“We've been here a number of times. Typically it's because of a soccer event, and not by choice. I don't particularly like the food. The only restaurant i know that won't cook a burger to a desired doneness. Every time i see an order or side of fries, it's like they're from the bottom of the bag. Small little potato bits. Have to eat with a fork to get enough to fill my mouth. Service is hit and miss, especially when you're stuffed in the back dining room.“

“The golf and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The golf course was in great shape. I didn't find myself in the sandtrap for once, so that helped my positive review.

The menu had a nice variety of choices. I ordered a Reuben and a reasonably priced margarita. Both were tasty. We had 11 people at our table and they were all happy with their food selection.“

“August 24. Five of us came to enjoy lunch together. Very disappointed. My ultimate grilled cheese was not ‘ultimate’. Very little cheese, no tomato, and crab cake/meat was sub par. Another lady received the wrong lunch and then had to send back her lunch when the correct order was brought. Another lady had to send back her hot fudge sundae. We were told the hot fudge was made last week! It would have been nice if a manager had come to our table. Have been coming to Manor Tavern for decades and have never been so disappointed. Am coming again in September. Hope things are a bit better!“

“I just have to share the fantastic experience we had tonight. My husband and I went to The Local around 6:30 pm (prime time without reservations lol). The only available seats were a high top table in the bar area. They asked us if that was ok and we said “sure”. Within a minute or so after being seated, it became apparent that our vision of a nice relaxing dinner would be impossible in that room. The Preakness was about to begin, and that bar was loud and hopping! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining, I love to see people enjoying themselves. It was a party, but just wasn’t our vibe tonight. We decided we would go elsewhere. We politely informed the hostess that we were going to leave because it was just a tad too noisy, but that we would definitely return again soon. We stressed that we were not mad, or upset. As we were walking to our car, a very nice gentleman followed us out and asked if we would consider returning if they could sit us elsewhere. We said “Of course!” We didn’t think there were any other available tables, but he said they would work something out for us. We told him we didn’t expect them to go out of their way for us and that we could wait. Within five minutes, we were seated at a lovely table in the dining room. We later learned the gentleman that helped us was none other than the owner/ executive chef Zack. We went on to have a delicious dinner with the most attentive and charming server. They demonstrated exemplary customer service, which sadly is lacking in many other establishments. We weren’t expecting any special treatment, but they certainly went above and beyond for us, and it was very much appreciated! When we were leaving, Zack happened to be outside, so he made sure to ask how our experience was. We told him it was amazing, and that his restaurant has been one of our favorites since it opened. We told him we would be back soon. Our experience there tonight is just one of many examples why this restaurant stands out, and why we will always highly recommend them! He didn’t just help coordinate the event—he genuinely cared about making it special. He offered creative ideas like incorporating decorations and even setting up a slideshow, which made the night feel so personal and memorable. When I ran into technical issues with the slideshow (of course, right before the party!), Keith didn’t miss a beat—he went out of his way to find an outside tech person to help get everything up and running. That level of dedication is rare, and it meant the world to me. The food was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. The simple feta plate was extensive with plump capers, lots of heavily marinated kalamata olives& chunks of fresh ripe tomato. Don't miss the entree: spinach+feta chicken. Large chicken breasts top & bottom sandwich a heavy layer of spinach & feta on a bed of orzo rice. Beautiful & a wonderful flavor. Included a varied & fresh Greek salad with superb Greek salad dressing. Finally, 2 deserts were split onto 2 plates for us: the heavy-syrup-filled Greek baklava, & a special lemon filo pastry of the day--very lemony. An excellent meal whether you're there for lunch or dinner. Wonderful service & a warm Greek welcome!“

“The food is always good at this location. They seem a little short on staff, but that is certainly understandable due to the fact that Harford Mall is in decline. IMO, they cant afford to have more staff due to lower traffic. The upside is that you rarely have to wait to be seated.
I really hope that they will be able to survive in spite of reduced traffic at Harford Mall.“

“Chilli’s has been spectacular lately. I’ve had 5 meals here in the past month in different locations. All have been amazing. 1 I had poor service. 3 amazing service and servers. The one time I ordered it for my family to be delivered, we didn’t receive my brother’s meal but I bet that was on the driver, not the restaurant. The burgers are amazing. Fries are best around and it’s not close. Their chips and salsa! Other restaurants need to ask for their chips. It doesn’t get better than Chili’s chips. Thank you for providing great food at a good price and plenty to eat.“

“I had the best 60th birthday lunch with my Mom yesterday. Our food was amazing. My Mom raved about the California burger and sweet potato fries. Unfortunately our app of Mozzarella Kabobs was quite small. Two skewers with 8 quarter size pieces for $12 was very over priced. Suggestion either increase the quantity of the app or please lower the price. Definitely will not order that again.“
