“Have been loyal to Crumbl for a few years now and every time I have visitors we like to take them there to enjoy the experience. Well, this time my group ordered some cookies that wouldn’t transport well for their 12 hour flight and Julie, the wonderful staff member was amazing. She was quick to recommend other cookies that were easier to travel with and remade our order with no issues. She was so kind and attentive to our concerns. Thank you so much Julie! “Wow !!!!! This store is very clean and the staff members are off the charts ! One young man really stood out to me and he wore a backwards hat and a chain. His service was fenomenal. He was very kind and helpful. It was my first time coming to a Ben and Jerry’s and he helped me find the perfect flavor for me. You all are doing amazing !“

“Definitely a nice place to grab a sweet treat if you're ever in the Rockville area. You have the option to pick the toppings you want on your rolled ice cream. I wish they had specialty choices but overall it's good. The parking lot is a bit tight but there is street parking as well.“

“As I was sitting down eating my ice cream. It was absolutely scrumptious btw. I could only notice that the vent was slightly askew. Going to investigate I found that the vent actually was a route to my grandfathers coffin and cried so many tears. Of joy. Becuase we thought we had lost his coffin and body in a shipping accident. I am a big fan of gelato and when I tell you this is TOP SHELF w/ a side of phenomenal customer service I mean it. The staff was super nice, they allowed me to taste different flavors before I made my decision. They also have the cutest little “I melt for you” sign to take IG worthy pictures. “This place was a great discovery for us, as we found it on accident after a youth soccer game. LOTS of flavor options and types of treats, too. Our family got ice cream, dairy free ice cream, and a couple different falvored Italian ices (you can even mix and match flavors, which the kids enjoyed), and we all enjoyed our choices immensely. There was still Gelati, milkshakes, frozen custard, and Jersey pos to choose from on the cold side as well as several other warm snack options (pretzel bites, and funnel fries, for instance).

“I came in last week to get a treat for my family. Service was a bit hands off but pleasant enough. Four folks with yogurt and minimum toppings came out to right $25 bucks. This isn’t cheap but about what you should expect for 4 people getting a treat.

They have lots of different yogurt options with the vanilla, coconut, and mango really standing out. The toppings are plentiful as well.

This place has a good selection of sweets for all the different preferences in a family. It is worth a visit.“

“I needed to order a cake for a birthday and ordered less than 24 hours before I needed to pick up the cake. I called and spoke to Mohammad. He was super helpful and told me he could have the cake ready when needed. He walked me through the steps I needed to take to order the cake online and still have it ready when I needed it. I ordered the pink floral stripe cake and it was perfect; pretty and delicious! Mohammad even texted me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied! Customer service was top notch!“
