“I can't recommend this place enough!!! The restaurant is absolutely delicious and the service is impeccable. My husband actually decided to get married here after eating dinner in the restaurant. The owners are wonderful and the chef has an incredible pallet based on the menus and wine pairings. They truly provide the best most stress free experience when we were planning all the way through the ceremony. Super wonderful and cozy for a date night and perfect for an intimate/ medium size wedding!“
“Let’s get one this straight! This is the SPOT! The experience began with me running behind for my reservation because I-95 traffic is a..well we all know..so in calling the restaurant to alert them my first taste of Marta was Nick, who answered the phone in such a warm and friendly manner I felt welcomed even before my arrival! Now I will say parking is a challenge..but rise up to this challenge..be persistent..because once you’re safely parked you will reap amazing culinary rewards. The space itself..it beautifully done..muted colors and comfortable seating seem to say “ sit..get comfortable and get ready for a great time” Our server Michael was a JOY. Just as important as the food, is the service, Michael made sure that we were comfortable, answering all questions and providing excellent recommendations when they were asked for. No one could have asked for a better tour guide to lead our Marta experience..when making reservations..request him..I promise you won’t be disappointed. Appetizers! Tuna Cannoli..if you think you know tuna..I’m here to say NAW! This dish was whimsical and full of flavor. The tuna was fresh and prefect encased in a light cannoli shell..the sesame seeds tied the whole dish together for me perfectly. Beef tartare(my personal favorite) vibrant color and palate pleasing flavors! I like the addition of beets in place of the traditional capers. Even my one friend who hates beets agrees that it brought a great element to this dish. Oysters! Perfectly briny and chilled expertly the pink peppercorn granita was Everything! Entrees: I enjoyed the Agnolotti which was a fall themed plate of warm comfort food! The spiced squash and apple stuffed pasta was so flavorful..but just when you thought it couldn’t get better, BOOM! Brown butter sage sauce! Please do yourself a favor..make your reservation to enjoy this dish before it goes away..you won’t regret it. The risotto my friend enjoyed with the meatballs from the antipasti menu was creamy and honestly had me making my next reservation in my head so I could enjoy it all by myself! Saffron Brodo, Aged Parmesan, bring this dish home! He couldn’t stop raving about the meatballs and I know they must have been great because he didn’t share..lol My dear friend ordered the Panzotti featuring stuffed Duck and Foie Gras! All components of this dish worked together to create perfection! Wine list..well thought out and composed. When our initial choice was temporarily unavailable, cue Nick with a perfect recommendation for an alternative bottle! Desserts..we ordered them all..don’t judge..lol..we couldn’t decided..lol..and you only live once! In addition to ordering them all..you bet the 3 of us finished them all too! So no further details required..I just suggest you make sure to save room for at least one of these sweet temptations..really any one..you won’t regret it! So this concludes my most epic review..of a most epic experience! Thank you Marta..it was truly wonderful!“
“Alexander Tervan's expertise and professionalism are unparalleled in Baltimore. From the moment we began working with him, it was clear he had a deep understanding of our needs and the local market. His guidance was invaluable in making informed decisions, and his attentiveness made us feel like we were his only clients. Highly recommended for anyone needing top-notch service in the area!“
“Great panoramic views here to go with some scrumptious cocktails. Staff was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Appetizers and entrees were what one would expect for the price and nicely presented. Mushroom soup appetizer and the lobster with squid ink pasta entree, along with the seabass, were underwhelming. The ricotta appetizer, along with duck and short ribs entrees was delicious.“
“We went during Baltimore Restaurant week. It was our first time there but not the last. The food was so good. Our server, Dominique, was very professional and provided recommendations which were on point. We got to meet Chef Amy, which was a nice surprise.“
“We’ve been coming here for years, and they’ve always been pleasant, fast, and accurate. Their menu is regularly updated, and they also do a good job with all the staples. They have gluten-friendly pizza, too, which allows us to keep coming back. When we dine in, we appreciate the interior which is far more upscale than your typical pizza/pasta joint.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-friendly pizza!“
“My mom and I went flea market shopping and when hunger struck, we turned to Google for breakfast recommendations. Spoon restaurant exceeded our expectations with its amazing food. We were promptly seated around 10:00 AM, and I'm already planning to return next Saturday.“
“We had a large dinner party at Gunther and Co and the consensus of the group was that we would all be back. The food was so delicious! Even the simple dishes were done so well. We ordered the pork chop and the halibut, but everyone got something different. The apps and cocktails were also well crafted and delicious. And our server took our app and dinner orders at the same time to make sure everything came out in a timely manner. There was a never a moment where we were wondering where the food was. She was knowledgeable about the dishes and the drinks and was so kind. This place was immaculate from start to finish and we can’t wait to go back!“
“We ate here last year and it was really amazingThe Copper Burger is mouth watering heaven, lolThe staff here was really awesome sauce as wellWe really enjoyed our time here and we will most definitely stop here again if we are ever in Baltimore in the future“
“I liked the personal attention and the entire staff made us feel so important the moment we stepped in! The food was good, no condiments. I thought this would be a good time to let the cooks shine, well, needed some seasoning.Over all, GREAT PLACE!Don't be shy, ask for salt and pepper.“
“Friend and I decided to eat an early dinner at the Yard House. The food was absolutely amazing! We order the Spicy Jambalaya and the Nashville Hot Chicken. Both of our food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Would highly recommend both. The waiter was very nice and answered any questions we had. I was very impressed with the large selection of beers they offered. If you're in the area and want delicious food, come to the Yard House.“
“It's the best burger in Federal Hill and comes with the most amazing potatoes and a green salad. Friend ordered the same and both of our burgers we're cooked perfectly to the temperature we asked. Everything about Sobo is welcoming and the food is always delicious.“
“Great Bar food! Shared the rhino chasers which never disappoint. We both got wings. My son got shottis sauce which were very good. I got the garlic Parmesan of which were tasty but holy garlic. Both wings were cooked perfect. Sever/bartender was great and very friendly. Ambiance is that of a Baltimore row home bar. Very time.“
“We had the privilege of attending the 'I used to be Irish' Poe house fundraiser tonight at the Annabel Lee Tavern and we were thoroughly impressed and pleased with the entire experience. The drinks were excellent and plentiful, the food was delicious and I cannot even begin to wax poetic about the staff. We never had to wait longer than a few moments, we felt well taken care of and they really went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed the experience.“
“Excellent shawarma and literally my favorite pizza in Baltimore. Great service, owned by kind people. They’re also halal so all of my students can enjoy pizza parties to the fullest.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Halal-friendly“
“We made reservations online in advance for our anniversary and were absolutely thrilled by our experience! From the professional, friendly staff to the cozy, small bistro atmosphere down to the excellent food and cocktails - we really enjoyed our experience and will be back!“
“Stopped in yesterday for the first time!!! I have never felt more comfortable in a bar before. ..I can not wait to go back!! The owner is a wonderful person and the grilled cheese was one of the best I have ever had. I could go on and on....again I am already planning my next trip!!“
“Eating at the Picantillo is always a wonderful experience. Whenever my husband and I visit my parents, this is one of our favorite spots to eat with them. The food is always great (my favorites being the smothered burrito and the chimichanga) and the service is always excellent.“
“Perry's Restaurant in Odenton truly earns its five-star rating. The atmosphere is welcoming and classy, setting the stage for an enjoyable dining experience. The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, all expertly prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. Whether you're in the mood for classic American fare or adventurous international cuisine, Perry's delivers. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring that every visit is met with excellent service. From the beautifully presented dishes to the well-curated wine list, Perry's attention to detail shines through. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a great meal, Perry's Restaurant is a top choice in Odenton.“
“The food and the service was excellent. My wife said it was the best cooked steak she has had in the last 10 years. I ordered the 48 hour sous vide pork shank in a mushroom sauce that was also superb. The appetizers were all great. I will eat there the next time I'm visiting Baltimore again.“
“We gave this place a try last week when we had a friend staying with us from out of town. It is about what you'd expect from the branding and menu! Our server was super friendly and on the ball with refilling our drinks. There was a band warming up on a Saturday night around 6/630, but the waitress said they didn't start playing until later that night (like 8 or 9pm, I forget the exact time!). It seemed like it would be loud when they started playing, though. The menu was diverse and had tons of options for everyone. We ordered two appetizers (loaded cauliflower/Brussels sprouts and steamed shrimp). Two of us ordered burgers and the third ordered a salad. The appetizers came out quickly and then less than five minutes later our entrees came out- we could have used slower pacing between the two to relax and enjoy our meal. All of the food was good- although it wasn't amazing, everything was solid. Our only complaint was that some of the shrimp were overcooked, but the majority were cooked well. While we were able to get seated right away, there was a few groups waiting by the time we left. Overall, we are glad we gave this place a try and will likely be back!“
“The brussel sprouts were tasty, burger was thick, meaty, and the bread pudding dessert was just meh. Our service was quick, friendly, and responsive at the bar with the bartender... He had our backs, super kind dude.We saw some really nice dishes going to other patrons. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.“
“I recently dined at Amperaea Restaurant and had an exceptional experience! The scallops, Brussels sprouts, and short rib were all cooked to perfection, leaving me craving more. The ambience and atmosphere were delightful, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. Our waiter was incredibly attentive, offering awesome suggestions and detailed explanations that truly enhanced our dining experience. Additionally, the Ampersea 75 drinks were definitely a highlight and something I highly recommend trying. I can't wait to return for another culinary adventure at Amperaea! Highly recommended.Vegetarian options: Brussel sprouts with modification options“
“A few friends and I were here for happy hour the other night and it was a nice experience. The service for happy hour was quick and the drinks were great. Our waitress who also worked the bar was great. The Brussels sprouts, crab deviled eggs, jumbo wings, and calamari were great.Parking: Parking was decent there it is connected to a hotel and there were lots of parking options.“
“My husband's band plays at the Tin Roof monthly. It is such a friendly atmosphere with good food and reasonably priced drinks and the dance floor is good sized. But it's the bartenders that will really make your night!!! Friendly, accommodating quality service.“
“The outside of the building looks like a ship and inside it has a casual nautical theme. Their restaurant across the street by the water has a 5 star view. Michele was our attentive and helpful waitress suggesting the sampler platter that did not disappoint. 3 small crab cakes packed with crab, 2 skewered shrimp and a scallop, 4 crab legs that the meat easily came out of and a nice portion of salmon. The sides were good garlic green beans and rice. Also, my companion got the best savory cheese grits he's ever had. Great experience.“
“Lovely fresh food. Crab cakes were very fresh with a nice sear on both sides. The smoked crab cake was my favorite. I was able to chat with the owner for a long time and enjoyed the conversation. They have a Chinese / Lunar New Year special menu too!“
“Idk what they do with their crab dip but it’s so airy and delicious. The pretzel/bread it comes in is so good it’s insane. The bartenders here are also incredible and super accommodating! We loved this place when it was Magothy seafood and we were so skeptical when it became the point…we’re fools. They gave this place such a glow up.Parking: There are a ton of spots all over the marina. Just make sure you’re noting if the spot has signs for marina parking only. There are only a few and the signs will make them really obvious :)“
“My son found this place one day when we were looking for something different and decent to eat. Within the last two months, my son and I have eaten at Blessings Carryout more than a half a dozen times. I must say that I’m very picky about the food that I eat, but their food is delicious. It’s not far from John Hopkins hospital and right across the street from North East market place…They have a great lunch special menu. Today I got orange chicken with lo mein noodles, and shrimp egg foo yong with fried rice. My son and I shared both dishes and it was delicious as always. All for just $16.50.“
“Came in on a Friday night and the first floor bar was totally packed! Thankfully they have some tables upstairs that we sat at and ate a delicious meal. We had the smash burger, buffalo wings, and Italian steak sandwich. Our wings took a little long and at first they brought us out the wrong order, but our waitress could not have been sweeter and was extremely accommodating. Looking forward to coming back!“
“Everything about Charmed exceeds a 5 star rating. Entres are great; desserts are unparalleled! The suite is clean and comfortable with the people who work here making you feel welcomed. I would absolutely recommend Charmed to anyone and everyone.“
“I wrote a long, painstakingly detailed review and the page refreshed and deleted everything ? so just take my word for it—food’s good hahaHad the short rib birria tacos, honeycomb guac, and coconut margs. All delicious and service was great. The end.“
“Love this place. The food is always fresh and tasty. I have never been there before i always order door dash but I am assuming the service is great because they have never messed up my order. Ive had the following: Hot Panini SandwichesGrilled Shrimp, Shrimp PaniniSweet Kale Shrimp WrapShrimp Salad Sandwich“
“My daughter and I started with beer, cocktail and appetizer of bread & butter with cheese which was good, but two medium size slices of bread for $8 is way over priced. We had the house burgers with a salad and french fries, which were very good. We both decided to get milkshakes to go. I got a white chocolate and she got an Oreo shake. They were small, not thick and I have had much better milk shakes. Definitely not worth the $8 a piece. Service was so so, but I believe the waitress was covering the whole restaurant. Under the circumstances she did a good job.“
“I've walked past Martini Bar a ton of times but never stopped for a drink. I finally stopped by for a drink when I was flying out of BWI last month. My martini (I went with a classic dirty vodka martini, but they have a full menu of martinis and other cocktails) was good, and I really loved all of outlets for charging. The service was really good, and it was a great place to have a cocktail (or did I have two?) and do a little work or reading while waiting for a flight.“
“not what i thought it would be, but i mean that in the best way possible! this unassuming establishment has great service and food. i ordered the fajita mix and chicken and waffles. outstanding value here! so much food for the price!!! and i was given my food with a smile!“
“I had one the most flavorable Cheese steak subs ever. Melted in my mouth ?. I wasn't big on the French fries which were a little cool when I got them. Though I know how good the food is here , it was just a timing thing. Fries ? are tricky, but over all I give them 5 “
“The food at Silver Diner was incredible!! Visiting from Australia, and was the perfect place to go. Olu was our waiter, and he was super lovely. Was able to have a good laugh with him and helped us chose what to eat. 10/10 would recommend :)“
“I stopped in for a quick breakfast and to my delight this crab Benedict did not disappoint! As you can see lump crab was plentiful & the flavor brought it home! I paid only $20 for this yummy goodness. You definitely need to go get you some. I recommend highly!“
“Wow! This place still going? This was a regular stop for me to get an egg sandwich and coffee as I was on my way to work at the WMRR yard on Key Highway (Now the Maryland Cruise Center) and before that it was the go to place for the guys at Railway Express on Calvert St ( Now Merritt Clubs Downtown Athletic Club) in the 60'sBoth of those places are gone now and I no longer have to work as I enjoy my retirement in the San Fernando Valley of Southern California but I still remember the excellent service, the tasty food and the great tasting coffee that would warm me up in the winter on a cold 5 AM morning break at the frigid Railway Express platform. It's good to see that some of the small pleasures are still around and hopefully making fresh meatball sandwiches' instead of accumulating ground beef for their meatloaf sandwiches. That was their slogan and signage way back in the day. "Our meatloaf is made fresh not accumulated."I hope you enjoyed my walk down memory lane.“
“Love the ambience in the morning! Delicious food! I loved the avocado toast! With a side of bacon!! Kate was the best with her recommendations of chocolate latte! And the donuts and croissants were fabulous!!! Paired with a chocolate martini!!! Good morning Baltimore!!!! Fabulous customer service!!“
“Stop everything and head straight to this boardwalk fries restaurant! I can't even begin to describe how incredible the cheese steak and fries were – it's like a taste of heaven on a plate. The cheese steak was loaded with juicy, flavorful meat and melted cheese, perfectly complemented by the crispy, golden fries. And let me tell you, the portion sizes were HUGE – I couldn't believe my eyes when the food arrived. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, leaving me craving more even after I was stuffed! If you're a fan of mouthwatering comfort food done right, do yourself a favor and visit this place ASAP. You won't regret it!“
“This is a place where you can order anything on the menu and know it will be delicious. They have staple items that are always there and change out other items with innovative dishes. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is cozy and always clean. And the food is something you just can't get anywhere else. Simply no place I'd rather go to in Canton.“
“Great sushi and great Chinese also at reasonable prices! I've been getting sushi at Sakura for a while but tonight we also got General Tso's and it was really good and the portion was huge! I dont think Sakura gets the street cred in Annapolis that it deserves- Its a cozy spot with great food and great views of downtown! Now I can't wait for our leftovers tomorrow!“
“Just want there to grab a quick lunch. Never tried the castfish before so ordered it and it was quite good. It comes with 2 fillets of catfish which are quite big in my opinion, 2 slices of toasted bread, fries and drink of your choice. The prices are also resonable.Had to go there the following day for another lunch. You only need to wait for 5 to 10 depending on what your order is. One thing, the shop is inside the gas station, so there aren't any table. You can wait for your order either 'inside the store or in your car. If you like fish, you should try this shop. Recommended it.“
“I know if they had the $$$ to fix the building they would. Unfortunately it's more than that it's the entire dilapidated building upstairs is coded. But I'm always going to support they've been through alot even being physically hurt protecting their customers from the madness getting hurt cursed out torture ? ? but they are pleasent and still here strong ? ❤️.Parking: Boooooooo the state keeps making money with the state building & jail around“
“My wife and I have been talking about stopping by Amber since it opened and just never got around to it.Last weekend we were walking by with the dogs and noticed they had happy hour all day on Sunday so figured we should check it out.Service was friendly enough, and they were accommodating to the dogs. We ordered drinks (a couple beers and a crush) as well as nachos, a fish sandwich, and a flatbread. The beers were a bit of a disappointment, for a place that made a big deal about their beer selection when they were opening, they didn't have anything especially exciting. What they did have was also a bit ambitiously priced, even during happy hr. These prices were reasonable $6-$7, but not much of a happy hour.My wife enjoyed her fish sandwich, and my flatbread was pretty good. For the price though I found the flatbread to be a bit on the tiny side. The nachos were also fine, but for the money the portion an the quality was a bit lacking...I would consider going back, but the money (~$70) I could have had a better more filling meal across the street at Wiley Gunter's.“
“Can’t believe I used to drive out of the way for “gOoD sTeAk” when this place was down the road. This is my third time ordering from here for delivery and it has been very consistent with satisfying my family each time. Can’t wait to go for dine in one of these days.“
“The talented bar staff is very friendly and attentive. Even though it was our first time there, we were treated like regulars by Davis and Anna. My husband and I really enjoyed our tasty cocktails and we are eager to try the food on our next visit. We will definitely be returning to this fantastic place.“
“Had the Garden Salad with Italian dressing. Followed by the pepper steak and rice, which wasn't exactly what I expected. The steak was slightly overcooked and the salad left something to be desired. The waitress was great and Happy Hour drinks were more than reasonable. The overall ambiance was folksy and I would definitely visit again, but next time I will refrain from ordering the pepper steak and rice.“
