“I see a lot of these are older reviews and I don’t know if they have since gotten a new chef in the last 3 years but the food is phenomenal and I’m very picky! I look for things to not like and this is my second time here and can’t think of one bad thing. Service is good, but the food is literally outstanding. The mashed potatoes had great flavor as did the veggies - my steak was a tad overdone but it was so tasty it didn’t matter. Crab cake was filled with delicious lump crab! And it had flavor too — I also tried the Korean short ribs on special and they were just SO GOOD! The drinks are also delicious! And I stare at the dessert case every time I come in but I’m always too full to order anything. I guarantee they’re also to die for! Great place!!”

“We have enjoyed Mission BBQ over the years and we decided to have Mission cater our wedding. We were surprised with the extent of services they offered! Not only did they provide the BBQ with sides but we also got appetizers (Cocktail Shrimp and Caprese Skewers), cake cutting service, and excellent cleanup of the buffet area. We even got a card from the staff and a phone call thanking us for choosing them and wishing us well. We want to shout-out Kathryn Donn for her exceptional work in helping us with this catering experience. She went above and beyond in preparing for this event with excellent customer service. When my family comes to town and I tell them I know where to get the best shrimp salad sandwich, they go back to Virginia knowing the place to go is Devens Deli.
