A lady was evicted and she sat outside all night with her stuff so nobody would take it. Today she got a uhaul and was hauling all her furniture alone. But that was just the beginning. Dora continued to impress with her exceptional service, bringing my food to me and checking in later to see if I needed anything else. When I mentioned I was taking my food to go, she even brought everything I needed to pack up my meal and salsa. I got the pick 2 fajitas with steak and shrimp, an extra side of carntas with a small chips and queso, which was very tasty and a nice sized portion. ive noticed that a alot of the members have improved there english since my first review, they have improved greatly in the service realm. Also the quality of the food is amazing for it's price. To describe it in simple terms is... It tastes like the staff care about the foods flavor. My usual meal costs 12-13 dollars.
Really helps me out (who is a struggling college student) get quality food. I'm so happy there not raising the price like othe restaurants are. If I order the same at Chipotle, I would pay 16-18, for less quality food that honestly tastes like cr*p. Compared to qdoba's 12-13, well portion food, and in generally better cooking.

One thing I want them to improve is to make breakfast last anther 30mins. There been a few times where I get there 10 mins late and breakfast is over.

It's always still warm when delivered and sanitary conditions in the store are up to par. Usually busy so dont be in a rush just go to McDonald's instead.“

“Excellent Subs! online website for pickup or delivery has been improved so you can select delivery online without any problems. This was partially due to the website connection to Doordash at the same time, even if you do not select them and are doing a delivery, not pickup. The employees at the store never see the directions. That goes to Doordash's website and must be sent over to another delivery company but on the website it is clear that Jersey Mike's prefers Doordash as they actually have it highlighted in blue and call it Jersey Mike's Preferred way to have delivery.
I just had a conversation with someone who was very nice at the Rockville Store. But just about confusion over the vinegar and olive oil which I explain if you keep reading. The confusion about the oil and vinegar if you want to keep an extra sub in the fridge and don't want the bread like it was dipped in water the next day. I was told what I thought was two different stories and the nice man just explained the confusion to me. I was told olive oil and then the vinegar are already together, which contradicts the check boxes on the website. The website is correct. What they do if you want them on the side is: they have already made on the side cups for both oil and the vinegar, both but in separate cups. They will only give you one or the other if you add a note to the "Customization" button. They will always give both to customers together otherwise, which explains the confusion and makes perfect sense to me. If they start taking from the premade pairs then they will end up with having just one or the other so they leave the pairs alone to go out together. What you don't know when ordering online is that they always sent out both unless you say literally "Oil on the side" under the "Customization" part of the order process, for example. Then they will go get an empty cup and pour you a side cup of oil directly from the olive oil bottle, same for just the vinegar. That is why managers told me they were both together at first which is really confusing when the website shows them separate.“

“The Olney store is clean and comfortable. I especially liked the way the manager, Brian, was observant when two staff members were being unprofessional. Even though they were off the clock, they were still in uniform eating in the dining area. He spoke discreetly with them because they were being loud. He also cleared my tray for me, which is uncommon these days in a fast food restaurant. I'd return to this location again and again. The food is fresh and so yummy!“

“This was my favorite Chick-fil-A. Due to an error on my part, i ordered pickup instead of curbside. When I got to the restaurant I called and they said no problem they would bring it out. 21 minutes later i went inside and got my warm shake and cold sandwich. The buffalo wings can be a bit salty sometimes, but overall, the food is great. Unfortunately, you can’t eat there as they don’t have any tables, but the place always looks super clean. It’s a solid spot for takeout, and it’s become my go-to for pizza!“
