The simplicity and focus on quality food and service is a home run.

Also, they have a regular special that ended up being a sandwich, a side, and a beer for less than 20 bucks. I really hope this place sticks around.“

“I was blown away at how nice and friendly the entire staff was at this location. (Ritchie Highway in Severna Park, MD.) The restaurant was clean, and they were quick and efficient in preparing the sub. I recently had a horrible experience at a competitor sub shop which I will not name here, so I felt the need to leave a great review for my experience at this location. Whoever is managing this location should really give kudos and maybe do a little something special for the employees because they really go above and beyond. In this day and age that is really, really rare.“

“This was my first visit, my cousin recommended it to me. I ordered the corn beef on rye. It was good very good. Only thing it wasn’t as big compared to other corn beef sandwiches I’ve have. It was pricey but I’m guessing because it’s in the casino. If you don’t require lots of meat it’s worth it. It was clean and friendly. The ordering process is easy only thing the machine doesn’t allow you to choose your cheese.“

Really friendly people and the food was great.I stopped going to Subways about 3 years ago because I encountered 3 or 4 Subways whose employees were super rude. I got tired of being treated like a dog who just peed on the new carpet. The man I dealt with at this one was really nice. My wife and daughter keep commenting on how tasty and fresh their subs were. “I’ve been to many Subways over the years as it’s my favorite sandwich place. This location was the cleanest Subway I have been into with the most friendly 2 employees working. All the meats, cheeses, veggies were nice and perfectly cleaned (this could have been because it was still early, 11:45, or because they take pride in their ingredients and image. Either way, the neatness was so refreshing! The 2 employees (man and woman) were so nice to my kids and even gave my kids a piece of candy each just because. As frequently as we come to Subways all over, I wish we lived closer to this one so we could be a frequent customer to them. Thanks for the great customer service!!!“

“I attended around noon on Friday, 5/23/25. This is a model Jersey Mike's. I am a religious Jersey Mike's patron and this was far and away the best I have ever attended. The woman who made my sandwich was so precise. Each slice carefully arranged on the bread. I have been waiting for someone to care enough for this! Normally I have to just remake my sandwich afterwards to make the meat even. The gentlemen doing toppings and register were delightful too. The toppings guy was able to do the juice from a foot or two above the sandwich! The music was also excellent!“

“We were on a trip on Christmas Day, and my family was beyond hungry on this day and obviously nothing was open due to the holiday, but praise our Lord Father God we found this subway open as we were traveling and was able to stop and eat. “I was in the mall and hungry for a cheesesteak sub and there was Charley’s. Ordered a small size and a Coke Zero!! Yeah they have Coke Zero the best diet soda around. “I made a pit stop at Walmart in Bowie which houses a Subway#35196-0 and because I was starving! I had been running errands all day long. I ordered a 12” Tuna Sub meal with the works(lettuce, ?, spinach, red onion, yello peppers, olives, and pepper jack cheese). I also purchased a Pomegrante vitamin water beverage. I asked the server to gut some of the multi grain bread and toast it first. Yummy! Staff was alert, kind, good listeners, accurate, and fast! I spent just under $13.02! Bon Appetite!!!!“
