“Riks is a total star. When you're standing in front of the restaurant you're in a parking lot of a an old shopping center. Once inside you're in a contemporary bar and restaurant. I believe that much of the work in creating the space was performed by the then staff, many of whom worked together with owners at a prior restaurant. The food is wonderful, creative, fresh and satisfying. My favorites include a smoked salmon salmon carpoccio (sorry about the spelling). A great selection of salads with the ability to. add to them crab cake chicken etc. The sandwiches range from a Reuben to a grilled mahi mahi .My favorite when I want a substantial dinner is their short ribs and mashed potatoes. Writing this review has just made me hungry. Guess where I'm going for an early dinner. Prices are VERY reasonable“

“First time here. The restaurant was not very busy when I arrived but later did get busy. The server was nice, but she had to many tables. They needed additional help. My order was wrong. The food was good but took a while to get and was disappointed that was wrong but it tasted good except for the bun used.“

“This review is many, many years overdue but Cafe Del Sol has been my #1 spot for so long. Its my go-to recommendation for a guaranteed good meal and good service. I dont remember when I started coming but I ate here for my 18th birthday back in 2007 and have been steadily returning ever since. The chicken caesar wrap has a chokehold on me, so much so that I have a hard time ever ordering anything else. I've had the pizza, chicken parm, nachos, and pesto panini which are all great and I highly recommend but the chicken caesar wrap is unmatched. I'm being dramatic but if it was ever taken off the menu or changed it would probably ruin my life. It's at the top of my list of favorite foods and I've gone to great lengths to make sure I can enjoy it, even when I lived thousands of miles away. I spent 5 years living in California and dare I admit that numerous times in those 5 years I made family members go through security and fly cross-country with a chicken caesar wrap in tow to get my fix. These days I don't have a Cafe Del Sol local to me (up around Carlisle) but I order take out as often as I can when I pass through. I cant recommend this place enough. As a self proclaimed chicken caesar connoisseur your going to have to trust me that their caesar wrap is unmatched. Its a must if you're in Hagerstown, Chambersburg, the surrounding areas, or passing through!“

“My husband and I came into Cracker Barrel for dinner. Seth was our server and waited on us the entire time. I just wanted to let you know how friendly and attentive he was to us. Dinner was an especially great time meeting with Seth and he provided outstanding service. The food is always good at Cracker Barrel and Seth was a pleasant surprise. Looking forward to coming back and we will be requesting Seth again as our server.“

“I got a to-go order & the Server/Bartender was on point. It was kind of hard to pull up a menu, so she helped me pick out the top flavors quick & easy for a wing order (my fav). Then upon arrival, I accidently had my card turned off and instead of her coming back telling me how it was denied - she knew what was up ... or atleast gave me the chance vs embarassing me. I just thought that was so sweet how she handled it... kudos. It seems hard to find decent customer service out here these days! She made it seem so easy ❤️“

“this was my second time to red lobster and it was a great experience. food was amazing and the workers there are so friendly and welcoming and helpful and hardworking. props to them. the restaurant is clean and a great atmosphere. my waitress her name was Niki if i’m remembering correctly, she’s so sweet and kind. i’ll be visiting soon again for sure. i loved the parrot isle coconut shrimp and the lobster tails were amazing and perfectly done. 😊😊😊😊 oh and the cheddar bay biscuits were so good and yummy, the pineapple juice was refreshing too“

“When you walk through the door it's like walking into your family home. Everyone looks at you and greet you with a smile. I love Ms. Linda, talking with her is like talking to my sister. All of the employees are very kind. They even remembered what I like to order and my bacon is always crispy not burnt.“

“Everything was great overall! We were greeted almost immediately after sitting down, honestly the fastest we’ve ever been greeted here. The first server who stopped by let us know he was just getting us started while our actual server was on her way in, and he was very kind and attentive. He even took the time to check on the table next to us and let them know the same.

Our server arrived shortly after, and the wait wasn’t long at all. She was friendly, attentive, and quick, despite explaining that she had an emergency before coming into work (over heard from the table next to us). The table next to us seemed frustrated, but she handled it professionally and kept things moving. Our food came out on time, everything was correct, and overall our experience with her was phenomenal.

However, I did witness something that took away from the experience. The table next to us flagged down another server, and when they asked for help, that server (Triniti) responded in a way that felt really unprofessional. She said things like, “I don’t even know who your server is,” and after being told, responded with, “Oh, I don’t even talk to her that much, I don’t know.” This was said within earshot while the table was already upset, which didn’t help the situation at all and reflected poorly on the team dynamic.

As a former server myself, I know how important teamwork is in a restaurant, especially when guests are already frustrated. It was disappointing to hear that kind of response.

Because of that interaction alone, I’m giving 4 stars, everything else, especially our server and the food, was excellent. I’d strongly encourage reinforcing teamwork among staff, because that moment didn’t match the otherwise great experience.“

“Very delicious food, only the beef soup could be a little bit stronger, as I remember it from other Bob Evans. And I would cook it definitely stronger myself. But the rest was great.

I had a friendly waitress which was very guest focused and made a good atmosphere.

The burgers filled the buns and was very tasty. Spectacular service. Molly was very friendly and attentive. The dinner was even better knowing your server was checking in. She did check in multiple times to see if we needed anything.“
