“Great customer service! I sent a FB message last night asking about getting crabs for today. They responded this morning apologizing that they did not have crabs because the season was winding down. A short time later they sent me a second message that they would be getting a couple bushels later in the afternoon and asked if I would still like to place an order. I really appreciated their reaching back out, it made my Dad’s Birthday.“

“Yesterday was my first time there, myself and a party of five. One member of our party arrived and had the table reserve the wait was 30 minutes, took that long for the rest of us to arrive; when we did we were seated rather fast. The crab bomb stole the show, best any of us ever had. Second runner up the crab soup also the baked potatoe was well portioned and was not dried out. The haddock was fried to perfection, and the cake dessert oh my, I ordered dessert to go, When I later dugged into the lemon pound cake each morsel was delicious, as if it was home made. Over all an excellent dining experience, a little pricey but was worth every single dime, we will return.“

“My husband really wanted some fish so we tried this place. The fish is fresh they clean and cook it. Order ahead because the lines are long and so is the wait. He said the fish was ok but needed more seasoning. The fries were great!

Parking: It was crowded and parking was slim I found a parking space right in front but people were pulling up in the street and parking next to parked cars and picking up their food. It could cause a problem especially doing rush hour.“

“Yayyyy My 2nd Best place for when I want a Fantastic Snow Crab boil!! When I say the Honey Garlic Snow Crab Clusters were so good Bursting with Flavor!! Yummers!! The cashier was very patient with us it was my 1st time There Today 12/21/25. I ordered the hush puppies on the side- I give those a 3. I really didn't like those. I ordered honey bbq wings as well I give them a 7 . We dined in and the atmosphere was great lots of tables. Police/security on site was a PLUS!“

“Everything was really good, we got wings and red snapper (I ordered catfish but didn’t understand me) the wings were fresh and crispy, I got lemon pepper wet and the fried rice was great. There’s a bit of a language barrier, they mostly speak Spanish, but other than that 10/10“

“What a nice meal! We ordered our meal to go and it took about a half hour to prepare. I got the Ocean Catch #A, which came in a big plastic bag! Perfectly cooked crab legs and shrimp and the seafood legend sauce was very tasty - it tasted like a mix of Cajun seasoning, garlic and butter. I got the mild spice level, which was flavorful but not hot. The potato and corn that it came with were also good. The seafood catches and boils seen to be the specialty and mine was worth the money. My husband's salmon was good but unexciting and would have benefited from some of the same seasoning as mine. It was also a small portion for the price. However, his New England clam chowder was thick and flavorful. My five year old had the fried white fish and seemed content with it. Although we did not eat in the restaurant, it was well decorated and looked inviting - hopefully I will be able to eat there in person soon! On a side note, they also have bubble tea, which was delicious!“

“Love this hole in the wall! Fresh fish, and seafood that’s season just right. When you place your order, they start cooking you food. The western fries are not bad . They are not overly cooked, with just the right amount of seasoning. Service is relatively fast, depending on how many orders are ahead of you. The staff is very friendly and try to accommodate your changes or special orders.“

“No frills Amazing seafood takeout place! The fresh seafood counter looked great but we were there for the HUGE jumbo crab cakes. My son and I shared the platter which included 2 jumbo crab cakes and a side and roll for $38 and it was worth every penny. We tried one fried and one broiled. Both were great but the broiled was our favorite. So meaty and lots of flavor. We were visiting from out of state and brought it back to our hotel. Highly recommend when you're in the area!“

I love it, dont get me wrong. request a Coleslaw. it was really sweet. you can try adding some vinegar or something to make it soursweet. i tried and woow... maybe with ur tartar sauce. loved it.

“Fatboys crab shack (the original location) is always a great spot for seafood, crushes and chill atmosphere. We love the firecracker shrimp and the fish platter. We would’ve gotten the crabs but they had sold out (it was a busy Friday evening). Staff is always friendly and the kitchen and bartenders are quick. Only downside that we personally have is the good food draws flies while eating, but that comes with the territory of sitting outside. Definitely a local fave.“

She went to every table, checking on everyone and making sure all guests were happy and satisfied. You can really tell she cares about both the customers and the overall experience. “Monique was amazing. She was accommodating, kind, prompt and attentive. She made experience feel elevated. She served us with a smile and made us feel warm and welcomed from the moment she approached us. When I come back I will be requesting to be seated in Monique’s section because she’s the gold standard. 10/10 would recommend.

One thing I felt was lacking with other servers was professionalism. From the time I walked in they were all (Monique was not a part of this) congregating around the computer next to the first table using profanity to discuss relationships and it continued for some time. Between that and the constant yelling, and cursing coming from the kitchen, it definitely took away from the experience somewhat.“
