“I love a good ole Charlie's steak and cheese close to my house . The steakum is pretty well seasoned. The chicken & cheese is pretty good as well as the flavorful wings. Always hot and fresh. The strawberry lemonade it bomb ! The staff is friendly and professional. I hate the ppl hounding for money outside everytime I go but overall pretty good place.“

“?I went in for a 1/2 cold cut sub /w a cheddar broccoli soup meal (but also had wanted some chicken noodle soup as an alternative choice??♂️grandparents). My order was prepared in a timely matter due to it was the slow peak hours?. I accidentally grabbed the bag that the soup was in incorrectly so the soup spilled???♂️. The employee(but I assume she's the manager because of the humility she displayed & they we're wearing the same uniform) listened my concern to what occurred after I left the establishment from recieving my order. A little rush came in (maybe 6 or 7 hungry customers came in as I was about to get the replace cup to pr my soup in. I humbled myself and waited patiently as the other patrons placed they're order. The young lady employee(she was older than I was but showing respect and gratitude because a man never ask a ladies age) called me to the register and gave me a new soup. I only went back into the establishment to swap soup cups but because of my patience I was rewarded with a new soup and was also warned to be careful this time. Moral of the story is patience brings greater rewards. FYI The Service was excellent which put a smile on my face. You never know who'll brighten your day.“

“Came here to rectify another Cheesesteak disaster from a shop in Silver Spring. Charlie's Cheesesteaks does not disappoint. A consistent experience with friendly staff that never skimps on their quality. Thanks for saving my tastebuds. I don't have pictures this time since I inhaled the food?. I give Charlie's Cheesesteaks an 8/10.

They also need to change their gloves after each process when touching the equipment and touching the bread with the same gloves. “It’s a busy rainy day. It’s Saturday around 3:40pm. This man is by himself working hard. I’m sure he’s frustrated, and tired but he’s not showing it. He still has great customer service, and a smile. Whoever his boss is should appreciate him if not with a raise but a day off.“

“I must say this location is phenomenal! I usually order here for lunches at my job site. The manager is very kind and professional, and so are the workers. They even called me to make sure that my order was fine after the fact. I have no doubts about the quality of the food when eating here. I would highly recommend eating here!“

“The bread was a little undercooked / doughy on this particular occasion. Could have been a bad batch. Generally I'm happy enough with Subway. They offer a reasonable number of sandwich options, food quality is a little better than average. This particular Subway is not one that I would sit in, although it's convenient to have some reasonably priced food when i need it.“

“First fast food that didn't disappoint me. They actually cook right in front of you to create a very good, quality hot sub. The piece de resistance is home-made lemonade WITH LITTLE PIECES OF PEACH IN THE BOTTOM THAT ARE SMALL ENOUGH TO COME RIGHT IN THROUGH THE STRAW. OR BLUEBERRY OR STRAWBERRY. INCREDIBLE!!!Don't know where else they are, but I'm now officially addicted to the one at Joint Base Andrews.“

“I made a pit stop at Walmart in Bowie which houses a Subway#35196-0 and because I was starving! I had been running errands all day long. I ordered a 12” Tuna Sub meal with the works(lettuce, ?, spinach, red onion, yello peppers, olives, and pepper jack cheese). I also purchased a Pomegrante vitamin water beverage. I asked the server to gut some of the multi grain bread and toast it first. Yummy! Staff was alert, kind, good listeners, accurate, and fast! I spent just under $13.02! Bon Appetite!!!!“

“Honestly, I’m surprised this Subway even still exists. The clientele is extremely ghetto and hard to work with. I literally witnessed one of the workers getting harassed and talked down by one of the guests yesterday and all I could think was “wow, thank you for showing up to work today”. “I was pleasantly surprised by this subway. The shopping center it sits in doesn't look nice, but when you step inside this subway, it is very clean, neat, and smells delicious. It actually made me want to sit in there to eat. I ordered online and the guy who made my sandwiches was like a pro, it was done neatly, correctly, and wrapped perfectly at the end like it was fit for a commercial. Will definitely come back. This is by far the cleanest subway I've ever been to!“

“Quite popular. There were several people in front of us, but their operations were optimised to process the queue in a good amount of time. It's clean and whilst only offering 6 tables, there was seating available during the busy lunch time. Standard fare and everything was available.
Parking: On a busy weekday, you may be driving around looking for spaces, given the plentiful shopping establishments“
