“I went thru the drive thru and this time they were pretty timely and only took 2min to address me which is great as my past experiences they take 5min sometimes. I asked for the Meal of Misfortune the new Wednesday Netflix special meal. She gave me the total I paid at the window she asked me to pull up to the cross walk I waited all of what felt like 1min she brought the food out bing bam thank you ma'am. She was very pleasant without putting on a show. Food was hot and drink looked great. Kudos to my local Wendy's 👏🏾“

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, baked Mac and cheese with the banana pudding for dessert. The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Yeah I plan on returning to try 3 more random items from the menu“

“I tried their food for the first time yesterday, based on a recommendation of a new employee at my place of work. I was absolutely shocked by how delicious the sandwich was. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the rooster sauce was dynamite! After lunch, I recommended it to another coworker who then also ordered it for lunch and tried it for the first time. She said she had the same experience I had- life changing! If you’re looking for a chicken sandwich, this is the place to go!“

“There's something about five guys that burgers have lost this flavor. They really don't have much taste like as long as you say when I go there. Now I just want a milkshake and maybe the fries. They might want to look into going back to a premium hamburger or season it for the price they charge. The standards should be super high“

Well I'm a believer. After waiting until the crowd circling the entire building calmed down after the grand opening, I tried these chicken strips. Unbelievable! Every single time I've been there the chicken is juicy. The breading is crispy but not too heavy but not too light, and they make their sauce EVERY DAY 🤯
So ridiculously good. I am now a believer.“

“Yum Yums Smokin Grille consistently delivers great flavor, generous portions, and that true smoked-food goodness you can taste in every bite. The food is always fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care, and the service keeps me coming back.

That said—please bring back the smoked brisket! The slow-smoked brisket is the best seller and best item on the menu and will be the absolute game-changer here. I know Yum Yums will add this back on the menu really soon 😂😂.

“Atmosphere and food was good, the only complain is that I'm waiting at the pick up area for my food and the cashier turns around and looks at me but doesn't greet or ask me if I need anything. Mind you he doesn't have a single customer waiting to get their order taken, it's just me and 2 other persons waiting for their orders. So in conclusion the cashier and other staff continue talking among themselves and I'm still patiently waiting for my food. Plus I can see my order in the counter all ready, so I just wanted anyone to hand it to me. After like 4 minutes I decide to speak up and ask if someone is helping at the pick up area so then he finally walks over and helps me. His customer service was top tier from the moment my friends and I walked in. He was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything was right with our order. “The burger was great and it was empty so wait time was short but, they don’t give you the extra fries you’re used to. Ain’t no way I paid $6 for a little fry and they picked up some fries (one by one) with their hand and put it in the tray to dump into my bag. The fries are always fresh and they're not stingy with the portions. They give you your money's worth. The wait may be a bit long, but it's worth it to have cooked to order freshness. The tea or lemonade is nicely sweetened. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a nice experience.“

The gentleman named Oluwanifemi was the epitome of excellent customer service. He should be in a restaurant somewhere racking up huge tips as opposed to a Taco Bell drive thru. “The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can’t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a special coffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son’s missing stuffed animal and while we didn’t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black cat at this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us. “I ordered the Whiting fish meal with two sides ; the two sides being collard greens and macaroni and cheese with a Large Tea/Lemonade ? mix and banana pudding; the banana pudding had no bananas in it, just the pudding and soggy wafer cookies ( not grandma's recipe but it was alright). The fish was phenomenal and is the reason that I'm rating them five stars . On the other hand , I didn't care for the collard greens or macaroni and cheese (this could be due to biased taste buds) , there's a specific taste that I go for when eating greens and macaroni and cheese and the taste preference depends on where the cooks of these dishes originate . It wasn't nasty just not to my liking. That fish ? though ... OMG!!! I'll definitely be ordering from there again , I'll try different sides next time .“
