“The food was absolutely amazing and Rosie's service could not have been better! I ate here the last 3 days and Rosie went above and beyond to ensure I had great food and was very sensitive about navigating my food allergy. I will certainly come back to see her on my next trip to D.C.
Dietary restrictions: Rosie was amazing with helping me find great dairy-free options.“

“YouEBe Cafe in DC is one of those places you just want to hang out in. The vibe is super cozy and welcoming, with a mix of modern and homey decor that makes you feel right at ease. Think soft lighting, comfy chairs, and cool artwork on the walls. It's the kind of spot where you can easily spend a couple of hours catching up with friends, getting some work done, or just enjoying some “me time.”“

“Such a cute little hole in the wall. The owners are the ones that work serving and cooking and it’s so nice. We felt so welcomed and comfortable being here. The food is something you could just do at home, but that’s exactly what we liked about it. Overall great experience and we would be back.
Parking: There’s street parking all over.“

“Had a blueberry bagel with vegan cream cheese and jam. I understand a person's choice in bagel is very personal, if not *the* most personal and significant choice they'll ever make. This bagel did not make my cut. The bagel was definitely a step above the blueberry Thomas bagels you can get at the store - bigger, fluffier, more blueberries, more purple - but nothing about it stood out in comparison to Bagels Etc. or Bethesda Bagels.
I am so grateful that Cafe con Bagel considered the vegan community, and what follows is merely constructive criticism: The real grade-driver was the choking-hazard level amount of cream cheese that was put on the bagel. The cream cheese was reminiscent of Violife, taste so-so and dense af. There was like half a container of Violife (~3.5oz) in the bagel. Never thought I would be put in a position that made me want less cream cheese on a bagel but life is a box of chocolates I guess. My fellow vegan and confidant also believed there to be way too much cream cheese in his bagel. QED“

“My brother has been visiting this place for years. This was the best meal for the price I had during my visit to DC. Breakfast was way more than I could eat at one sitting. Staff was friendly. (GO DAWGS!) Loved it!

“Stop by this ihop for breakfast before my daughter's cheer competition. I went in and began to order shortly after I realized I left my wallet in my bag at the gym. The manager was very kind and showed me empathy. I was not about to get anything to eat; however, she allowed me to keep the tea free of charge. Compassion and grace are hard to find in person. I am glad I was able to find both in this young lady. Thanks.“

“I had a great experience at IHOP! While they're known for pancakes, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their chicken quesadillas and shrimp and fries were. The quesadillas were packed with flavor, cheesy, and perfectly grilled, while the shrimp were crispy and well-seasoned. The fries were hot and fresh, making for a satisfying meal.
Beyond the food, the customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and quick. The staff made sure everything was perfect and checked in regularly.
Overall, a great visit with tasty food and top-notch service. Definitely coming back!“

“Most wonderful people. Great food. Bought one of every on the menu and it was only $27! I love that I am supporting a great cause and also eating hot breakfast and cute scones and muffins with hilarious names like "singin' the bluesberry"“

“Love the friendly residents and staff. Just started living here and it already feels like home. The location is unbeatable (Whole Foods, dog park, Canal Park, Orange Theory, CVS...all within one block) and the cleanliness of the building is so nice. The 909 team is quick, responsive, professional, and friendly.“

“Didn’t have time to take a picture because I was ravenous but this place is great. We are here for a festival and needed a quick breakfast stop and Pancake House has been our choice for both days because they are so lovely. Food came out within 6 minutes, eggs were fire, bacon was fire, service was amazing. Staff is super friendly and kind. Definitely one of the reasons we came back.
First day I got dippy eggs with sausage and hash browns, second day I got French toast and a bacon egg and cheese. Everything was very yummy.“

“Roy's is a neighborhood staple and Steve, the owner is great. The steak and cheese comes with a lot of toppings I wouldn't expect, but trust me, it works. If it wasn't for the very necessary bullet proof glass, I'd bump this place up to a 5-star rating.“

“It’s the same old IHOP you know and love - clean and good service and the foods as good as it ever was.
But watch out for the up-charges!
That big breakfast plate may only cost $14.99 - but it’s $5 for an orange juice and $4.50 for toast (for toast!) and suddenly your meal costs twice as much as it should — and that’s before you leave a tip.“

“We had a delightful breakfast at the Grand Hyatt Washington Hotel! I especially loved the way they prepared the bacon and eggs. Opted for the buffet and sampled a bit of everything – all the dishes were hot and perfectly cooked without drying out. The seating was really comfortable too. A wonderful start to the day!“

“My exercise partner and I were looking for a place that wasn't local. We chose this location because it was 4.2 stars and roughly 30 minutes from our house. The first thing we noticed as we got closer to the entrance was that all of the windows in this property had steel bars covering them. I instantly thought, "We will be completely protected inside if there is a riot between the police and gangs outside." I discovered that you need to be buzzed in by the owner to enter the restaurant as I was reaching to open the entrance.“

“My husband loves this carryout for breakfast sandwiches and other breakfast items. They are pretty fast and use fresh ingredients. Everything is made to order for your request. The place is small as its name indicates. The White corner. The store draws a good amount of people;mainly working people. The food is very good, cooked in front of you.“

“This place is a local staple for many city workers as it is in close proximity to large government facilities. They do have limited hours so plan to visit early. The food is pretty decent and prices are very fair. The owners are quite hospitable and provide an overall great experience.“

“^_^ BuleStory review for Woodstock Cafe ? I got pancakes and my hubby got a burritos and a cream cheese bagel. Surprisingly the pancakes was really good it’s soft and fluffy and it’s a little chewy so it’s nice when you cut it. The burritos was good too and the bagel was ok. But i like their pancakes so much ? we ate here during the breakfast and it was nice. The location of this restaurant is in Shirlington Gateaway building on the first floor.“

“I had a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and a half smoke with cheese. The half smoke was ok but far from the best. I probably wouldn’t buy it again. The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was good. Plenty of bacon. Parking isn’t the best but it’s manageable. You’ll find a spot in the street somewhere. They’re not wheelchair accessible.“
“High point of the week. Doing a job near by and I've had the roast chicken quarter with collard greens, rice, and cornbread 4 weeks in a row. Nice portions and nice people. Hibiscus tea was a little sweet but also my first time trying so nothing to compare to.“

“How delightful to discover a favorite restaurant of my childhood — which I thought was long since gone — has a stand at the National airport!! And they make the crepes right in front of you, and they’re delicious as ever, and the staff is super friendly. Wonderful!“
“Dropped by for dinner, and it was just a short walk from the Ritz. The food was ok, and the service was spotty. The place was pretty busy with hotel guests. The decor was nice and the lounge was posh. Good to see people out enjoying themselves.“

“TRY THE SHRIMP AND GRITS
Okay, I had to get that out of the way but holy heck they were the best shrimp and grits I've ever had. There is so much flavor from all the diner grease and love they put in it.
I also got the french toast platter and it was delicious!
I could have ordered everything twice, I just loved it.
Definitely will be going back.“

“Got the Cali Club and a chocolate chip cookie for a quick lunch today. The sandwich was made perfectly fresh and was DELICIOUS! The cookie was moist and chewy- yum! It was rather confusing trying to figure out where you turn in your slips and pay because there are no signs. Definitely will be back and hopefully they make the process a bit easier.“
