“My experience at Oleum was wonderful. Let me be clear and say that I am not vegan. I live by the motto that bacon makes everything better! I sometimes have meals that are vegetarian, but almost never vegan. Why? Because most of the vegan choices I've had are bland, filled with fluff, and just questionable.

That was not the case at Oleum. First, there are a plethora of choices for everyone, in all the categories from starters to mains and desserts.

Everything that came out was delicious. There is thought placed into every dish and each ingredient serves a purpose. It is rare to find such a culinary delight.

I can imagine that for vegans whether for health reasons, or personal choice, finding a good place to eat that you can trust would be difficult. But look no further. This is your place. And for the skeptical carnivores, that simply are looking for something different, a new adventure, or just good food, try Oleum. You won't be disappointed.

I visited a few weeks ago, and again this past weekend.

Inexpensive street parking as well as convenient garage parking near.

Upon entry SUPER CROWDED. College students and young adults everywhere.

Despite the heavy crowds, there manages to always be a seat for my party, the employees are fantastic, and the food continues to be delicious.

On 3'13'2026, I visited w GodSis, and was assisted by Kyle.
Kyle had a big personality and was very pleasant.

Collectively, we ordered the following.
HH-House Wine (White) - Amazing as usual.
HH-House Wine (Red/ White) - Refreshing
Broccoli - Came out cold, sent back for hot broccoli.
HH-Steamed Shrimp - Plentiful and yum.
HH-Grilled Lamb Chops - Tender, well plated, savory.
HH-Thai Chili Wings - Amazing flavor, great texture and temp.
Fries - Ok. Room temp.
HH- Spinach and Artichoke Dip - Very good. Plentiful.

Kai has brought an exceptionally superior Vegan cuisine to our area and even with the Baltimore metro area’s rise in Vegan restaurants Dodah’s Kitchen is clearly one of the best, and absolutely should be the restaurant on everyone’s “bucket” list. Meet Kai, talk with her and one will soon realize that Dodah’s is a literal extension, an aspect of her being. “I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Ampersea! From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. Joey was absolutely fantastic - setting us up at a table with an amazing view and checking on us multiple times during our visit. He offered to take our coats after we were seated and then offered to take pictures of us when we were on our way out. Ampersea has definitely been the most positive experience we have had during our trip. I can honestly say that Joey is the sole reason we cannot wait to come back to enjoy a meal and a drink (or 2, or 3 haha) once the weather is nicer! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!“

This is a family run business in the heart of Baltimore social life, between Inner Harbor, Harbor East and Fells Point (more to Fells Point side). It is our favorite Indian restaurant in Baltimore by far. My husband and I really enjoy their lunch buffets, they service freshly made food and have a variety of options. The lunch buffet has Indian salads, sometimes vegetable samosas, at least a few different meat entrees, at least a few different vegetable entrees, dessert, and always hot chai tea with sugar options. My husband and I enjoy going to not only eat the food, but also appreciate how friendly and hospitable Amir and his family are. They also have respectful staff, and run a very peaceful operation.
