“The service was excellent, but what really caught my attention was how well one of the employees ( Genet G.) handled a customer related situation. Without getting into details, she was professional and authentic in her approach to managing the situation and flawlessly de-escalating things!! Really impressive and indicative of a solid organization!!! I would give six stars for service if that was an option.“

“This beat some of the NY style slices I had even in New York. Just the perfect ratio of crust to sauce to toppings. Perfectly sized pepperoni cups. A gorgeous toasty feeling to the freshly heated slice. Started with 3 slices between 2 people and essentially ended up eating a whole pie. Staff are amazing, so warm and friendly. Great brews on tap and a few salads and sides on the menu to go with the pies. Can’t wait to come back“

“This place is a true local gem. Food is of very high quality, and everything is consistently cooked to perfection. Their consistency is actually really impressive - I’ve never been disappointed by a single thing, and I’ve eaten A LOT of their food. But everything is so good, so I haven’t really made my way outside of the same few items from their menu. The difference is that the staff actually care about their customers, and take pride in their food. It’s not so common these days, and is a pleasant surprise. “This is our go to spot for week night dinner! My son wanted Papusas while I wanted a steak and cheese (get the royal with the avocado!! Soooo good!) everyone can get what they want for very reasonable prices.

“The cocktails are on point. I had a Mezcal JungleBird and a Firing Squad. Both were delicious. My friends also liked their drinks. The bartenders were fun and entertaining. The one guy has a propeller on his vat - he is hilarious.

We had lamb kebabs, hummus, and charcuterie. The lamb was so tender and tasty - a little bit spicy with a hint of mint. I think that the hummus had beets in the recipe - delicious. They gave us so much hummus that we could have used more pita but we didn’t ask. The bresaola on the charcuterie plate was out of this world. I heard that they make a pretty solid burger but we already had dinner and we were just snacking with late night drinks.

Classy place. Framed prints of Alphonse Mucha’s work behind the bar - there is an Art Nouveau feel. Nice looking room.

Pretty great place - one of the best places in DC IMO. I really hope that it doesn’t get ruined by stupid drunks roaming around Dupont Circle.

Parking: Not easy to park on the weekends.“

“Truly enjoyed finding this spot, the conversation with the owner and the quality of food! Nestled within a part of town not known for many good things this is a hidden gem and community haven. The work that they are doing to support the community is wholesome and awesome in itself.

Now to the food: ordered three orders of wings, two orders of fries, the double burger with cheese, salmon bites, strawberry cheesecake and strawberry lemonade. Everything was very fresh and delicious. One order of wings I saved until later and they heated up very well.

Not only will I be returning and would recommend a 10 out of 10! Try as much as you can from this black owned, women powered and community driven restaurant!

It's conveniently located near one of my favorite theaters, and Andy's Pizza is the perfect spot to meet up with friends before or after a screening to grab a bite to eat and a good drink (Atlas Brewery being part of the same space is a cool touch, and I've had a couple of good brewskis too). Great service, delicious pizza. I love a thin crust and getting a single slice or two served up on a classic white paper plate really hits the spot when you want some 'za. “I’m thrilled to write this review, and with 214 previous reviews, it’s clear that many others share the same sentiment. My husband and I visited Gin Ramen for lunch, hoping to try something new, and we were in for a real treat. We sampled a bit of everything, and honestly, every single dish was a 5-star experience! From the bang bang shrimp to the bao buns and our individual ramen bowls, everything was fantastic.

We didn’t stop there—we also indulged in their cocktails and desserts. If there was a section on the menu, we tried something from it! I’m still thinking about the bang bang shrimp, the flavorful curry ramen, and the unique (but delicious) pumpkin cheesecake tempura. The chef really nailed it with that one!

The atmosphere, decorated for Halloween, added to the fun vibe, and the service was absolutely top-tier. All of our dishes came out promptly, with no long waits, and everything was prepared to perfection—nothing felt rushed.

I can’t wait to return to explore more of the menu, especially the desserts and cocktails. This is definitely a restaurant that will be around for the long haul!“

“I've been a happy customer at the Courthouse location for 5 years. The staff are super nice and caring! The food is always delicious and prepared beautifully..recommend the falafel bowl, tofu salad, Greek yogurt items, smoothies, avocado toast, soup, and cookies. Very fresh ingredients.

Dietary restrictions: There are many healthy vegetarian options..none of the super processed mock meats are offered. Some of the side items are a huge portion too. Salads that have meat or dairy could be modified easily with vegetarian or vegan options. Vegan soup option is fantastic.“

“I love Chopt Salad, and I come to this location at least once a week. The ingredients are always so fresh. What I am disappointed in is the service after 3pm. I walk in at 545pm and only 2 people ahead of me, and 4 gentleman behind the counter. Grant it they are cleaning up, but ignoring customers, and leave one gentleman to pack salads, chop, and ring customers is unacceptable. Bad customer service will definitely have me going next door to roti.“

“I'm so glad I discovered this place while walking from the Textile Museum to the Renwick. Lots of lunch choices from soup to salads and sandwiches. My Parmesan Chicken Salad Sandwich ($10.50) delicious. The small Devon Salad ($4.50) and Iced Passion Fruit Tea ($4.00) completed a very good, reasonably priced, quick lunch.“
