandy an employee at the McDonald's in Spring Mills she ran the show and did it very well with a smile on her face and a great sense of what customer service is supposed to be keep up the good work!!!! And since she's doing everyone's job she might as well be promoted and given a hell of a raise also. If only higher up people recognized what a true blue amazing employee really was.. instead of promoting lazy, bare minimum employees for management. Brandy is the true definition of what customer service was should be and she should be used as an example for people who work in the industry and have no sense of what their job entails.“
