“WOW! This is the cleanest IHOP I’ve been in in the DC area. Bathrooms not only were clean they smelled clean. Even the windows are clean.

Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! My sub was picture perfect just like the Jersey Mike's Sub commercials and it was the best roast beef sub I've ever had in my life! “The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can’t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a special coffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son’s missing stuffed animal and while we didn’t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black cat at this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us. “First time trying MOD Pizza and using their online ordering service, which was quick and easy. I Loved the fact that Mod’s Pizza crust is vegan friendly! They do offer vegan/vegetarian-friendly toppings. We ordered two types of pizzas. We ordered the 11” pizza with grilled chicken, cheese, roasted corn, mozzarella, tomato slices and tomato sauce. The 6” pizza was the vegan-friendly pizza, which we ordered with roasted broccoli, red onions, mushrooms, red peppers, green peppers, basil, arugula, rosemary, spinach, olive oil, garlic rub and tomato sauce. We requested our pizza to be cooked light bake, which offered just enough crisps to the edges. Anything more would have been crispy, if that’s your desired pizza texture. All in all, our pizza’s came out good and we enjoyed every bite. I would definitely recommend visiting this establishment.“

Shake is thicka than a snicka so have patience for the first 15 minutes until it thins out a bit. The regular size is quite large. Shakes run between $6 - $7. Worth it in my opinion. Parking is uncertain at this location. Just find a spot somewhere, that's my best recommendation.“
