Stopped by More Than Java Café and it absolutely lived up to the name. I grabbed the Salmon Egg & Cheese sandwich, which was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly put together—definitely not your average breakfast sandwich. I paired it with the Island Paradise Smoothie, and that was a win all on its own: smooth, refreshing, and packed with tropical flavor.

The staff really made the experience even better. They were welcoming, friendly, and patient, taking the time to make sure everything was right and offering great energy from the moment I walked in. You can tell they genuinely care about both the food and the people they’re serving.

What also stood out is the variety on the menu—plenty of great options, and everything I saw coming out looked just as good as what I ordered. Starting the day with a breakfast sandwich from the Merriweather Cafe & Deli would sustain me the entire day sometimes, and the staff there are very friendly, which also adds to starting off the day nicely. I hadn't been there in a while and was glad to see they are still open. NOTE: There is no big sign on the building. There is a glass door on the first floor (by the main upper parking lot entrance) and just has a sign saying Merriweather Deli and their hours. Enjoy!

Parking: Parking in the garage is the considerate thing to do versus parking along the side of the courtyard. It isn't that much farther, and if you drive electric there are Chargepoint EV chargers there.“

The garlic sauce we ordered as an appetizer alone would have satisfied me but the food just keep getting better. So fresh and so flavorful!! The owner introduced himself and made us feel so welcome. We have gone to this location twice now, and both experiences were so special I felt compelled to write something. First off, Kevin, a rather tall host is a special person. Even with a busy crowd, he took the time to go the extra mile, ensuring we had the extra energy to preparing our seating to accommodate our needs. He did it with such delight, it's rare to see someone help with their heart and not just because they have too. Due to a few special needs, food preparation is key. Cheers to the chefs, some folks we did not meet, but big thanks to Charles, our waiter. He ensured everything was correct, THE FIRST TIME! We do not get to eat out that often, for a variety of reasons, but this location made us feel special and welcoming and most important, gave us that sense we could trust them to care for us. Again, big props to management for hiring people like Kevin and Charles, and creating an atmosphere that you want to return too, even if you have a family with many different types of needs.“

“been a Panera fan for a while so I expect a good experience, but at this point I don’t really expect to be impressed. This particular location has become a regular spot for me. The staff there is consistently friendly and my orders are accurate 99.99% of the time. I often get veggie sandwiches and I really appreciate that they are generous with the veggies. That .01% where I did have an issue, I called and spoke with the manager Evan and he immediately offered to fix it Another manager was on duty when I went in, but there was no hassle and she went above and beyond to make it right. I’ve also encountered other managers/leads who also seem eager to just take care of you. It’s an attitude that trickles down to the cashiers, the prep and the cleaning staff as well. Because of my background, I’m pretty sensitive to customer service and I notice the extra efforts they take to make customers feel special (not just me). That said, I have to say they’ve impressed me over the past few months.“

“One of the hidden gem bubble tea places around, and it sets itself apart from the generic bbt places with their cheese slush drinks. There is a very generous amount of cheese foam, and although the drinks are a bit more expensive than other places, the quality is much better and the options are interesting. I especially like the Passion fruit cheese slush and the Grape cheese slush!“
