“I had been waiting 3 years ever since the sign went up saying this was coming to my area. Finally for my birthday I got the chance to go and it was not a let down. The front of house staff was very friendly and seated my party immediately. The waitress took no time at all to get our drinks and come back with them and take our complete order. We put everything in at the same time and they did an excellent job of pacing the salads, appetizers, and main meal. The food was absolutely fantastic and gorgeous to look at. We ordered happy hour dishes, which were mostly your standard - but the oysters had an Asian flare to them and were prepped so they were nice and easy to eat. Maryland roll and Scallop roll were amazing, and every Sashimi we had (Amberjack, yellowtail, bluefin tuna) were some of the most delicious and fresh sashimi I’ve ever had. The beverages were all great (coffee martini, cucumber spritz, Turkish mule.) we had a couple of appetizers (spinach pie and Turkish pizza with ground lamb), again both delicious. The lamb and chicken were both tender and cooked to perfection whether it was on a kebab or in the mixed grill. “My daughter and I have been cuddling through the area sushi restaurants to celebrate her birthday for nearly two decades now. Through the years, several of our favorites have closed and we've needed to search for a new place.

WE FOUND IT!

Everything was fantastic, from the (post-lunchtime) moment we walked in until we walked outside, replete and happy.

We ordered a selection of rolls and a large plate of sashimi, expecting small- to average-sized portions at reasonable prices. What we got were nearly futomaki-sized rolls at these same prices. The flavor combinations, both sweet and savory, both spicy and sublime, were even more impressive than the value.

Everyone we saw or spoke with was polite and smiling, and made us feel immediately welcome.

We'll be back next year, and likely a few times in-between!“

The bowl was stuffed, which is great but also made it a bit difficult to eat, especially with the shrimp tempura on top. I wish the shrimp tempura was pre-cut into smaller bitable pieces. I ended up taking my bowl home and dumping it into a bigger dish, so that I could easily eat it. My aunt ordered vegetable bibimbap, which was okay. The rice was very plain.“

“I rarely ever a review but I had for Fuji Japan! Betty the owner was super sweet and the food was amazing! I go to a lot of Japanese or Hibachi places and this is by far my favorite. This would be 5 star review - lowest 4.8. Also very reasonable pricing and great portion size. Betty explained that the ingredients are home made and you can definitely tell the authentic taste!“

“My normal range of test Asian food is hot and sour soup, dumplings, and Singapore noodles. When I saw the Spring Garden menu, though, I knew I had to change things up a little. I went with the Tom Yum soup, which might be the best Tom Yum I've had. The broth was lovely and the ingredients tasted fresh. There was even plenty of shrimp in there - nice big shrimps, too. There was a little spice to excite my tongue and, while I certainly could've had it spicier, most folks who look like me would've probably been sweating.

The highlight was the thick pork belly: it looked greasy at first, but once grilled and cut into bite-sized pieces, it was incredible.
