“We got lunch here for the first time today. Wish we had tried Gilroy's Cafe sooner! I got a garden salad with grilled chicken and the boss got an italian cold cut. The food was excellent, as was the service! Brien is so personable and friendly. The location is also easy to get to with ample parking. When I pulled into the parking spot, I noticed a small vegetable garden right next to the entrance of the cafe, with beautiful ripe tomatoes on the vines. Sure enough the salad and the sub both had fresh tomatoes from that garden, and they were superb!

If I had one suggestion, it would be to get the website and Facebook pages up and running. I noticed some great specials on the chalkboard behind the counter. It would be great to be able to see the daily specials online before calling in our order!

We wish Gilroy's much success, and hope to make this a frequent choice for our monthly employee's lunches!“

“There appeared to be only one person on duty at the time. She was extremely slow and appeared to be very distracted by the outside of the building. I approached the counter and began to give my order. The person on duty left the counter and proceeded to get a chair to prop open the doorway.
As I ate my sandwich the person on duty did this again with another customer. It was rather weird.“

I was addressed by name when I walked in for my online order and was checked out warm smile from the cashier. Great experience all around. I'll definitely go back.“

“Treated the kids out to dinner. This was our first time eating at Charley’s. Walking through the door, Sophie greeted us with pleasant vibes… almost as if we were her regulars. Ordering process was fast and easy and food didn’t take long at all. Everything tasted hot and fresh. The cheesesteaks had the perfect portion of steak and the meat had a really good taste, seasoned well. The bacon cheese fries were phenomenal. For dessert, we had these little cinnamon & sugar bites which was served hot and fresh… just wish it came with icing to dip em in. Washed everything down with a mango and watermelon lemonade. Both were delicious and had real fruit pieces in it, freakin awesome! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning in the near future, but this time I think I’ll get double meat on my footlong steak sub. Emerald City delivers on that. The service has always been dependable and the variety of what you can get is fairly wide considering this is a one-person operation. “Located inside of Sinai Hospital and very convenient. I visit this location on a regular basis because they are open 24 hours. Good food and as always fresh. The tomatoes could be more ripe instead of green. My sandwich was put together messy which is reflective of the service in my opinion.

“Recently, my kids and I decided to grab a bite to eat after a school Christmas event. This subway was clean and thankfully not very busy although there was a consistent stream of customers while we were there. The staff was pleasant and very efficient and the food was fresh and very good. We would definitely go there again.“

“You know you're doing pretty good when you've got a 1-1 ratio on calories to cents.

I went in and got the footlong Doritos and the bacon, egg, and cheese wrap for about $13. I was able to use the food for two meals.

More importantly, though, it was delicious, novel, and fairly healthy - or at least I knew what I was getting - can't say Doritos are all that recommendable in terms of health. But their use of cheese and the vegetables they already have there for subs was much appreciated in its cleverness and nutritious simplicity.

Subway's got a lot of new menu items lightly, but their old lineup is still strong.
