“We visited this place for first time. We came from Chicago’s suburbs and we picked this place. It is a very clean restaurant. Miss. Domi was a very friendly lady who took our order. We met the owner and he was very pleasant gentleman. The food was good and prices reasonable. I don’t give a 5 stars only because the eggs rolls had strong pork flavor. Everything very fresh and clean. I would recommend it without doubts.“

“One of our favorite places to get Bulgolgi. We come regularly. Love the food. 4 Stars instead of 5 bc the woman who is usually the cashier and takes orders over the phone is never friendly. She can be quite rude and occasionally is just ok. Never nice. Besides her we love the place and have enjoyed the other staff.“

“Well I get 3 shrimp and chicken lomeing and it was delicious. And 3 wins with French fries which it was super.
I did try hunan chicken before, but it doesn't pass my taste.
So service was fast less than what ever they said it will be. So I will keep getting different choice and I'll let you know“

“Omg!! The eggrolls!! The human shrimp and chicken!! The cashew chicken! The shrimp fried rice! I reside in upper nw washington dc and drive all the way here to eat in or carry out!! Kudos to the Chef! Kudos to the employees for always being Kind! This is my go to place for the best Chinese food and thank you for having nice side Shrimp“

“I've been a regular customer of Hunan Manor for many years. The food is always delicious and the owner and staff are always welcoming! The delivery service is quick. Although I have moved further away, Hunan Manor on Shenandoah Road is still my go-to Chinese restaurant. I am never disappointed.“

“Seriously good General Tso chicken here. White meat chunks of real chicken in a rich thick loaded with garlicky bits sauce. Overlook the less than pristine takeout space itself and the ambivalent Chinese auntie at the register. She’s busy and has work to do so let her know when you’re ready to order. This center offers a lot of other good Asian choices too but don’t skip this place either. Solid American Chinese takeout spot.“

“I order lunch from here frequently because it is right next to my office building. They have the best Hot and Sour Soup I've found in the area. Steamed rice is super fluffy and no overcooked. Crab Rangoon is delicious! Delivery is super quick, too. Definitely recommend!

“Highly recommend!! Been coming to China House since I moved to Virginia from New York. From all the Chinese food I've tasted here, this is the closest to the New York taste. It's like I'm back home! The food and prices are great!

“Amongst the best egg rolls in the area. While the General Tso's Chicken was good, there was nothing "hot and spicy" about it. Either I'll refry it with some red pepper flakes or try the kung pao chicken next.

“I was craving walnut shrimp, and I took a chance on this restaurant. I received something that doesn't resemble the creamy white sauce I was anticipating, but it's not bad. It's actually pretty good, and if I wasn't specifically craving that sweet Americanized white sauce, I wouldn't be bothered and tuck in. Unfortunately for me, that's what I'm craving and I just wanted to give others a heads-up.“

“Crispy shredded beef and Kung Pao chicken were tasty. General Tso's shrimp had so much breading on it that I had a hard time finding the shrimp. I would not recommend this dish unless you mostly want fried bread. I asked for medium spicy and the dishes were mild. The portions were very generous as we have left overs. The delivery from the time I ordered took a total of 55 minutes. I like supporting local business and will try other dishes from them.“

“Place seemed Authentic so I gave it a try !! & I’m glad I did !!! I don’t get all these bad reviews with one stars it must’ve been the way they ordered or approached the hard working lady taking their order she took my order as Normally and fast, food was hot and tasted very authentic unlike other places that seem like they microwave their dishes !! Reading past reviews I assume her partner or family member was the one making the food and he did great !!! Definitely will be back !!! Respect and be respected !! I didn’t tip and regret it.
I came in with high standards for the authenticity and it was worth it for sure.“
