“This Baskin Robbin’s shop is wonderful. The environment is always so nice, clean, and family-friendly. On top of the great flavors, the employees are phenomenal, they are consistently welcoming, incredibly friendly, and super efficient even when it’s busy. It’s always a pleasure coming here!“
“This place has a little of everything! In my opinion, it's a full service deli with plenty of food options, of high quality, and if you want dessert you can get that too. My wife and I went and we ordered the roast beef grilled cheese and the Viet Dog. Which....grilled cheese came with au jus and the Vietnam style hot dog was a great take on a Bahn Mi sandwich. My wife also got a scoop of ice cream and we left very happy. Great local place so go here to eat well and support a local business.“

We get it every time my daughter Sarah goes to the orthodontist and it makes it extra special because she is named Sarah and it's called Sarah's handmade ice cream and she really likes the samples because that helps us choose what flavor to get and it's just amazing definitely recommend five out of five stars“

“What an amazing group of hard working people. We just did 100 orders with them (I know, we are crazy for Carmen’s), and they were so kind to recognize it. The staff is always so kind no matter how busy it gets there. Their gelati tastes so great, as it’s definitely my favorite item.“

“Great! Plenty of parking and options. Plus it’s open pretty late. It’s right next door to the Regal movie theater, offers 4 non-dairy flavors, closes at 10:30pm on weekends, and has an “all gender bathroom.” Several ice cream cakes and other frozen treats are available for grab and go out of their freezer.“

“We stopped to try the ice cream out. Wasn't expecting much. My son said it was price but I said no matter let's try it. I got a strawberry single scoop which was massive. They were actually real strawberry s in the ice cream. It was not full of air like some other places have. I have repaired and work on many ice cream machines so I know the difference. It was an amazing experience good flavor. Will definitely return.“

“As I was sitting down eating my ice cream. It was absolutely scrumptious btw. I could only notice that the vent was slightly askew. Going to investigate I found that the vent actually was a route to my grandfathers coffin and cried so many tears. Of joy. Becuase we thought we had lost his coffin and body in a shipping accident. Turns out it was an elaborate scheme originating with his murder. I would never have found this out with Dairy Queen. Thank you Dairy Queen.“

“I really enjoy the extensive variety of tropical flavors that this place has! The ice cream portions are pretty big in comparison to amount you are generally served in other ice cream places. The ice cream is high quality and icrediably tasty! Also the customer service is really good . Definietly my favorite ice cream place!! If your thinking of going I would recomend trying the passion fruit , piña colada , or rum rasin.“

“I had a great experience at Crumbl last week thanks to an employee I believe was named Camilla-(She was Hispanic?) One of the other employees accidentally messed up my order, but she quickly stepped in and corrected it without any hassle. She greeted me warmly when I came in, made me feel welcome, and even offered to help if I needed anything else. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one, thank you…😊“

“The original yogurt ice cream flavor was definitely my favorite — creamy, refreshing, and just right. There are so many topping options to choose from, but after trying the other flavors, I still think the original is the best. 🍦✨“
“I've always had good experiences at this location, which is why I'm still giving it 4 stars and will continue coming back.
That said, I had a concerning experience during my visit on June 29 at around 8:40 PM. I wasn't asked for my rewards phone number, which is normally fine because I can scan the barcode on my receipt later to receive my rewards points. However, when I received my receipt, there was no barcode to scan. In the past, whenever I haven't provided my phone number, a barcode has always been printed so I could claim my points afterward.
Based on that, I believe an employee may have entered a different rewards phone number instead of asking for mine. I can't say for certain that's what happened, but based on my previous experiences, it's the only explanation that makes sense to me. If that's what occurred, it's something management should investigate because customers shouldn't lose out on the rewards they've earned.
Other than this incident, I've always enjoyed coming here. The ice cream is great, the staff is usually friendly, and I hope this issue is addressed.“
“Our family's favorite. Proud Crave Card powerusers! They are always coming up with new and delish flavors of ices, pops, custard, drinks, and every kind of dessert you can imagine. Plus they offer coffee and breakfast! . The Fall Gelatis are our go-to desserts. I just wish they would post the flavors of the day online, but that would be hard because there are so many!“

“After dinner I was craving some delicious ice cream & my date surprised me by taking me to the cutest ice cream shop ever. I am a big fan of gelato and when I tell you this is TOP SHELF w/ a side of phenomenal customer service I mean it. The staff was super nice, they allowed me to taste different flavors before I made my decision. They also have the cutest little “I melt for you” sign to take IG worthy pictures. Will most definitely be back for more! Gracias! 😊“
