“Uh oh! I have found another restaurant that my body will crave and want to come back again and again - the fluffy long, soft rolls and wonderful house salad served in a bowl, house made fresh pasta, and delicious cocktails.

I really appreciated how far apart the tables are to allow for conversations you can hear and more space in the cold/flu season.

I had a Chocolate Martini and my husband ordered a Lemondrop Martini (not on the menu) but was definitely good.

The basket of the fluffy, soft, warm rolls were incredible and something I will come back for. I got the Mediterranean bruschetta special which came with feta, crabmeat, tomatoes, balsamic glaze and lots of other yummy things on four pieces of bruschetta. It was delicious.

The shrimp scampi over the thin fresh noodles was a pleasure - really loved how big the shrimp were and the large helping of pasta. My husband got the lasagna which was good although they used some different cheeses which made it taste a little different but still good.

Amanda our waitress was quick, pleasant, and took good care of us. Fratelli's is a Resy restaurant.

We will be returning to Fratelli often, and it will be a enjoyable way to make our day better after a long day of parent caregiving responsibilities and a long drive.“

“Really phenomenal spot! Absolutely gorgeous, the ciders were very unique and tasty, the desert wine tasting was fantastic, family friendly small business. I’m excited to try the cheese board next time, we didn’t know food was available so we bought a picnic as did others. “For the second time this week I enjoyed a meal at Middletown Valley Pizzeria. On Tuesday my dad and I tried the meatball subs, and even the smaller 8" version was huge. It was hot, tasty, and arrived quickly after ordering. This evening my husband and I ordered the Margherita pizza for date night, and again, we were impressed. The crust was crisp and the sauce (which they make in house)was delightfully fresh. The price point was reasonable...and reasonably priced restaurants in Middletown is something we could use more of. Give the place a try, they could use the support, and you will like the pizza. We'll definitely be back.“

“I went to Tapias On Main with my husband last weekend for the first time and it was exceptional! 5 stars for everything- the rockfish on the special menu was amazing as well as the watermelon mojito! “Everything about Dempsey’s exceeds expectations. The menu and ingredients are incredibly thoughtful. Everything down to the seasoning is made in house. The desserts are to die for - special shout out to the cheesecakes. I tried strawberry, original and blueberry - all were fantastic but the blueberry has a special place in my heart. This is an outstanding family owned and ran business that supports diversity and inclusion. They have choices for everyone - comfort food, gluten free options, diabetic options, you name it. “Long post ahead, warning! I walked in around 9 pm and the hostess didn't bat an eye at my dining alone, and didn't say anything about it, which I appreciate. I was seated right away with no problems and immediately got a chance to look over the menu. I will admit, it took a little bit longer than expected for my waiter to come over, but as a lone diner I sort of expected that. I looked like I was waiting for someone, I'm sure. The look and feel of the place was very upscale, but they didn't have any problems with me walking in wearing a nerdy t-shirt. I was seated in this cute little booth for 2 with curtains on the side so, if I wanted a more private dinner, I could have it. It was a cute touch! The restaurant also offered patio dining and since it's by the creek, that would have been a downright charming experience were it not the usual Maryland summer. Despite having a bar, the restaurant was respectably quiet and low-key, making it an easy dining experience. I wasn't in the mood for something wild, and this place really hit the nail on the head. My first waiter Kevin, however, was the picture of polite helpfulness. He answered all of my questions, made some wonderful suggestions, and was incredibly pleasant to talk to. I was delighted to find out that this place takes part in DC restaurant week, so I was able to take part in that promotion. Under a suggestion from Kevin, I ordered a glass of their moscato (I wanted something light and sweet), and the wine was so good I brought home a whole bottle. Not really on them, but it does reflect their excellent selection. Dinner itself was delicious. The red pepper soup was refreshing and flavorful, without being too filling. The steak I ordered was cooked to perfection and was flavored in the perfect way to make the actual flavor of the meat shine. The potatoes were both light and fluffy, but also had the little chunks of potato that I prefer in my mashed. The best part was desert. About halfway through my appetizer, Kevin introduced my other waiter, Maddy, who took over after he went home. She was as much of a delight as he was, and made possibly the best recommendation of the night. Desert was this blackberry tart that I did not have room for but could not put down. Gooey and crumbly all at once, with a warm center that was almost caramel-y even though it was fruit based. Topped with a light cream to balance it all out, it was absolutely delicious. I will be thinking of that tart all day tomorrow. The prices on the menu were a little high, but I wouldn't go so far to say they were unreasonable. If I had wanted a cheaper option, I could have gone to any chain restaurant ever. In the grand scheme of downtown Frederick, with it's many small businesses and one of a kind dining experiences, I think this was reasonable. For reference, a lot of meals were between $20 and $30, but a good steak is almost always $30+. Despite the price, I had an exceptional dining experience, and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for upscale dining, without the upscale requirements.“

I called chef Stacy and the kitchen fired off more food for me on the spot and Chef Stacey delivered it to my office herself within 30 minute. Service was slow to order a beer and desert was almost cancelled because of time and the glazing did not arrive with one of the deserts and getting a side cup never arrived. They only allow 10% for "active" Military making one feel that veterans just don't qualify? And the 10% you receive is only on the members main meal. So for a $60.61 meal the discount was $1.49? I had the potato salad, sweet potatoes, and 2 meats (Arkansas Brisket which are burnt tips and Hot Links). The platter comes with pickled onions, pickles, and cornbread. It did not disappoint.
