“I love this place because of the great menu. I am lactose intolerant but eat meat. There are few places that allow you to customize items to cater both of things (generally, if places have this many alternative milk and cheeses, they are vegan - which can be great to be fair. Many places have no alternative milk for coffee). I only go during off hours though, their busy hours are too intense for me (but that’s unavoidable because they are so popular).

I have taken a star off service for the manager and owner, because they took away required tipping (this was implemented during covid) and then told me that since ppl complained about it, this was “more democratic” . It was a really stupid excuse that was worded to appeal to my (assumed) politics. I KNOW your staff isn’t getting paid enough, this decision is cruel. Red Emma’s can afford to include required tips with orders, why can’t you?“

“Cute little spot (little being the key word). Drinks were great, I got a cocktail and my friend got the cappuccino. The coffee was one of the best she has had and my cocktail was nice. The food was delicious, they specialize in biscuits and you definitely have to try them. The table next to us got the monkey bread and it looked to die for, will definitely be ordering that next time. Service was a little slow but I think that had to do with the layout of the space and how new the place is. They are still trying to figure out their groove.

Parking: You need to be able to parallel park to drive here.“

“I recently read an article that said the best bakery in Maryland is Ovenbird. They are wrong. IT IS THIS PLACE. Fantastic bakery -- the croissants are fabulous. If I had to critique the place it would be they need a 2nd barista, or a cheap intercom system. The tiny place only holds 6 people (and a dog!) and 5 of those are standing around waiting for their coffee.“

“Absolutely love this place! We tried the AOA and MangO’s bingsoo as well as Mango milk tea with crystal boba and Strawberry milk tea with crystal boba and next time we can’t wait to try the taiyaki. Perfect if you already love bingsoo or want to try something new. And the base for the aoa is gluten free and made with oatmilk so there’s even options for people with dietary restrictions. The quality in the taste and freshness of the bowl we get exceeded our expectations. We get blue crush with shaved almonds granola blueberries bananas and Nutella def a must try😋 The place is always clean and the staff is excellent as well as management!! “My son and I went to Georgia Grace for breakfast. The food was exceptional, but what stood out the most was the excellent service and going above and beyond mentality of the owner and staff. My son wanted lemonade and was upset because they only had frozen lemonade. The owner overheard us, went behind the bar, made him a fresh lemonade, brought it to him, and didn’t even charge us for it. What an amazing gesture toward a 6 year old and us as customers. We will always remember that.“

The food tastes great, you are usually in and out very quickly, and they have fantastic memories and will greet you by name. We discovered post game when it was time to start cooking for the team that we left our cooler of eggs and milk on the 7th floor of the Marriott parking garage. We had all the toppings but no crepe ingredients! Remembering all the great breakfasts I have had at One World (as a regular customer we have always received stellar service and food) I dashed across the street to see if they could spare some eggs and milk. Inside was really cute and modern at the same time. I think it is connected to the hotel so it was really clean and nice.

The cafe was really cute. Relatively small (max 30 ppl). I ordered strawberry matcha latte but it was different from what I had before from other store. I didnt see strawberry but i tasted strawberry which was very confusing to me.

My friend said cold brew was quite strong like she wanted the ice to melt for dilution.

I recommend if you are nearby here. Idk if I want to come here for the matcha latte but I will try different drinks with food next time.“

“This is my new favorite place to eat in Ellicott City! First of all the food is incredible. The garlic sauce we ordered as an appetizer alone would have satisfied me but the food just keep getting better. So fresh and so flavorful!! The owner introduced himself and made us feel so welcome. Their story is incredible! The ambiance was absolutely lovely. They had live musicians who were extremely talented and added a tone that was fun and enjoyable but not at all overwhelming or too loud. “When we lived in Maryland I bought all of our coffee from High Grounds. I have now moved to Georgia and wouldn't consider changing my coffee source. The main reason that one would go to a coffee roaster for the 2nd, 3rd or 99th time would be for the quality of the coffee, and any one who would rate High Grounds less than 5 star“

“If you have celiac disease, you can feel safe eating here. A manager will come and talk to you and communicate your allergies and concerns with a chef so you can get what you want. Im usually just concerned with gluten and tree nuts, but they will take anything you have into consideration. And the GF bread options for their sandwiches are awesome. AND and, the hash browns and grits are GF! That's rare.“

“Amazing food here! I was truly shocked by the blast of flavors my meal had in it. I forgot the name of the food I ordered, but it was an omelet with some chicken tenders inside with something yummy on top (I also forgot what it was LOL) with grits on the side. I didn't know the side was going to be extremely small, but it was delicious at least. I'd say the size if the omelet and the taste it had in it made up for it since it's the main dish. The maple- i think bourbon sausage was also tasty!! Ai Would definitely recommend giving it a try here just to try!“

“This is the best breakfast and lunch spot in the city, hands down. The food is always perfectly prepared, the menu has exactly what you'd want. The prices are really low for being in the middle of the city, and for the quality of the food it cannot be beat. The deli selection is always fresh, the portions are great, and the vibe is low key and makes you feel like family.

“The Customer Service here is by far the best I’ve seen especially in the Baltimore city, the lady working the cash register is super nice and I came there yesterday and purchased five London brew sandwiches and forgot my credit card, I called the following day and she had it saved and ready and expecting for my call, I came in. She was familiar with the two customers in front of me. It definitely had a neighborhood friendly vibe. The shop was busy. Most of the tables on the first floor were taken up when I was there. Be sure to take a stroll up the stairs. At the top of the stairs was an adorable little spot for two people to sit and chat. The second floor has a great little area to sit and ready or study. The top floor was full of light. I ordered my usual cortado. It was a solid drink. The cortado wasn't bad but it also wasn't anything spectacular to write home about.“
